In order to facilitate understanding of the present embodiment, a detailed description of a multi-split blocking control method provided by the embodiment of the present invention is first provided below. The execution main body is a controller of the multi-split air conditioner, as shown in fig. 1, the multi-split air conditioner further comprises an outdoor side assembly and an indoor side assembly, the outdoor side assembly is in communication connection with the controller, the outdoor side assembly comprises a plurality of outdoor units 11 connected in parallel, and the indoor side assembly comprises a plurality of indoor units 21 connected in parallel. Specifically, for each outdoor unit 11, it includes, but is not limited to: the compressor 111, the gas-liquid separator 112, the oil separator 113, the four-way valve 114, the outdoor heat exchanger 115, and the high pressure sensor 116 are provided on the connection line between the oil separator 113 and the four-way valve 114, the low pressure sensor 117 is provided on the connection line between the compressor 111 and the gas-liquid separator 112, the outdoor heat exchanger 115 is connected with the outdoor electronic expansion valve 118, the outdoor heat exchanger 115 is provided with a fan, the four-way valve 114 is also connected with a plurality of parallel indoor units 21 through a large valve 1191, and the outdoor electronic expansion valve 118 and the outdoor heat exchanger 115 are connected with a plurality of parallel indoor units 21 through a small valve 1192.
In addition, the outdoor unit 11 and the indoor unit 21 in the multi-split air conditioner are connected through an inner unit connecting pipe and an outer unit connecting pipe, wherein the inner unit connecting pipe and the outer unit connecting pipe comprise an air pipe connecting pipe and a liquid pipe connecting pipe, an air pipe branch pipe is further arranged between each outdoor unit 11 and the air pipe connecting pipe, and a liquid pipe branch pipe is arranged between the liquid pipe connecting pipes. It should be noted that, for the specific structure of the indoor unit 21 and the parts not mentioned in the multi-split air conditioner, reference may be made to the existing air conditioner, and the embodiments of the present invention are not described in detail herein.
Based on the multi-split air conditioner, an embodiment of the present invention provides a multi-split air conditioner blocking control method, as shown in fig. 2, comprising the following steps:
Step S202, if the multi-split air conditioner operates in refrigeration mode, operation parameters of each outdoor unit are obtained;
The operation parameters comprise a low pressure value, an exhaust temperature, a high pressure value and a fan rotating speed; specifically, the low pressure value refers to a low pressure value of a compressor in the outdoor unit, and is obtained according to detection of a low pressure sensor; the exhaust temperature refers to the exhaust temperature of the compressor, and can be obtained according to a temperature sensor or a temperature sensing bulb; the high pressure value refers to the high pressure value of the compressor and can be obtained according to a high pressure sensor; and the fan rotating speed refers to the rotating speed of an outdoor fan in the outdoor unit. In the multi-split air conditioner refrigeration operation, the controller respectively obtains the operation parameters of each outdoor unit so as to judge whether the outdoor unit is blocked according to the operation parameters, wherein the blocking refers to the blocking between the air pipe branch pipe of the outdoor unit and the low pressure sensor, such as the blocking at the large valve 1191 at the low pressure side of the outdoor unit 11.
Step S204, judging whether the corresponding outdoor unit is blocked according to the operation parameters;
specifically, for each outdoor unit, it is determined that: (1) Whether the sum of the low-voltage value and the first preset value is smaller than the low-voltage average value of all the outdoor units or not; (2) Whether the exhaust temperature is greater than the sum of the average exhaust value of all the outdoor units and a second preset value; (3) Whether the sum of the high pressure value and the third preset value is smaller than the maximum high pressure value of all the outdoor units; (4) Whether the sum of the fan rotating speed and the fourth preset value is smaller than the maximum value of the fan rotating speeds of all the outdoor units; if the above (1) - (4) are all yes, the corresponding outdoor unit is blocked.
In practical application, a plurality of outdoor units connected in parallel in the multi-split air conditioner operate in a refrigerating mode, and the low pressure of each outdoor unit is communicated and the low pressure value is relatively close. If a large valve of an outdoor unit is blocked, the outdoor unit has large pressure loss, low pressure value, small refrigerant flow and high exhaust temperature; the outdoor unit which is not blocked has small pressure loss, more refrigerant flow, higher low-pressure value and normal exhaust temperature. In addition, the exhaust flow of the compressor in the outdoor unit which is blocked is small, and the high pressure value is slightly low; and, because the outdoor fan controls the high-pressure value in the cooling mode, because the high-pressure value is low, the rotational speed of the outdoor fan is reduced, therefore, for the outdoor unit which is blocked, the low-pressure value is smaller, the exhaust temperature is higher, the high-pressure value is smaller, and the rotational speed of the fan is smaller, i.e. whether the outdoor unit is blocked can be judged according to the difference of the low-pressure value, the exhaust temperature, the high-pressure value and the rotational speed of the fan.
For example, for N (N is greater than or equal to 2) outdoor units operating in parallel, after a period of time of stable cooling operation, the operation parameters of each outdoor unit are obtained, for example, for the ith outdoor unit, the operation parameters include: low pressure value Psi, exhaust temperature Tdi, high pressure value Pdi and fan speed Ri, if simultaneously: (1) psi+A < PSAVERAGE; a represents a first preset value, PSAVERAGE represents a low-voltage average value of all outdoor units; (2) Tdi > TDAVERAGE +B; b represents a second preset value, TDAVERAGE represents an average value of the exhaust gas of all the outdoor units; (3) pdi+c < Pdmax; c represents a third preset value, and Pdmax represents the maximum high pressure value of all outdoor units; (4) Ri+D < Rmax; d represents a fourth preset value, rmax represents the maximum value of the fan speeds of all the outdoor units; it is determined that the i-th outdoor unit is blocked, that is, that the valve of the outdoor unit is blocked. The blocking judgment of the other outdoor units can refer to the ith outdoor unit, and the detailed description of the embodiment of the present invention is omitted.
Wherein the value range of the first preset value A is 0.5 bar-5 bar, preferably 1bar, the value range of the second preset value B is 10-50 ℃, preferably 25 ℃, the value range of the third preset value C is 0.5 bar-5 bar, preferably 2bar, and the value range of the fourth preset value D is 200 rpm-1000 rpm, preferably 500rpm.
Step S206, if yes, taking the outdoor unit with the blockage as a first outdoor unit, taking the outdoor unit without the blockage as a second outdoor unit, and switching the first outdoor unit and the second outdoor unit from a parallel control mode to an independent control mode;
Specifically, when the outdoor unit is blocked, in order to facilitate the distinction, the outdoor unit with the blocked outdoor unit is taken as a first outdoor unit, the outdoor unit without the blocked outdoor unit is taken as a second outdoor unit, where the first outdoor unit and the second outdoor unit are only used for distinguishing the outdoor units in different states, and the actual number of the first outdoor unit and the second outdoor unit can be set according to the actual situation, for example, for four outdoor units running in parallel, one outdoor unit is blocked, and the other three outdoor units are not blocked, at this time, the number of the first outdoor units is 1, and the number of the second outdoor units is 3.
In addition, since the low-voltage value of the first outdoor unit is low and the exhaust temperature is high, in order to avoid limiting the frequencies of all the outdoor units, the controller is required to solve the limitation of the first outdoor unit to the second outdoor unit which is not blocked, and the controller is further configured to switch the first outdoor unit and the second outdoor unit from the parallel control mode to the independent control mode, so that the second outdoor unit is controlled by itself only in the independent control mode, and further, the frequency of the second outdoor unit is improved.
In step S208, in the single control mode, the target low pressure interval of the second outdoor unit is adjusted down according to the preset adjustment value to increase the operating frequency of the second outdoor unit.
Specifically, since the operating frequency control of the outdoor unit is mainly determined according to the target low pressure interval, that is, when the actual low pressure is greater than the target low pressure upper limit, the frequency raising control is performed, when the actual low pressure is less than the target low pressure lower limit, the frequency lowering control is performed, and when the actual low pressure meets the target low pressure interval, the current frequency is maintained, so that in order to increase the operating frequency of the second outdoor unit, the target low pressure interval of the second outdoor unit needs to be reduced, that is, the target low pressure interval of the second outdoor unit needs to be adjusted downwards according to the preset adjustment value, so that the actual low pressure value of the second outdoor unit is higher than the adjusted target low pressure upper limit, thereby improving the operating frequency of the second outdoor unit.
Wherein, the value range of the preset adjustment value X is 1-10, preferably 3. It should be noted that, for the plurality of second outdoor units, the corresponding target low-pressure intervals are adjusted according to the preset adjustment values X respectively; and in the down-regulation process, the preset adjustment value X of each second outdoor unit may be the same or different, and may specifically be set according to the actual situation.
Further, the method comprises the following steps: in the independent control mode, setting first priority information of the first outdoor unit and second priority information of the second outdoor unit; wherein the second priority information is higher than the first priority information. In consideration of wear and oil distribution of the multi-connected unit, the controller preferentially controls the second outdoor unit which is not blocked to operate in a single control mode so as to ensure the output capacity of the multi-connected unit; and after the capacity requirement is met, the first outdoor unit which is blocked is controlled to operate, so that the comfort of the multi-split air conditioner is improved, and the reliability of the multi-split air conditioner is also improved.
To sum up, in order to improve the overall output capability of the multi-split air conditioner, two main ways are included: one way is to increase the operating frequency of the second outdoor unit, mainly by down-regulating the target low-pressure zone of the second outdoor unit; the second mode is to control the second outdoor unit to operate preferentially, and control the first outdoor unit to operate after the output capacity is guaranteed, so that the comfort of the multi-split air conditioner is improved, and the reliability of the multi-split air conditioner is also improved.
According to the multi-split air conditioner blockage control method provided by the embodiment of the invention, when the multi-split air conditioner is in refrigeration operation, whether the corresponding outdoor unit is blocked or not is judged according to the operation parameters; if so, taking the outdoor unit with the blockage as a first outdoor unit, taking the outdoor unit without the blockage as a second outdoor unit, and switching the first outdoor unit and the second outdoor unit from a parallel control mode to an independent control mode; in the independent control mode, the target low-pressure interval of the second outdoor unit is adjusted downwards according to a preset adjusting value so as to increase the operating frequency of the second outdoor unit; in the control mode, whether the corresponding outdoor unit is blocked or not is judged through the operation parameters, and when the first outdoor unit is blocked, the operation frequency of the second outdoor unit is increased, so that the integral capacity of the multi-split air conditioner is improved, the reliable operation of the multi-split air conditioner is ensured, and the comfort level of a user is improved.
Furthermore, the method comprises the following steps: and generating alarm information of the first outdoor unit to prompt maintenance personnel to maintain the first outdoor unit. The controller also generates alarm information corresponding to the blockage fault for the first outdoor unit with blockage, so that a maintainer can determine that the valve of the outdoor unit is blocked according to the alarm information, and timely maintain the outdoor unit.
For easy understanding, the multi-split air conditioner is described herein as including 3 outdoor units connected in parallel. When the multi-split air conditioner operates stably in the refrigeration mode for 30min, the operation parameters of each outdoor unit are obtained, the low-pressure value of the No.1 outdoor unit is 4.64bar, the exhaust temperature is 105.7 ℃, the high-pressure value is 22.37bar, the fan rotating speed is 555rpm, and the operation frequency is 55Hz; the low pressure value of the No.2 outdoor unit is 9.49bar, the exhaust temperature is 75 ℃, the high pressure value is 24.19bar, the rotating speed of the fan is 1005rpm, and the operating frequency is 55Hz; the 3# outdoor unit had a low pressure of 9.45bar, a discharge temperature of 73 c, a high pressure of 24.32bar, a fan speed of 1005rpm, and an operating frequency of 55Hz.
As is clear from an analysis of the above-described operation parameters of the 3 outdoor units, the large valve of the #1 outdoor unit was blocked, and the # 2 outdoor unit and the # 3 outdoor unit were not blocked. Meanwhile, since the discharge temperature of the 1# outdoor unit is high, the operating frequencies of the 2# outdoor unit and the 3# outdoor unit cannot be increased. At this time, the target low pressure interval of the 2# outdoor unit and the 3# outdoor unit is adjusted down from [0,3] to [ -4, -1] by the preset adjustment value X (where X is 4), and the operating frequencies of the 2# outdoor unit and the 3# outdoor unit are both increased from 55Hz to 90Hz in the individual control mode without being affected by the discharge of the 1# outdoor unit.
