It is known that in the initial stage of drilling by using a hand drill and a gun drill, the surface of a workpiece or a plate is smooth, and the cutting edge (cutting edge) of the drill cannot be stably attached to a specific position, so that the drill is extremely liable to deviate when a pressing force is applied to the drill; to solve this problem, drill bushings are often used in the industry for positioning to avoid bit misalignment; the drill sleeve is arranged on the drill plate or the clamp body when in use, and is used for determining the position of a machined hole on a workpiece, guiding the cutter to machine, improving the rigidity of the cutter in the machining process and preventing vibration in the machining process.
Although the position of the drilling hole can be accurately positioned through the drill bushing, the control of the drilling hole depth still needs to be judged manually, and the depth deviation is often larger.

Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is apparent that the embodiments described are only some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments.
Referring to fig. 1 to 6, as an embodiment of the present invention, the bit of the toothed shank includes a cutting portion 101 and a shank 102, wherein two cutting grooves are spirally formed on the cutting portion 101, and a cutting angle is ground at an end of the cutting portion 101;
two circles of bulges 108 are arranged at the joint of the cutting part 101 and the cutter handle 102, and a shaft neck is formed between the two circles of bulges 108; a rotating sleeve 105 is rotatably arranged at the shaft neck, and a mutually matched tooth biting assembly is arranged between the inner wall of the rotating sleeve 105 and the outer wall of the shaft neck;
the rotating sleeve 105 is provided with an extension arm 106 on the side facing the cutting part 101, the extension arm 106 is parallel to the axis of the cutting part 101, and a roller 107 is rotatably arranged at one end of the extension arm 106 away from the rotating sleeve 105.
The invention can increase the rotation resistance of the rotating sleeve 105 and the shaft neck through the tooth biting assembly, so that the rotating sleeve 105, the extension arm 106 and the roller 107 can rotate along with the cutter handle 102 and the cutting part 101 without additional resistance;
Since the rotating sleeve 105 is in rotating fit with the shaft neck, the rotating sleeve and the shaft neck are in clearance fit; that is, the inner diameter of the rotating sleeve 105 is slightly larger than the outer wall of the journal, and the contact surface between the rotating sleeve 105 and the protrusion 108 is very limited, so that if the biting assembly is not arranged, the rotating sleeve 105 can not rotate along with the shank 102 only by virtue of the friction force between the journal and the rotating sleeve 105 and the friction force between the rotating sleeve 105 and the protrusion 108 when the shank 102 rotates; in particular, during chip removal from the chip pocket, the continuously discharging chip can block the rollers 107 and extension arms 106 from rotating.
As a further aspect of the present invention, please refer to fig. 1, 2, and 6; the end of the knife handle 102 is provided with a flat tail 103, and the flat tail 103 is provided with a fixing hole 104 for a bolt to pass through and fix the flat tail 103.
One end of the drill bit can be installed into the machine by utilizing the flat tail 103, and the flat tail 103 is fixed with the machine through the fixing hole 104 on the flat tail 103, so that the output shaft of the machine and the drill bit are prevented from rotating and slipping.
As a further aspect of the present invention, referring to fig. 2 to 5, the tooth biting assembly includes a plurality of fixed teeth 110 circumferentially equidistantly disposed on the inner wall of the rotating sleeve 105, and a plurality of movable teeth 109 slidably disposed on the shaft journal;
The movable teeth 109 are distributed at equal intervals along the periphery of the shaft journal, a sliding block 111 is arranged on one surface of the movable teeth 109 facing the shaft journal, and the sliding block 111 is in sliding fit with a sliding groove 112 formed in the outer wall of the shaft journal; the chute 112 is parallel to the axis of the shank 102;
The fixed tooth 110 has a first wedge surface towards one end of the movable tooth 109, a second wedge surface adapted to the first wedge surface is provided at one end of the movable tooth 109 towards the fixed tooth 110, and the inclination directions of the first wedge surface and the second wedge surface are the same as the spiral direction of the cutting groove.
When the cutting part 101 and the tool handle 102 rotate to drill holes, the movable teeth 109 are driven to rotate along with the shaft neck; when the rotating sleeve 105 does not receive larger resistance, the first wedge surface at the end part of the movable tooth 109 acts on the second wedge surface at the end part of the fixed tooth 110, so that the rotating sleeve 105, the extension arm 106 and the roller 107 can be driven to rotate in a following way, and the blocking force generated in the chip removal process of chips in the cutting groove is overcome;
When the roller 107 is blocked from rotating by a larger external force, the rotating sleeve 105 cannot rotate, so that the fixed tooth 110 cannot rotate, and at the moment, the second wedge surface acts on the first wedge surface to enable the movable tooth 109 to overcome the gravity of the movable tooth and the friction force between the sliding block 111 and the sliding groove 112 to rise and yield, thereby realizing that the rotating sleeve 105 cannot rotate without influencing the rotation of the drill bit.
The invention also provides a drill bushing for adapting the drill bit of the toothed shank, referring to fig. 7-10, the drill bushing comprises a bushing body 201, a side plate 203 fixed on the outer wall of the bushing body 201, and a stop piece 205 adjustably arranged on the side plate 203 along the length direction of the side plate 203;
The side plate 203 is parallel to the axis of the cutting portion 101.
When the drill bushing and the drill bit are matched, the bushing body 201 is fixed on the drill plate or the fixture body; then starting the machine to drive the drill bit to rotate, and enabling the drill bit to rotate along with the axis of the drill bit to downwards approach the sleeve 201 when drilling; when the roller 107 on the drill rotates to be attached to the side plate 203, the roller 107, the extension arm 106 and the rotary sleeve 105 do not rotate along with the journal any more, but only move downwards along with the tool shank 102 because the roller 107 receives a larger resistance;
when the roller 107 moves downward into contact with the stopper 205, the roller 107 cannot continue to move downward; the extension arm 107 and the swivel 105 are prevented from continuing downward, eventually allowing the cutting portion 101 and the shank 102 and machine to remain at the current depth, and the drill is no longer continued, thereby controlling the depth of the borehole.
As a still further scheme of the invention, a mounting sleeve 204 is arranged on the outer wall of the side plate 203, the mounting sleeve 204 is parallel to the side plate 203, a screw 206 is rotatably arranged in the mounting sleeve 204, the screw 206 is in threaded fit with a spiral ring 207, and a guide groove 210 is formed in the side wall of the mounting sleeve 204; the stop 205 protrudes through the guide slot 210 into the mounting sleeve 204 and is fixed to the threaded ring 207.
The screw 207 and the stopper 205 are driven to be vertically movably adjusted along the length direction of the side plate 203 by the guide groove 210 by rotating the screw 206, so as to adjust and control the drilling depth of the drill bit.
As a still further scheme of the invention, a knob 209 is arranged at the top of the screw 206, a rotating ring 208 is arranged at the top of the mounting sleeve 204, and the rotating ring 208 is in rotating fit with the upper part of the screw 206; the lower edge of the sleeve 201 is uniformly distributed with a plurality of positioning holes 202 along the circumference.
The sleeve 201 can be fixed on the drill plate or the fixture body by utilizing the positioning holes 202 and the screws; the screw 206 is driven to rotate by rotating the knob 209, the upper part of the screw 206 is supported by the rotating ring 208, the gap between the upper part of the screw 206 and the inner wall of the mounting sleeve 204 is eliminated, and the screw 206 is prevented from axially jumping.
As a still further solution of the present invention, a scale is disposed on the outer wall of the mounting sleeve 204, so as to accurately adjust the position of the stop 205, thereby accurately controlling the drilling depth; the side plate 203 is made of alloy steel, so that the strength of the side plate 203 can be improved, and stress yield after long-time use is avoided.
The above-described embodiments are illustrative, not restrictive, and the technical solutions that can be implemented in other specific forms without departing from the spirit or essential characteristics of the present invention are included in the present invention.
