The transmission shaft 9 slightly rotates and the displacement slide block 5 slightly displaces in the horizontal direction.
The rotary motor 11 provides power for rotating the adjusting pipe 10, so that the rotation amount of the adjusting pipe 10 can be adjusted more accurately, and the condition of large error of manual adjustment precision is avoided. The adjusting pipe 10 rotates and drives the transmission shaft 9 to rotate and produce the small removal of horizontal direction to drive the sliding block 5 to produce the slip of horizontal direction on bottom plate 16, the sliding block 5 drives the hinge movable part 202 to remove the removal that the end produced vertical direction, thereby accomplishes the accurate adjustment of the vertical direction in lathe tool 8 position.
Further, in a specific embodiment, the moving end of the hinge moving portion 202 is further provided with a moving slider limiting member 20, two sides of the moving slider 5 are both provided with vertically arranged rectangular first through holes, two second through holes in two vertical directions are formed corresponding to the moving end of the hinge moving portion 202 abutted against the moving end, the moving slider limiting member 20 is a screw sleeved with a hinge-type knife rest spring, two ends of the hinge-type knife rest spring are sleeved with a gasket on the screw, the moving slider limiting member 20 is sequentially inserted into the second through holes and the first through holes, the lower end of the moving slider limiting member is in threaded connection with a threaded hole on the bottom plate 16, and the hinge-type knife rest base 2 and the moving slider 5 are fixed on the bottom plate 16. When the transmission shaft 9 drives the displacement slider 5 to slide on the bottom plate 16, the displacement slider limiting part 20 can enable the displacement slider 5 to horizontally slide on the bottom plate and limit the sliding range to be 0-10 microns, the hinge type tool rest spring enables the moving end of the hinge movable part 202 to move up and down, and meanwhile, the deformation pressure of the hinge type tool rest base 2 can be relieved, so that the weak flexible hinge structure is not damaged.
Further, referring to fig. 5, the measuring assembly 6 includes: the measuring and installing seat 601, the supporting rod 602, the dial indicator 603 and the clamping rod 604 are arranged, a strip-shaped installing seat through hole is formed in the end face of the side of the measuring and installing seat 601, the measuring and installing seat fastening screw is fixed on the end face of one side of the base 1, the measuring and installing seat fastening screw is unscrewed, the position of the measuring and installing seat 601 can be adjusted, and the measuring and installing seat fastening screw is screwed after adjustment. The lower end of the supporting rod 602 is fixed on the measuring installation seat 601. The clamping rod 604 is horizontally arranged, one end of the clamping rod is rotatably connected to the supporting rod 602, and the other end of the clamping rod clamps the fixing rod at the lower end of the dial indicator 603. The two ends of the holding rod 604 are both of bayonet structures, a bolt penetrates through the outer side of the bayonet, the holding rod 604 can be rotated and the height of the holding rod can be adjusted by loosening the bolt at the bayonet of the support rod 602, and the holding rod can be fixed on the support rod 602 by tightening the bolt. Similarly, the dial indicator 603 can be installed or removed by adjusting the bolt of the bayonet at the dial indicator 603. The dial indicator 603 can measure the position of the turning tool 8 in real time, read the adjustment amount of the height of the position of the turning tool 8 and adjust the position of the turning tool 8 in real time.
Referring to fig. 2, the structural deformation real-time monitoring assembly 7 includes: the device comprises a strain gauge mounting plate 701 and a strain gauge 702, wherein the strain gauge mounting plate 701 is fixed at the top end of a hinge-type tool rest base 2, and a lead screw through hole is formed in the position, corresponding to a lead screw mounting hole, of the strain gauge mounting plate 701 so as to mount a lead screw 4; a strain gauge 702 is fixed to the strain gauge mounting plate 701, and the strain gauge 702 is electrically connected to a strain gauge. The real-time structural deformation monitoring assembly 7 can accurately monitor the deformation of the position of the turning tool 8 through monitoring the structural deformation state of the hinge type tool rest base 2 in real time, and meanwhile, can monitor the deformation in real time so as to prevent the damage to the hinge type tool rest base 2.
The tool setting steps when the tool setting device is used are as follows:
s1, a turning tool 8 is installed on a turning tool installation seat 3, and an adjusting screw on a fixed pressing plate 18 is loosened to enable the turning tool installation seat 3 to be in a coarse adjustment state;
s2, roughly adjusting the turning tool mounting seat 3 by rotating the lead screw 4;
s3, fixing the turning tool mounting seat 3 on the hinge type tool rest seat 2 by screwing down the bolt on the fixed pressing plate 18;
s4, finely adjusting the turning tool mounting seat 3 by starting the rotary motor 11 and adjusting the rotation quantity of the rotary motor;
and S5, reading the tool setting error and the structural position state of the turning tool 8 through the measuring component 6 and the structural deformation real-time monitoring component 7.
The specific process comprises the first step of installing a turning tool 8 on a turning tool installation seat 3 on a hinge type tool rest seat 2, fixing the turning tool by using a turning tool fixing pressing block 17, measuring the current height dimension position of the turning tool 8 and calculating the preset height dimension. The high position coarse adjustment of second step, utilize allen key to rotate lead screw 4, lead screw 4 can drive the nut piece on the lathe tool mount pad 3 and take place the displacement in vertical direction, the nut piece on the lathe tool mount pad 3 is connected through the sliding tray with hinge type tool rest seat 2, fixed pressing plate 18 passes through adjusting screw with lathe tool mount pad 3 and is connected, adjusting screw on the fixed pressing plate 18 is in not hard up state when rotating lead screw 4, read the reading on the amesdial 603 when rotating lead screw 4, thereby accomplish the tool setting coarse adjustment of lathe tool 8. Thirdly, fine adjustment is carried out, the rotary motor 11 drives the adjusting pipe 10 to rotate, and the adjusting pipe 10 drives the transmission shaft 9 to move slightly in the horizontal direction when rotating under the limiting condition of the limiting ring 13; the displacement slide block 5 is connected with the transmission shaft 9, the displacement slide block 5 generates small displacement under the pulling of the transmission shaft 9, the displacement slide block 5 is in inclined surface contact with the hinge movable part 202, and then the flexible hinge structure on the hinge type tool rest base 2 is enabled to generate small parallelogram displacement motion in the vertical direction, so that the fine adjustment in the vertical direction of the turning tool 8 is realized.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
1. a coarse adjustment component: the turning tool mounting seat is mainly used for quickly adjusting the height position error of a turning tool 8, the adjustable range is plus or minus 5mm, the pitch precision of a lead screw 4 is 1mm per revolution, and the principle is that the coarse adjustment of the turning tool mounting seat 3 is realized by utilizing the quantitative rotation of the lead screw 4, so that the position adjustment can be realized accurately;
2. fine adjustment of the components: the fine adjustment mechanism is mainly used for fine adjustment of height position errors of a turning tool 8, the measuring range is 1 mu m, the realization principle is that the transmission shaft 9 horizontally drives the displacement slide block 5 to move based on the fine thread on the transmission shaft 9 under the rotation of the adjusting pipe 10, and the hinge type tool rest base 2 is slightly moved under the movement of the displacement slide block 5.
3. The measuring assembly 6: the module is mainly used for measuring and reading the adjustment quantity of the height of the turning tool 8 in real time, and the minimum resolution of the dial indicator 603 is 1 micrometer.
4. Structural deformation real-time monitoring component 7: the method is mainly used for detecting the structural deformation state of the hinge type tool rest base 2 in real time, so that the position change of the turning tool 8 is further detected.

the coarse adjustment component is mounted at the moving end of the hinge movable part (202) and is in transmission connection with the turning tool mounting seat (3);
the fine adjustment assembly comprises a driving part and a displacement slide block (5), and the driving part is installed in the installation hole; the displacement slide block (5) is connected to the driving end of the driving part in a transmission manner and is abutted against the inclined surface to drive the moving end of the hinge movable part (202) to move up and down;

a fourth flexible hinge (2024) fixedly connected to the third flexible hinge (2023) and having the same horizontal center and the same vertical center as the second flexible hinge (2022); gaps are arranged at the joints of the third flexible hinge (2023) and the fourth flexible hinge (2024) and the first flexible hinge (2021) and the second flexible hinge (2022).

The tool rest capable of adjusting the position of the turning tool of the ultra-precision lathe according to claim 1, wherein the coarse adjustment assembly comprises a lead screw (4) and a nut block, a sliding groove is formed in one side of the hinge movable part (202) close to the turning tool mounting seat (3), a lead screw mounting hole communicated with the sliding groove is formed in the upper end surface of one side of the hinge movable part, and the lead screw (4) is mounted in the lead screw mounting hole; the nut block is connected in the sliding groove in a sliding mode and is in transmission connection with the lead screw (4).
