Description

Aluminum plate, aluminum furniture and accessory for assembling aluminum furniture
Technical Field
The application belongs to the field of aluminum furniture, and particularly relates to an aluminum plate, aluminum furniture and an accessory for assembling the aluminum furniture.
Background
In recent years, aluminum materials are used as furniture (aluminum furniture for short, the aluminum furniture includes but is not limited to aluminum wardrobe, aluminum shoe cabinet, aluminum wine cabinet, aluminum tatami bed, aluminum book cabinet, aluminum cupboard, aluminum tea table, aluminum television cabinet, aluminum storage cabinet, aluminum partition and the like), the characteristics of environmental protection, no formaldehyde, mildew resistance, durability and the like enable more and more people to select the furniture, and the technology of assembling and splicing the existing aluminum furniture is generally as follows: referring to fig. 1, most aluminum furniture is constructed by assembling a frame (200) and cabinet body from a plurality of aluminum plates (herein aluminum plates refers to welded whole plates, panels and solid aluminum skin plates) that are joined into a plurality of T-shapes and/or L-shapes (e.g., joined by T-shapes and L-shapes as shown in phantom). The traditional splicing technology at present comprises the following steps: referring to fig. 2, a lock catch is installed at one end or two ends of a through hole (21) of an aluminum plate (20) to be connected, a clamping strip (32) is arranged at a position, where the aluminum plate (20) to be connected needs to be connected, of the connected aluminum plate (22), a screw clamping head of the lock catch is clamped into a round hole (41) formed in advance in the aluminum plate (20) to be connected, so that the lock catch is prevented from being disengaged and used for tensioning the two aluminum plates, a groove is milled in the cross section of one end, where the lock catch is arranged, of the aluminum plate (20) to be connected, so that the clamping strip (32) can be sleeved, and grooves are milled in both ends of the aluminum plate (20) to be connected if the lock catch is arranged at both ends. When the splicing frame is assembled, the clamping heads of the lock catches on the aluminum plates (20) to be spliced are clamped into the clamping grooves on the clamping strips (32) which are punched in advance on the aluminum plates (22) to be spliced, and then the aluminum plates (20) to be spliced and the aluminum plates (22) to be spliced are tightened by turning the screws on the lock catches, so that the purpose of tight splicing is achieved, a plurality of different T-shaped or L-shaped splices can be assembled and spliced to form frames in different shapes, and the assembling and splicing method is suitable for assembling and splicing the currently popular spliced plates or the whole plates. The assembly and splicing process of the aluminum furniture needs to punch clamping strips on the aluminum plates (22) to be spliced and mill grooves at one end or two ends of the aluminum plates (20) to be spliced, so that the processes are multiple and the assembly and splicing are troublesome. Another existing (see fig. 3) assembly and splicing process commonly used for the whole aluminum furniture plate is as follows: the through hole (21) of the round hole (41) is opened in advance at the face of waiting to connect aluminum plate (20) and the hasp is packed into, and calabash hole (31) is opened in the position that needs the splice plate being connected aluminum plate (22), and during the equipment, the hasp head that waits to connect aluminum plate (20) that is equipped with the hasp is buckled and is connect calabash hole (31) that aluminum plate (22) opened well, and the screw of the tight hasp of button again is taut two aluminum plates. The assembly and splicing process of the aluminum furniture has the inconvenience that a gourd hole is formed on an aluminum plate (22) to be spliced, and a precise hole can be formed only by a numerical control machine.
In summary, the above-mentioned lock catch (as shown in fig. 24) is composed of a housing, a spring, a pull rod and a screw, the screw pushes the pull rod to retract and tighten the pull rod, and the lock catch is used as a connecting member for assembling an aluminum plate and another aluminum plate into an L-shape or a T-shape to form a cabinet body, and has the disadvantages of complex structure or troublesome assembly.
In summary, the above-mentioned aluminum sheet cannot meet the requirements of new technology.
