the carbomer hemorrhoid gel dressing provided by the invention comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 15 parts of chitosan, 4 parts of carbomer, 15 parts of glycerol, 2 parts of sodium carboxymethylcellulose, 4 parts of lactic acid, 13 parts of propylene glycol, 4 parts of plant liquid, 2 parts of Chinese herbal medicine essence, 0.2 part of vitamin E and 45 parts of purified water.
In this embodiment, the herbal essence is composed of one or more of the following components: 6 parts of donkey-hide gelatin, 3 parts of cordyceps sinensis, 1.3 parts of ginseng, 3 parts of radix stephaniae tetrandrae, 0.6 part of pawpaw, 2.5 parts of poria cocos, 1.2 parts of Chinese yam, 2 parts of mulberry and 0.8 part of liquorice.
In this example, the plant liquid consisted of the following substances: 8 parts of aloe and 2.8 parts of menthol.
In this embodiment, the carbomer polymer is selected from the group consisting of high molecular weight polymers of pentaerythritol allyl ether.
A preparation method of carbomer hemorrhoid gel dressing comprises the following steps:
step 1: stirring and mixing chitosan, carbomer and sodium carboxymethylcellulose in a certain weight part ratio, and keeping a dissolved substance;
step 2: weighing the Chinese herbal medicine essence, the plant liquid, the vitamin E and the purified water according to the weight part ratio, pouring the mixture into the same container, stirring for 7min, and keeping the additive solution A;
and 3, step 3: weighing glycerol, lactic acid and propylene glycol according to a certain weight part ratio, pouring into the same container, stirring for 6min, and keeping the additive solution B;
and 4, step 4: and (3) pouring the additive solution A into the additive solution B while stirring, mixing for 6min, pouring the mixed additive solution into the dissolved substance, stirring for 2min twice, standing until the mixture is fully swelled, and thus obtaining the carbomer hemorrhoid gel dressing.
Efficacy experiments, toxicological experiments and stability experiments of the carbomer gel dressing for treating hemorrhoids show that the carbomer gel dressing for treating hemorrhoids has the advantages of remarkable curative effect, no toxicity and good stability, can be used as short-term and middle-term medicaments, is used for experimental treatment of 20 cases of patients with hemorrhoids, improves the cases to 5 cases, enables the patients to relapse for 2 cases after healing, enables 13 cases to not relapse after healing, and has wide application prospect.
Although embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that changes, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made in these embodiments without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, the scope of which is defined in the appended claims and their equivalents.
