Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a shared conference room intelligent search and agile distribution method based on group differences according to an embodiment of the present application. As can be seen from fig. 2, the method for intelligently searching and flexibly allocating shared conference rooms based on group differences of the embodiment includes the following steps:
s210, obtaining the reservation information of the user.
In this embodiment, an executing agent (for example, a server shown in fig. 1) for the group difference-based shared conference room intelligent search and agile distribution method may acquire reservation information in a wired manner or a wireless connection manner.
Further, the execution main body may acquire the reservation information transmitted by the electronic device (for example, the terminal device shown in fig. 1) connected to the execution main body in communication therewith, or may be the reservation information stored locally in advance.
The reservation information comprises reservation date, conference starting time, conference ending time, conference place information and/or attribute information of users and the like; the attribute information of the user comprises the department type, the number of people in the department, the location of the department, equipment information required by the department training and the like of the user.
And S220, analyzing the reservation information through a resource allocation model to obtain a shared conference room allocation list corresponding to the user.
In some embodiments, the resource allocation model is constructed by:
firstly, initializing a population through an initialization operation, namely initializing the population and carrying out normalization, setting the maximum iteration times, scaling factors and cross factors of a model, randomly selecting 2 different individuals from the population for difference and scaling, and randomly selecting the individuals from the population for vector synthesis to generate variant individuals; then, carrying out cross operation on the parent individuals and the variant individuals so as to obtain new individuals; and finally, comparing the fitness values of the individuals and parent individuals, selecting the individual with the optimal fitness value, entering the next generation, and continuing iteration until the termination criterion is met.
In particular, the amount of the solvent to be used,
1) Initialization is performed. N individuals composed of D-dimensional vectors meeting constraint conditions are randomly generated in a solution space, and the j-dimensional value mode of the ith individual is as follows:
Figure BDA0003878997070000061
wherein i and j are positive integers greater than 0;
maxX j representing a solution space X j Maximum value of (2);
minX j representing a solution space X j Minimum value of (1);
rand (0, 1) represents that random numbers of 0 to 1 are generated and uniform distribution is satisfied;
g represents an initial value generated after the population individuals are initialized.
2) And performing variation operation for realizing individual variation in the population through a differential strategy. In the (G + 1) th iteration, 3 different individuals are randomly selected from the G-th generation population to generate the variation vector in the algorithm

respectively randomly selecting 3 different individuals from the population;
f is a scaling factor, and the value range is [0,2].
3) And performing cross operation for increasing the diversity of the population. Generating new individuals by crossing the individuals in the population with the mutated intermediate individuals

4) And carrying out boundary condition processing. After crossover and mutation operations, it may result in a range of some individuals in the population being out of the given range. Suppose u ranges from [ u, w],u The method is a new individual generated after crossing and mutation operations, and the individual obtained after the operations needs to be subjected to boundary condition judgment and corresponding processing. Namely, boundary absorption:

5) And (3) carrying out selection operation for selecting the best individual from the individuals in the population and the individuals obtained by mutation and cross operation to enter the next generation:

and (3) through continuous iterative computation, reserving good individuals, eliminating inferior individuals, guiding the search process to approach to a global optimal solution, finally outputting an optimal result, and finishing the training of a resource allocation model when the unity rate of the value of the optimal result and the ending condition meets a threshold value.
In some embodiments, the following function is employed as a fitness function of the resource allocation model:
Figure BDA0003878997070000081
wherein, F j Representing a total value of fitness after the shared conference room is allocated to each department;
N j representing the total number of resources of each department before allocation;
n j representing the number of resources distributed to each department by the resource distribution model;
S j the number of persons representing each department;
further, F j Is constantly greater than 0, minAllocation resource n j If F is decreased to 0 or more, it can be seen that j The value of (1), which requires that the shared meeting room be preferentially assigned to the department with higher composite score; and the comprehensive score is hooked according to data such as the number of people in the department and/or the reputation grade of the department.
In some embodiments, the reservation information is analyzed through a resource allocation model to obtain a shared conference room allocation list corresponding to the user; the shared conference room allocation list comprises an optimal solution for analyzing reservation information through a resource allocation model.
And S230, determining whether the user has a reservation successfully or not based on the shared conference room distribution list and feeding back the reservation to the user.
And determining whether the user makes a reservation based on the shared conference room distribution list, wherein if the shared conference room required by the user is contained in the list, the reservation is successful, otherwise, the reservation is failed.
Further, still include:
and analyzing the department reservation information based on a preset credit evaluation mechanism, and rewarding or punishing the department according to an analysis result.
Specifically, the preset credit evaluation mechanism is mainly constructed in aspects of conservation and the like, each item accumulates points according to a certain rule, a comprehensive credit score is calculated based on a certain weight, when behaviors such as default and the like occur, the points need to be deducted according to a certain rule, and users with good credit continuous performances give point rewards according to a certain rule. If the composite credit score or the score of a specific single item (conference start guard, conference end guard and/or post-meeting field smoothness, etc.) is lower than a certain score, reservation restriction or other punishment mechanism is carried out in the subsequent reservation process.
Optionally, for example, in the case of conservation, the credit full score is 100 points, if the user is in a meeting according to the reservation, the credit full score is awarded for 10 points (110 points), and if the user is not in a meeting according to the agreement, the credit full score is deducted for 5 points (95 points). The score is equivalent to the composite score described above.
