2. the aqueous rust-proof emulsion for rotary embroidery is prepared by the steps of uniformly mixing ammonia water, water-milled mica, calcium carbonate, ethylene glycol, sodium nitrite solution, titanium dioxide, hydroxyethyl cellulose solution, deionized water, 80 parts of aqueous acrylic acid modified epoxy resin, a neutralizing agent, an anticorrosive pigment, an extender pigment and a coloring pigment in a stirrer, grinding and dispersing the uniformly mixed raw materials in a sand mill, and adding a defoaming agent, an anticorrosive promoter, an emulsifying agent, a dispersing agent, a wetting agent, an auxiliary agent, a thickening agent and a drier.
