It is to be understood that the data so used is interchangeable under appropriate circumstances such that the embodiments of the application described herein are capable of operation in sequences other than those illustrated or described herein. Furthermore, the terms "comprises," "comprising," and "having," and any variations thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, system, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of steps or elements is not necessarily limited to those steps or elements expressly listed, but may include other steps or elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus.
Example one
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of an evaluation index data generation method provided in an embodiment of the present application, where the embodiment is applicable to a specific situation, and the method may be executed by an evaluation index data generation device, where the evaluation index data generation device may be implemented in a form of hardware and/or software, and the evaluation index data generation device may be configured in an electronic device. As shown in fig. 1, the method includes:
and S110, acquiring historical service information and a preset index operation set of the user.
The historical business information of the user may be a participation record of each service provided by the user participating in the service party or a usage record of each product provided by the service party, such as business record information left when the user transacts business at a bank (corresponding to the service party). The preset index operation set may be a set of preset operation modes for different index data, and may be any operation mode or combination of addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, square, remainder, larger, smaller, and unequal. Of course, the preset index operation set may be set by a relevant technician according to an actual situation or manual experience, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application. The index data can be various indexes and data thereof fed back by using services or products of a service party, taking loan as an example, a user transacts loan at a bank, wherein a repayment record can correspond to historical service information, and specific repayment date, repayment amount, repayment frequency and the like in the repayment record can be recorded as index data. Because the historical business information and the preset index operation set can be stored in a local database or a cloud end of a server, the historical business information and the preset index operation set can be obtained by directly calling the historical business information and the preset index operation set through the local database or the cloud end.
And S120, determining an evaluation index data item of the user according to the historical service information.
The evaluation index data item may be an index for evaluating the credit condition of the user. And determining data for embodying the credit condition of the user in the service or product in which the server participates in the past historical time of the user according to the historical service information of the user. For example, the bank inquires the payment condition of the user in the historical loan information of the user, and determines an index item for evaluating the credit (or called credit investigation) of the user and corresponding data thereof according to the payment condition of the user.
In an alternative embodiment, the determining, according to the historical service information, an evaluation index data item of the user may include: constructing a data item structure tree according to historical business information; and determining the evaluation index data item according to the data item structure tree, and performing graphic rendering and display through a human-computer interaction interface.
The data item structure tree may be used to rearrange the tree structure of the historical service information, so as to obtain clear relationships between each index and data thereof, and these relationships may affect the judgment of the user credit. Of course, the data item structure tree may be constructed by using any tree structure construction algorithm in the prior art, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present application. And extracting evaluation index data items from the constructed data structure tree, for example, screening and extracting the evaluation index data items according to different users or different services by a machine learning model trained in advance, rendering the evaluation index data items in a preset mode, and outputting the rendered evaluation index data items to a human-computer interaction interface for display of technicians.
And S130, constructing an evaluation index program according to the evaluation index data item and the preset index operation set.
The evaluation index program may be a program for evaluating the credit or credit investigation of the user. The evaluation index data items are equivalent to basic data of credit evaluation, the preset index operation set is equivalent to a calculation mode for performing credit evaluation, and the calculation logic of the credit evaluation is determined through the evaluation index data items and the preset index operation set, so that an evaluation index program is constructed. Of course, the method for constructing the evaluation index program may employ any one of the construction algorithms and machine learning models in the prior art.
In an optional implementation manner, the constructing an evaluation index program according to the evaluation index data item and the preset index operation set may include: acquiring a graph dragging operation of an evaluation index data item and a preset index operation set in a human-computer interaction interface; determining a construction rule of an evaluation index program according to the graph dragging operation; and constructing an evaluation index program according to the construction rule.
Because the evaluation index data items, the preset index operation set and the like can be rendered into graphs for display through the human-computer interaction interface, technicians can select or drag the graphs. And acquiring graph dragging operation, and combining the evaluation index data item and a preset index operation set so as to determine a construction rule of an evaluation index program. An evaluation index program is generated according to the combined construction rules.
Further, the constructing an evaluation index program according to the construction rule may include: mapping the construction rule to a preset machining program object; and constructing an evaluation index program according to the mapped machining program object.
The machining program object may be a virtual object that is set in advance to perform program machining and construct a complete evaluation index program. The already generated construction rules are mapped to these machining program objects to construct an evaluation index program. The method for mapping and constructing the evaluation index program may be any program automatic construction algorithm or machine learning model in the prior art, and may be, for example, a reflection mechanism adopting JAVA.
Optionally, after the evaluation index program is constructed, the method may further include: acquiring test data, and inputting the test data into an evaluation index program for testing; correcting the construction rule according to the test result; and updating the evaluation index program according to the modified construction rule.
The test data may be user data (which may be real or manually set) prepared in advance for testing the evaluation index program. It can be understood that after the test data is input into the evaluation index program, corresponding evaluation results can be obtained, and the evaluation results can reflect the credit condition of the user. However, since the test data is prepared in advance by the technician, the technician knows the user credit corresponding to the test data. If the test result has deviation, the technician can manually correct the deviation, modify the construction rule of the evaluation index program or directly modify the evaluation index program. And regenerating the modified rule into an evaluation index program or updating the evaluation index program after modifying the program so as to correct the bugs appearing in the program. Or, a machine learning model can be trained in advance, and the evaluation index program can be automatically corrected by comparing the test data with the user credit condition corresponding to the test result.
140. And inputting the historical service information into an evaluation index program to generate evaluation index data.
And inputting the historical service information of the user into the constructed and corrected evaluation index program, thereby calculating evaluation index data for reflecting the credit condition (or credit investigation) of the user.
Illustratively, after the evaluation index program is constructed and generated, a technician can observe the generation state of the evaluation index program in real time through a human-computer interaction interface, and input a test credit investigation message (equivalent to test data) to obtain a test result and compare the test result with an expected value of an original message, so as to assist in modifying the construction rule of the evaluation index program, verify the test data from the newly generated evaluation index program, and after the verification is successful, the verification can be performed at least once by a manual or pre-trained machine learning model, and after the verification is passed, the evaluation index (such as a credit investigation index) can be issued and used. For example, a product side of a bank may apply a new index to a product by configuring the new index and a new admission rule, where the new index may be a data item used for evaluating a credit investigation situation of a user, such as the number of times that the user continuously disobeys payment.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the application, the evaluation index data item is determined through the historical service data of the user, and an evaluation index program is constructed according to the evaluation index data item and the preset index operation set, so that the evaluation index data is generated according to the credit condition of the user. The method has the advantages that the method can be beneficial to the rapid iterative optimization of the evaluation indexes, the business development requirement of the service party is further met, the flexibility and the high efficiency of the generation of the evaluation index data can be improved by adjusting the construction rules, and the working efficiency of the service party is improved.
