recording the stop time of the external backup vehicle, generating stop recording time, and warning an authenticated user when the stop recording time exceeds the estimated stop time;
receiving a parking extension application of an authenticated user, determining a parking extension time, performing extension parking record, generating an extension record time, and generating a field processing signal when the parking extension time is exceeded.
