Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a functional composite table system according to a first embodiment of the present invention, fig. 2 is another angle view of fig. 1, fig. 3 and 4 are front and side views of fig. 1, and fig. 5 is a control block diagram of the functional composite table system of fig. 1.
Referring to these drawings, the functional composite table system 1 according to the present embodiment tracks an optimal position suitable for the physical condition or sitting posture of a user, so that the display 56 or the main table 57 can be automatically arranged, which makes it possible to optimally implement various work environments including learning.
Referring to these drawings, a functional composite table system 1 according to the present embodiment includes a system common base 10, a power chair assembly 20, a side table assembly 30, and a display-mounting multi-joint table apparatus 40.
Since the power chair assembly 20 and the display-mounted multi-joint table apparatus 40 are adjusted to various angles, i.e., to the angle desired by the user, in addition to the side table assembly 30, especially because of the automatic adjustment, they can be used in various environments, learning, working or playing games in various postures. Therefore, the convenience of use is very high.
The system common base 10 collectively supports the powered chair assembly 20, the side table assembly 30, and the display-mounting multi-joint table apparatus 40. That is, the electric chair assembly 20, the side table assembly 30, and the display mounting multi-joint table device 40 are integrally mounted on the system common base 10. In this case, the system can be kept compact and movement is facilitated.
The power chair assembly 20 is mounted on one side of the system common base 10 and constitutes a seat on which a user of the system sits. The angle of the power chair assembly 20 can be arbitrarily changed by a chair button 21 at the lower portion thereof. A massage function may be added to the motorized chair assembly 20.
The side table assembly 30 is connected to the system common base 10 at a side region of the power chair assembly 20. While the motorized chair assembly 20 and the display-mounted multi-joint table apparatus 40 are motorized, the side table assembly 30 may form a fixed structure.
The display-mounting articulated table apparatus 40 includes a display 56 and a main table 57 disposed below the display 56, and is an articulated robot that movably supports the display 56 and the main table 57. The display-mounted multi-joint table apparatus 40 is an apparatus that is connected to the system common base 10 in the front region of the power chair assembly 20.
In other words, the display-mounting articulated table apparatus 40 is not a simple table structure, i.e., a series of robots having the display 56 and the main table 57. The display 56 and the main table 57 can be moved to a desired angle and position. Thus, the display 56 and the main table 57 can be automatically placed in an optimal position for a user sitting on the powered chair assembly 20.
For reference, the display 56 may be a computer built-in integrated display. Further, a keyboard, a mouse, and the like for operating the computer may be mounted on the main table 57. Of course, it is also possible to read or take notes on the main station 57.
In this embodiment, the display-mounted multi-joint table apparatus 40 may be provided separately from the electric chair assembly 20 so that the shaking of the electric chair assembly 20 is not transmitted to the display-mounted multi-joint table apparatus 40. In other words, even if the user sits on the power chair assembly 20 and shakes his or her body, the vibration is not transmitted to the display-mounted multi-joint table apparatus 40.
On the other hand, the user position tracking unit 81 and the system controller 70 are provided so that the display 56 and the main table 57 can be automatically placed at the optimum positions for the user sitting on the power chair assembly 20.
The user position tracking unit 81 is used to track an optimal position suitable for the physical condition or posture of the user sitting on the power chair assembly 20.
The user position tracking unit 81 is provided in the display-mounted multi-joint table apparatus 40, tracks the face or eyes of the user in real time to measure the optimal distance of the user, and recognizes a sensor that transmits a detected signal to the system controller 70 in real time through various distance measuring sensors such as laser, infrared, ultrasonic, etc., and a 3D scanning sensor.
Of course, in addition to the user position tracking unit 81, a voice recognition input unit 82 connected to the system controller 70 may be installed to input a voice signal for the operation of the display-mounted multi-joint table apparatus 40.
The system controller 70 automatically controls the operation of the display mounting multi-joint table apparatus 40 by placing the display 56 and the main table 57 at the optimum positions according to the posture changed by the user based on the tracking signal of the user position tracking unit 81.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the system controller 70 tracks the user's posture through a predetermined real-time face recognition or eye tracking algorithm, and automatically adapts the changed posture to control the operation of the display-mounted multi-joint table apparatus 40 only when the same posture is maintained for a predetermined time. If the movement of the display mounting multi-joint table apparatus 40 is changed in real time, the posture of the user can be moved for a simple physical movement or other movements, and therefore, if reflected in real time, the user may change to an undesirable angle or cause an accident when moving.
The system controller 70 performing this role may include a central processing unit 71 (CPU), MEMORY 72 (MEMORY), and SUPPORT circuitry 73 (SUPPORT CIRCUIT).
The central processing unit 71 is one of various computer processors, and in the present embodiment, the display 56 and the main table 57 are placed at the optimum positions according to the changed posture of the user based on the tracking signal of the user position tracking unit 81 to be industrially applied to automatically control the motion of the display-mounted multi-joint table apparatus 40.
The MEMORY 72, MEMORY is connected to the central processing unit 71. The memory 72 may be installed locally or remotely as a computer-readable recording medium, for example, at least one or more of readily available Random Access Memory (RAM), ROM, floppy disk, hard disk, or any form of digitally stored memory.
SUPPORT CIRCUITs 73 (SUPPORT CIRCUIT) are coupled to the central processing unit 71 to SUPPORT typical operation of the processor. The support circuits 73 may include time, power supplies, clock circuits, input/output circuits, subsystems, and the like.
In the present embodiment, the system controller 70 is for automatically controlling the actions of the display mounting multi-joint table apparatus 40 so that the display 56 and the main table 57 are placed at the optimum positions according to the changed posture of the user based on the tracking signal of the user position tracking unit 81, and a series of control processes and the like can be stored in the memory 72. Generally, software routines may be stored in the memory 72. The software routines may also be stored or executed by other central processing units (not shown).
Although the processes according to the present invention have been described as being performed by software routines, at least some of the processes of the present invention may also be performed by hardware. Thus, the processes of the present invention may be implemented by software executed on a computer system, or by hardware such as an integrated circuit, or by a combination of software and hardware.
According to the present embodiment functioning in the above-described configuration, by tracking the optimal position suitable for the physical condition or sitting posture of the user, the display 56 or the main table 57 can be automatically arranged, so that various working environments including learning can be optimally realized.
In particular, in the case of the present embodiment, the position of the display 56 or the main table 57 may correspond to all the customization conditions of the user, with the individual adjustment function of each joint constituting the display-mounting multi-joint table apparatus 40. In addition, the setting of each joint part can be basically set through the face recognition and automatic distance adjustment functions of a user, when necessary, the user can use a corresponding control button to independently fine-tune each joint so as to set the position to be the optimized posture of the user, and the optimized set value can be stored through an input key of a memory function. This memory function is useful in the case where there are a plurality of users, and has an advantage that it can be used by a command button, if necessary, after storing a specific setting value in a memory according to each person's taste.
Fig. 6 is a perspective view of a functional composite table system according to a second embodiment of the present invention, fig. 7 is an operation state diagram of fig. 6, fig. 8 to 10 are diagrams of side views of the functional composite table system of fig. 6 illustrating operation states of respective processes, and fig. 11 is a control block diagram of the functional composite table system of fig. 6.
Referring to these figures, a functional composite table system 100 according to the present embodiment includes a system common base 110, a motorized chair assembly 120, a side table assembly 130, and a display-mounted multi-joint table apparatus 140.
In addition to the side table assembly 130, since the power chair assembly 120 and the display-mounted multi-joint table apparatus 140 are adjusted to various angles, i.e., to the angle desired by the user, they can be used in various environments, learning, working or playing games in various postures. Therefore, the convenience of use is very high.
The system common base 110 collectively supports a motorized chair assembly 120, a side table assembly 130, and a display-mounting multi-joint table apparatus 140.
That is, the electric chair module 120, the side table module 130, and the display-mounting multi-joint table device 140 are integrally mounted on the system-shared base 110. In this case, the system can be kept compact and movement is facilitated.
The powered chair assembly 120 is mounted to one side of the system common base 110 and forms a seat for a user of the system to sit on.
The power chair assembly 120 includes a power chair main body 123 having a seat plate portion 121 and a backrest portion 122, a power foot stand 124 connected to the power chair main body 123 and supporting feet and legs, and a chair-mounted driving unit 125 provided on the system common base 110 and supporting the power chair main body 123 and driving the power chair main body 123 and the power foot stand 124. The operation of the chair installation driving unit 125 may be controlled by a system controller 170 described later.
As such, due to the electrical structure of the chair mounting driving unit 125, the electric chair main body 123 and the electric foot stand 124 can be operated, i.e., rotated, so that the sitting posture can be adjusted to various angles. Even more, the motorized chair assembly 120 may be used in a nearly recumbent position.
For reference, although not shown in the drawings, a massage function may be added to the electric chair main body 123 and the electric foot stand 124. In this case, the power chair assembly 120 may be a complicated device that adds a massage function outside the concept of a chair.
The side table assembly 130 is a structure connected to the system common base 110 at a side region of the power chair assembly 120.
The side table assembly 130 forms a fixed structure when the power chair assembly 120 and the display mounting multi-joint table apparatus 140 are electrically driven.
The side table assembly 130 may include a side table 131 and a plurality of side bridges 132 supporting the side table 131 at an upper end and secured to the system common base 110 at a lower end.
A book or a beverage cup can be placed on the side table 131, and the input panel 160 is disposed at one side of the side table 131.
On the other hand, the display-mounted multi-joint table apparatus 140 movably supports a display 156 and a main table 157 disposed below the display 156 for attachment to the means of the system common base 110 in the front region of the motorized chair assembly 120.
In other words, the display-mounting multi-joint table apparatus 140 is not a simple table structure, i.e., the display 156 and the main table 157 can be moved to desired angles and positions as a series of apparatuses having the display 156 and the main table 157.
The display 156 may be a computer built-in integrated display. In addition, a keyboard, a mouse, and the like for operating a computer may be installed on the main table 157. Of course, it is also possible to read or take notes on the main station 157.
The display-mounting articulated table apparatus 140 has a fixing frame 141 fixed to the system-sharing base 110, and the following members are connected to the fixing frame 141 in a relatively rotatable articulated structure. Accordingly, the display 156 and the main table 157 are operated at a desired angle.
The first rotating arm 143 is connected to the fixed frame 141. The first rotating arm 143 is relatively rotatably connected to the fixing frame 141 by a first hinge 142.
The first arm wing 144 is connected to one side of the first rotating arm 143 to extend. Then, the first actuator 145 is connected to the fixed frame 141 and the first arm wing 144.
