(2) In the process that grains enter the distillation screen 24, the vibration motor can be started, and the plurality of distillation screen 24 are driven to vibrate by the vibration rod 2735, so that the grains can be more uniformly distributed on the distillation screen 24 in the vibration process;
(3) When the grain on the bottommost distillation screen plate 24 is full, the first hydraulic rod 2332 of the previous stage is started to enable the feeding plate 2331 of the previous stage to form a sealed cone, the grain automatically enters the distillation screen plate 24 of the previous stage, and so on, and the feeding plate 2331 is rotated step by step to enable the grain to fill the distillation screen plates 24 of each stage in sequence, wherein the feeding speed of the grain is not stopped in the filling process and the feeding is kept at a constant speed;
(4) After the filling is finished, stopping the grain conveying, starting the second hydraulic rod 272 to drive the adjusting ring plate 26 to move downwards to restore the distillation net plate 24 to be horizontal, and continuously vibrating the vibrating motor in the restoring process, so that the grains can be more uniformly distributed on the distillation net plate 24, and simultaneously starting the first hydraulic rod 2332 to drive the feeding plate 2331 to rotate to be in a half-open state, so that the wine steam is favorably discharged;
(5) Then, a heating mechanism in the tank body 2 is started to heat water in the tank body 2, so that the water forms steam for distillation, meanwhile, because the discharge chute 232 at the bottom is sealed, the steam can only move upwards through the steam net plates and the steam holes 28, so that the steam not only realizes transmission bottom distillation, but also can be uniformly distributed on each distillation net plate 24 due to the design of the steam holes 28 and the distillation holes 253, so that grains in the tank body 2 are heated more uniformly, the distillation effect of the grains is better, the taste and the quality of the base wine are better, and the distillation efficiency is greatly accelerated;
(6) After the distillation is finished, the heating mechanism is closed, the first hydraulic rod 2332 is started, the feeding plate 2331 rotates to close the feeding groove 233, then the second hydraulic rod 272 is started to enable the adjusting ring plate 26 to move downwards, so that the distillation screen plate 24 forms a downward concave circular truncated cone shape, in the downward movement process of the adjusting ring plate 26, the feeding plate 2321 is contacted, the protruding plate 2321 is squeezed, the discharging plate 2322 is driven to move downwards, the discharging groove 232 is automatically opened, with the inclination of the distillation screen plate 24, grains automatically slide into the discharging groove 232 due to gravity, move to the discharging pipe 22 through the discharging groove 232, and then the discharging valve 221 is opened, so that the grains can be automatically discharged; like this, whole in-process need not like traditional needs manual work load grain like the retort, then the manual work is discharged grain again, and whole process has realized the automatic loading of grain and the automatic discharge of grain after the distillation is accomplished, has not only improved distillation efficiency, has reduced the manual work moreover, the cost is reduced.

Claims (10)

1. The health wine is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 100-200 parts of base wine, 6.3-9.5 parts of kudzu root, 1.2-2.6 parts of tuckahoe, 0.5-1.9 parts of selfheal, 1.3-2.4 parts of medlar, 1.2-2.9 parts of astragalus root, 1.3-3.5 parts of epimedium herb and 1.2-2.3 parts of pilose antler.

3. A method for preparing the health care wine according to claims 1-2, characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) Primary gelatinization: firstly, grinding sorghum into 4-6 petals, and then distilling the new grains and the fermented grains together;

(3) Canning and distilling: after fermentation is completed, fully and uniformly mixing fermented grains and new grains, putting the grains into a conveying box, conveying the mixed grains into a distillation tank through a conveying mechanism on the conveying box, distributing the grains on distillation screen plates on each layer in the distillation tank, starting the distillation tank, distilling the grains by steam in the distillation tank, and allowing the distilled liquor steam to enter a condenser through a flow guide pipe to condense the liquor steam into liquid liquor, and then entering a collecting box to form base liquor of the health-care liquor;
(4) Leaching and filling: delivering the prepared base liquor into an extraction tank through a liquor delivery pipe, and soaking the base liquor, 6.3-9.5 parts of radix puerariae, 1.2-2.6 parts of poria cocos, 0.5-1.9 parts of selfheal, 1.3-2.4 parts of wolfberry fruit, 1.2-2.9 parts of astragalus membranaceus, 1.3-3.5 parts of epimedium and 1.2-2.3 parts of pilose antler together, wherein the soaking period is 30 days, and filling can be carried out after soaking.
