carrying out real-time vehicle identification at a gate of a parking lot, identifying and marking an external backup vehicle according to the information of the external vehicle, and allowing the external backup vehicle to enter;
planning and recording an external parking space of the external preparation vehicle, and carrying out parking space parking light guidance on the external preparation vehicle;
recording the stop time of the external backup vehicle, generating stop recording time, and warning an authenticated user when the stop recording time exceeds the estimated stop time;
receiving a parking extension application of an authenticated user, determining a parking extension time, performing extension parking record, generating an extension record time, and generating a field processing signal when the parking extension time is exceeded.

and if the vehicle is an external reporting vehicle, allowing the external reporting vehicle to enter.

The method for managing the vehicles outside the parking lot according to claim 1, wherein the step of planning and recording the external parking spaces of the external backup vehicles and guiding the external backup vehicles with parking space parking lights specifically comprises the following steps:
acquiring real-time parking information of a parking lot;
planning and recording an external parking space of the external preparation vehicle according to the real-time parking information;
planning a parking space parking route according to the external parking space;
and reporting vehicles coming from the outside to carry out parking space parking light guidance according to the parking space parking route.

The method for managing the vehicles outside the parking lot according to claim 1, wherein the recording the parking time of the external backup vehicle, generating a parking record time, and alerting an authenticated user when the parking record time exceeds the expected parking time specifically comprises the following steps:
generating a time recording signal when an external preparation vehicle enters a parking lot;
according to the time recording signal, recording the stop time to generate stop recording time;
judging whether the parking recording time exceeds the estimated parking time;
and when the parking recording time exceeds the expected parking time, warning the authenticated user.

The method for managing vehicles outside a parking lot according to claim 1, wherein the receiving of a parking extension application for authenticating a user, determining a parking extension duration, performing an extended parking record, generating an extended recording duration, and generating a field processing signal when the parking extension duration is exceeded specifically comprises the steps of:
receiving a parking extension application of an authenticated user, and determining parking extension duration;
after the parking record time exceeds the estimated parking time, performing extended parking record to generate extended record time;
