In this embodiment, the first positioning slot is disposed on the first side outer plate 320, the first positioning slot and the first slot 322 are disposed on two opposite sides of the first side outer plate 320, and similarly, the second side outer plate is disposed with the second positioning slot, and when the second side plate 400 is in the folded state, the positioning head 105 is inserted into the second positioning slot.

In order to ensure the safe and reliable use of the writing case, the plate surface on one side of the fixing plate 100 is further provided with a locking protrusion 103, the locking protrusion 103 and the supporting platform 1011 are arranged at an interval in the first direction, and the bottom plate 500 is clamped between the locking protrusion 103 and the supporting platform 1011 when abutting against the supporting platform 1011. In this embodiment, the writing case is used as a pen container, and can be folded and unfolded, and the fixing plate 100 is an outer wall of a book stand, a storage box, or the like, and besides, the fixing plate 100 may be a separate plate body fixed to outer walls of other articles.

EXAMPLE III

As shown in fig. 15 to 21, the present invention provides a writing case including a fixing plate 100, an outer side plate 200, a first side plate 300, a second side plate 400 and a bottom plate 500. The first side plate body at one end is rotatably connected to the fixing plate 100, the first side plate body at the other end is rotatably connected to one side end, the first side plate body at the other end is rotatably connected to the other side end, when the first side plate body 300 is in a folded state, the first side plate bodies are sequentially overlapped and clamped between the fixing plate 100 and the outer side plate 200, the second side plate body 400 comprises a plurality of second side plate bodies, the second side plate bodies are sequentially rotatably connected, the second side plate body at one end is rotatably connected to the fixing plate 100, the second side plate body at the other end is rotatably connected to the other side end, when the second side plate 400 is in the folded state, the second side plate bodies are sequentially overlapped and clamped between the fixing plate 100 and the outer side plate 200, one end of the bottom plate 500 is rotatably connected to the bottom end, the first side plate body 300 and the second side plate body 400 are in the folded state, and the second side plate body 400 is abutted to the supporting table top 500 when the table top is unfolded.

In the invention, the bottom plate 500 is matched with the supporting table surface 1011, and the bottom plate 500 can be rotatably abutted against the supporting table surface 1011, so that the writing case can be used and can be rotatably lifted, and the interference of the folding operation among the fixing plate 100, the outer side plate 200, the first side plate 300 and the second side plate 400 is avoided.

In this embodiment, the first direction is a vertical direction, the second direction is a horizontal direction, the first side plate 300 and the second side plate 400 have the same structure, and both have an unfolded state and a folded state, when the writing case is unfolded for use, the first side plate 300 and the second side plate 400 are adjusted to the unfolded state first, so as to form a plate body, and then the bottom plate 500 is rotated to abut against the supporting platform 1011, at this time, the fixing plate 100, the outer side plate 200, the first side plate 300 and the second side plate 400 enclose the bottom plate 500 to form an accommodating groove for accommodating the writing case, when the writing case is folded, the bottom plate 500 is rotated and lifted to abut against the outer side plate 200 first, then the first side plate 300 and the second side plate 400 are adjusted to the folded state, and finally clamped between the fixing plate 100 and the outer side plate 200, so as to realize the folding and folding of the writing case, and save the occupied space. In addition to the above arrangement, the first side panel 300 and the second side panel 400 of the writing case may be located at both sides of the outer panel 200 in the folded state when the writing case is folded.

More specifically, the first side panel has a length dimension as a panel surface dimension in the first direction, a width dimension as a panel surface dimension perpendicular to the first direction, and a width dimension of the first side inner panel 310 is smaller than a width dimension of the first side outer panel 320. The above arrangement enables the first side outer panel 320 to cover and protect the first side inner panel 310 in the folded state.

Specifically, when the first side plate 300 is folded, the first inner side plate 310 is parallel to and abuts against the fastening plate 100, and the first outer side plate 320 is disposed at an angle to the fastening plate 100. The above arrangement makes the center of gravity of the first side plate 300 closer to the fixing plate 100 and abut against the fixing plate 100 in the folded state, so that the structure of the first side plate 300 is safer and more reliable.

More specifically, when the first side panel 300 and the second side panel 400 are both in the unfolded state, the first side panel 300 and the second side panel 400 are parallel to each other and are both perpendicular to the fixing plate 100. With the above arrangement, the stress on the first side plate 300 and the second side plate 400 is more balanced and stable in the unfolded state.

In this embodiment, the second side plate 400 includes two second side plate bodies, which are a second inner side plate and a second outer side plate, respectively, one end of the second inner side plate is rotatably connected to the fixing plate 100, the other end of the second inner side plate is rotatably connected to one end of the second outer side plate, and the other end of the second outer side plate is rotatably connected to the other side end.

Specifically, a supporting groove 101 is formed on the plate surface on one side of the fixing plate 100, and a supporting table 1011 is formed on one side wall of the supporting groove 101 in the first direction. With the above arrangement, the support table 1011 can be more simply and conveniently formed, and interference with the outer side plate 200 when folded is avoided. In addition to forming the supporting lands 1011 by removing the material to form the supporting grooves 101, in other embodiments, a projection may be formed on the plate surface of the fixing plate 100, and the supporting lands 1011 are located on the projection.

Specifically, on the first side plate body and the side wall of the supporting groove 101, one is provided with a first engaging groove 322, and the other is provided with a first engaging protrusion 104, and when the first side plate 300 is in the folded state, the first engaging protrusion 104 is engaged into the first engaging groove 322. Above-mentioned setting for first curb plate body can keep in fold condition, avoids it to receive external force and unusual the expansion.

Specifically, on the bottom plate 500 and the supporting table 1011, one is provided with the positioning groove 502, and the other is provided with the positioning head 105, and when the bottom plate 500 abuts against the supporting table 1011, the positioning head 105 extends into the positioning groove 502. The above arrangement enables the base plate 500 to be accurately positioned against the support table 1011.

In this embodiment, the first positioning slot is disposed on the first side outer plate 320, and the first positioning slot and the first slot 322 are disposed on two opposite sides of the first side outer plate 320, and similarly, the second side outer plate is provided with the second positioning slot, and when the second side plate 400 is in the folded state, the positioning head 105 is clamped into the second positioning slot.

Claims

1. A writing case, comprising:

the fixing plate (100), a supporting table surface (1011) is arranged on the plate surface of one side of the fixing plate (100);

the outer side plate (200) is parallel to the fixing plate (100), and one end, facing the supporting table surface (1011), of the first direction of the outer side plate (200) is a bottom side end;

the fixing plate comprises two side plates, one end of each side plate is connected to the fixing plate (100), the other end of each side plate is connected to the outer side plate (200), the side plates can be folded and have an unfolded state, when the two side plates are folded, the outer side plates (200) can be driven to move towards the fixing plate (100), and when the two side plates are in the unfolded state, the fixing plate (100), the outer side plates (200) and the two side plates are surrounded to form a cavity which is communicated along the first direction;

one end of the bottom plate (500) is rotatably connected to the bottom side end, and when the two side plates are in the unfolded state, the other end of the bottom plate (500) can abut against the supporting table surface (1011).

The writing case as defined in claim 1, wherein the side panels are folded when in the folded position, wherein the outer side panel (200) is spaced apart from the stationary panel (100) by a first distance when the side panels are in the folded position, and wherein the outer side panel (200) is spaced apart from the stationary panel (100) by a second distance when the side panels are in the unfolded position, wherein the first distance is less than the second distance.

3. The writing case as defined in claim 1, wherein the second direction of the outer side plate (200) is a side end at each of the two ends, and the second direction is perpendicular to the first direction;

the two side plates are respectively a first side plate (300) and a second side plate (400), one end of the first side plate (300) is connected to the fixing plate (100), the other end of the first side plate is rotatably connected to one side end, one end of the second side plate (400) is connected to the fixing plate (100), and the other end of the second side plate is rotatably connected to the other side end.

4. The writing case as defined in claim 3, wherein one end of the first side panel (300) is slidably connected to the fixing panel (100) along the second direction, and one end of the second side panel (400) is slidably connected to the fixing panel (100) along the second direction.

5. The writing case as claimed in claim 4, wherein the bottom plate (500) is provided with a locking block (501) at each end in the second direction, and when the bottom plate (500) abuts against the supporting table surface (1011), one locking block (501) abuts against the first side plate (300) and the other locking block (501) abuts against the second side plate (400).

6. The writing case as defined in claim 3, wherein the first side board (300) comprises a plurality of first side board bodies, the plurality of first side board bodies are sequentially rotatably connected, one end of the first side board body is rotatably connected to the fixing plate (100), and the other end of the first side board body is rotatably connected to one side end;

the second side plate (400) comprises a plurality of second side plate bodies which are sequentially connected in a rotating mode, one end of each second side plate body is connected to the fixing plate (100) in a rotating mode, and the other end of each second side plate body is connected to the other side end in a rotating mode.

7. The writing case as defined in claim 6, wherein the first side plate and the second side plate are respectively provided with a hollow hole.

8. The writing case as defined in claim 7, wherein when the first side panel (300) is folded, one of the adjacent first side panels can be inserted into the hollow hole of the other first side panel.

The writing case as defined in claim 6, wherein the first side board (300) comprises two first side boards, wherein the two first side boards are a first inner side board (310) and a first outer side board (320), one end of the first inner side board (310) is rotatably connected to the fixing board (100), the other end of the first inner side board is rotatably connected to one end of the first outer side board (320), and the other end of the first outer side board (320) is rotatably connected to one of the side ends.

The writing case as claimed in claim 9, wherein a plurality of first inner supporting arms (311) are disposed at an end of the first inner side plate (310) facing away from the fixing plate (100), the plurality of first inner supporting arms (311) are sequentially spaced along the first direction, a plurality of first outer supporting arms (321) are disposed at an end of the first outer side plate (320) facing away from the outer side plate (200), the plurality of first outer supporting arms (321) are sequentially spaced along the first direction, one first outer supporting arm (321) is sandwiched between two adjacent first inner supporting arms (311), and the first inner supporting arm (311) is rotatably connected to the first outer supporting arm (321).

11. The writing case as claimed in claim 10, wherein the end of the first inner arm (311) is rotatably connected to the end of the first outer arm (321), a hollow hole is formed between two adjacent first inner arms (311), and a hollow hole is formed between two adjacent first outer arms (321).

12. The writing case as defined in claim 6, wherein when the first side panel (300) is folded in place, the plurality of first side panels are sequentially stacked and sandwiched between the fixing panel (100) and the outer panel (200).

13. The writing case as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 12, wherein a supporting groove (101) is formed on a surface of the fixed plate (100), and a side wall of the supporting groove (101) in the first direction is the supporting surface (1011).

14. The writing case as defined in claim 13, wherein one end of the side plate is connected to the supporting groove (101).
