Referring to fig. 3, a flag bit flag for marking whether the written data has been read, which is 0 when the data is written, and/or an ID recording bit, which is 1 when the data has been read, are set in each data storage area. The ID recording bit changes the ID every time data is written, a mode of adding 1 every time can be adopted, the mode is changed into an unsigned byte, and after 8 bits exceed 255, sequential circulation is carried out from 0 again. Either one or both of the flag bit flag and the ID recording bit may be set. The main control chip of the mobile terminal or the intelligent household appliance reads data when the flag bit indicates 0 or the ID is changed, so that the timeliness of data communication is ensured.
In this embodiment, the verification area is set independently, rather than adding verification data to each area, which can improve the reading efficiency. During verification, the verification area needs to be modified when the data of each storage area changes, that is, two parts of data (the modified storage area and the verification area) need to be modified each time an instruction is sent.
In this embodiment, the situation that the main control chip 001 and the mobile terminal 002 access the NFC chip 003 at the same time can be avoided in the following two ways.
The first method is as follows: the main control chip 001 is set to access the NFC chip 003 at regular time to read/write data, but this method is likely to waste resources and affect communication efficiency.
The second method comprises the following steps: referring to fig. 4, a first pin of the main control chip 001 is connected to a second pin of the NFC chip 003, the NFC chip 003 controls the second pin to output a first level signal after interaction with the mobile terminal 002 is finished, and the main control chip 001 accesses the NFC chip 003 after detecting that the first pin is the first level signal. The first level signal is a high level signal or a low level signal. The master control chip 001 is informed in a level mode, so that the master control chip 001 judges whether a mobile phone is available at present according to a level signal, once the mobile phone is operated, the master control chip 001 waits for 500ms after the signal disappears to read and write data, the timeliness of data reading can be guaranteed, and the number of times of reading the data can be reduced.

7. and the MCU writes the state data into the data storage area of the household appliance end and updates the data in the verification area at the same time.
