s2, putting the raw materials ground and dispersed in the step S1 into a stirring kettle, putting 3.5 parts of defoaming agent, 0.7 part of anticorrosion improver, 3.9 parts of emulsifier, 6 parts of dispersant, 4.4 parts of wetting agent, 3.2 parts of auxiliary agent, 5 parts of thickening agent and 3.2 parts of drier into the stirring kettle, and stirring and mixing paint by adopting the stirring kettle;
and S3, filtering the semi-finished product after stirring and paint mixing by adopting silk cloth, and removing coarse materials and impurities to obtain the finished product of the water-based rust-resisting emulsion for conversion embroidery.
The prepared water-based rust-proof emulsion for rotary embroidery has better performances in adhesive force, salt spray resistance, drying time performance and corrosion resistance.

s2, putting the raw materials ground and dispersed in the step S1 into a stirring kettle, putting a defoaming agent, an anti-corrosion promoter, an emulsifier, a dispersant, a wetting agent, an auxiliary agent, a thickening agent and a drier into the stirring kettle, and stirring and mixing paint by adopting the stirring kettle;
