本发明涉及洗衣粉技术领域,公开了一种护手洗衣粉,包括以下重量份的组分:烷基苯磺酸钠1~12份,月桂醇醚硫酸酯钠1~10份,烯基磺酸钠1~6份,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚‑9 1~5份,烷基糖苷1~3份,甘油聚醚0.05~4.2份,乳酸钠0.05~4.2份,脂肪酸钠2~10份。本发明采用乳酸钠、甘油聚醚和脂肪酸钠复配,能够在皮肤表面形成水化膜,并产生一定的赋脂作用,构成双重防护,从而发挥较好的保湿和润滑作用,减小洗衣粉对手部皮肤的刺激性。

技术领域
本发明涉及洗衣粉技术领域,尤其涉及一种护手洗衣粉。
背景技术
洗衣粉是固体洗涤剂中使用最广、占比最高的洗涤剂形式,每年的产销量高达数百万吨,拥有一大批忠实的用户。目前市面上的洗衣粉产品琳琅满目,品牌众多,功能齐全,消费者可以根据自己的喜好挑选产品,但基本都为碱性产品,带来的优势是相比洗衣液、肥皂、洗衣片等其他形式的洗涤剂具有更强的去污性能,但由此也带来温和性不足的问题,特别是碱性较高的产品,甚至会伤手、伤衣物。
随着人们的生活水平快速提升,消费者对产品品质的要求越来越高,不再局限于产品的基本功能,例如要求洗衣粉不仅仅要去污力强,还要温和、无刺激,在选购产品时,也会优先考虑产品的温和性,具有护肤成分或功效的产品更受欢迎。因此,开发能降低刺激性,使皮肤保湿、光滑,具有良好用后肤感的洗衣粉具有重要意义。
专利CN202210152162.1公开了一种深层洁净的洗衣液及其制备方法,其按重量配比如下:植物原料15-20份、植物杀菌剂8-12份、表面活性剂10-20份、甘油3-6份、透明质酸钠10-15份、发泡剂1-5份、稳定剂3-10份、增白剂1-3份、增香剂1-3份和余量水。该专利利用纯天然植物来实现对衣物的洗涤,通过使用皂荚粉、茶麸粉、无患子提取液、草木灰提取液和瓜蒌提取液等植物原料作为基料,减少化学物质的添加,能够在一定程度上减小洗衣液的刺激性。但对于洗衣粉而言,无法采用液态的植物提取液,而将其制成固态的植物提取物后去污能力有限;并且,目前已有大量研究致力于通过改变去污功效成分来降低洗衣粉的刺激性,很难在这方面有进一步突破。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中难以进一步降低洗衣粉刺激性的技术问题,本发明提供了一种护手洗衣粉。该洗衣粉能够在皮肤表面形成水化膜,并产生一定的赋脂作用,构成双重防护,从而发挥较好的保湿和润滑作用,减小洗衣粉对手部皮肤的刺激性。
本发明的具体技术方案为:
一种护手洗衣粉,包括以下重量份的组分:烷基苯磺酸钠1~12份,月桂醇醚硫酸酯钠(AES)1~10份,烯基磺酸钠(AOS)1~6份,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚-9(AEO-9)1~5份,烷基糖苷1~3份,甘油聚醚0.05~4.2份,乳酸钠0.05~4.2份,脂肪酸钠2~10份。
在本发明的洗衣粉中,甘油聚醚、乳酸钠和水分子之间可以形成交联氢键,在皮肤表面形成水化膜,阻止水分挥发,更好地发挥保湿效果,同时还能赋予皮肤光滑感;脂肪酸钠在使用环境下,因pH下降到偏中性,会以游离脂肪酸的形式存在,具有油脂属性,在皮肤上残留后,具有一定的赋脂作用,与水化膜相互配合,能够在皮肤表面形成双重防护,进一步提高效果。通过以上方式,将乳酸钠、甘油聚醚和脂肪酸钠复配后,三者之间能够产生协同效果,更好地发挥锁水保湿和赋予皮肤光滑感的作用,从而在更大程度上降低洗衣粉的刺激性,提高其使用后肤感。
本发明采用甘油聚醚,才能与脂肪酸钠和乳酸钠实现较好的协同增效作用,并非将甘油聚醚换成其他任何保湿剂,均能实现与之相当的效果,原因在于:要实现较好的协同效果,首先要形成交联氢键,组成类似网格状的结构,从而具备较好的锁水效果,实现保湿;其次要在皮肤表面形成膜层结构,才能实现整体的锁水保湿,而这正是基于甘油聚醚独特的分支状柔性长聚醚链结构,才可以与乳酸钠和水配合,形成全面均匀覆盖于皮肤表面的水化膜,并与脂肪酸钠构成双重防护,在保湿的同时,使皮肤具有柔软润滑的质感。而常规的其他保湿剂,如吡咯烷酮羧酸钠、透明质酸钠等,均难以形成类似结构,因此也无法实现与甘油聚醚相当的协同增效作用。
作为优选,所述护手洗衣粉还包括以下重量份的组分:烷基糖苷磺基琥珀酸酯盐0.05~4.7份。
表面活性剂作为洗衣粉中的功效成分,在赋予洗衣粉去污作用的同时,也会渗入皮肤角质层膜中,通过脱脂作用破坏其完整性,导致皮肤出现粗糙感,甚至疼痛感。本发明团队经过理论分析和实验研究后发现,将烷基糖苷磺基琥珀酸酯盐用于洗衣粉配方中,能够有效降低洗衣粉的刺激性,提高洗衣粉的使用后肤感,其作用具体包括以下两方面:
(1)减小表面活性剂对皮肤的刺激性:烷基糖苷磺基琥珀酸酯盐中含有多个强亲水基团,亲水性强,在洗涤过程中,更容易存在于水中进而被冲走,而不容易待在皮肤上。并且,烷基糖苷磺基琥珀酸酯盐在结构上兼具非离子和阴离子的特性,根据相似相溶原理,其与洗衣粉中常用的表面活性剂具有很好的亲和力,因而能够使洗衣粉中的表面活性剂也更容易被水冲走,从而降低皮肤上残留的表面活性剂的量,使其刺激性大大下降。
(2)与乳酸钠和甘油聚醚产生协同效果:未添加烷基糖苷磺基琥珀酸酯盐时,洗衣粉中常用的成分,如表面活性剂、助剂,会更多地残留在皮肤上,破坏甘油聚醚、乳酸钠和水分子之间交联氢键结构和水化膜层结构的形成;而通过添加烷基糖苷磺基琥珀酸酯盐,能够减少表面活性剂在皮肤表面的残留,从而促进交联氢键和水化膜的形成,使其发挥锁水保湿和赋予皮肤光滑感的作用。
作为优选,所述护手洗衣粉还包括以下重量份的组分:沸石5~15份,纯碱5~15份,泡花碱3~15份,丙烯酸聚合物1~6份,过碳酸钠0.1~5份,复合酶0.1~2份,羧甲基纤维素钠0.2~2份,元明粉30~75份。
作为优选,所述护手洗衣粉还包括以下重量份的组分:香精0.1~1份,增白剂0.05~0.3份,彩色粒子0.2~2份,色素0.0001~0.01份。
作为优选,所述脂肪酸钠的碳链长度为C8~22。
作为优选,所述甘油聚醚包括甘油聚醚-12、甘油聚醚-18和甘油聚醚-26中的一种或几种。
甘油聚醚中聚醚链的长度会影响其与乳酸钠和脂肪酸钠之间的协同作用效果,具体而言:当聚醚链长度过短时,会造成甘油聚醚、乳酸钠和水之间形成的交联氢键网状结构不完整;而当聚醚链长度过长时,则会造成甘油聚醚的亲水性过强,在皮肤上的残留量不足,同样不利于交联氢键和水化膜结构的形成。基于此,本发明选用甘油聚醚-12、甘油聚醚-18和甘油聚醚-26中的一种或几种,其聚醚链长度适中,可以较好地与乳酸钠和水形成水化膜,进而发挥降低洗衣粉刺激性、提高其使用后肤感的作用。
作为优选,所述甘油聚醚、乳酸钠和脂肪酸钠的总质量中,甘油聚醚的质量占1~32wt%,乳酸钠的质量占1~32wt%,脂肪酸钠的质量占50~98wt%。
在甘油聚醚、乳酸钠和脂肪酸钠中,为了实现较好的协同效果,需要将三者的配比控制在一定范围内,其中任何一种成分的占比过少均会对协同效果产生不利影响,具体而言:(1)当甘油聚醚在三者中的占比过小时,会导致难以形成完整的水化膜,进而造成保湿效果和光滑感减弱;(2)当乳酸钠在三者中的占比过小时,会导致刺激性降低效果减弱、保湿效果减弱,推测是因为乳酸钠的保湿效果优于甘油聚醚和脂肪酸钠;(3)当脂肪酸钠在三者中的占比过小时,会造成洗衣粉的赋脂作用不足,进而导致其保湿和赋予皮肤光滑感的效果较差,影响使用后肤感。
作为优选,所述甘油聚醚和乳酸钠的总质量与烷基糖苷磺基琥珀酸酯盐的质量之比为(0.2~3):(0.3~3)。
上述质量比控制不当会造成烷基糖苷磺基琥珀酸酯盐与甘油聚醚和乳酸钠之间的协同作用效果不佳,具体而言:(1)当甘油聚醚和乳酸钠的相对用量过小时,一方面,甘油聚醚和乳酸钠的本身用量已不足有较好效果,另一方面,过量的烷基糖苷磺基琥珀酸酯盐可能会洗脱部分甘油聚醚和乳酸钠,导致其在皮肤上的残留量更少,进而造成保湿效果和用后皮肤光滑感较差;(2)当烷基糖苷磺基琥珀酸酯盐的相对用量过小时,无法大幅减少表面活性剂在皮肤上的残留,导致洗衣粉的刺激性较大,同时,残留在皮肤上的表面活性剂还会影响甘油聚醚、乳酸钠和水形成水化膜,造成保湿效果和光滑效果也不明显。
作为优选,所述乳酸钠、甘油聚醚和烷基糖苷磺基琥珀酸酯盐的总质量占护手洗衣粉的0.1~5wt%。
在一定范围内,随着洗衣粉中上述三种成分含量的增加,洗衣粉的刺激性降低,使用后肤感提高;但当含量达到一定值后,三种成分在皮肤上的吸附量达到饱和,效果也达到了平台峰值,继续增加上述三种成分的含量,难以再进一步降低洗衣粉的刺激性并提高其使用后肤感。
作为优选,所述烷基糖苷磺基琥珀酸酯盐中,与糖苷相连的烷基的碳原子数为12~16,即所述烷基糖苷磺基琥珀酸酯盐的结构通式如下:
其中,R为C12~16的烷基。
R基团的碳链长度会影响烷基糖苷磺基琥珀酸酯盐的亲油性,进行影响其促进表面活性剂洗脱的效果,具体而言:在烷基糖苷磺基琥珀酸酯盐中,受强亲水基团的影响,要适当平衡其亲油能力,才能更好地亲和洗衣粉中的表面活性剂,从而实现较好的洗脱效果,降低洗衣粉的刺激性。基于此,本发明将R基团的碳链长度控制在C12~16,能使烷基糖苷磺基琥珀酸酯盐具有较好的降低洗衣粉刺激性的效果。
进一步地,所述烷基糖苷磺基琥珀酸酯盐的结构通式中,n为1.0~1.4。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:
(1)采用乳酸钠、甘油聚醚和脂肪酸钠复配,能够在皮肤表面形成水化膜结构,并产生一定的赋脂作用,构成双重防护,从而发挥较好的保湿和润滑作用,减小洗衣粉对手部皮肤的刺激性;
(2)添加烷基糖苷磺基琥珀酸酯盐,能够减少洗衣粉使用后表面活性剂在皮肤上的残留,并促进甘油聚醚、乳酸钠和水分子形成水化膜,从而减小洗衣粉对手部皮肤的刺激性。

测试例1:刺激性测试
将待测样品(实施例1~10和对比例1~7的洗衣粉)配成质量分数为10wt%的溶液。取50mL,加入2g玉米醇溶蛋白,在25℃下搅拌2h,每隔10min观察一次,视情况添加玉米醇溶蛋白,确保溶液中有足量的未溶解玉米醇溶蛋白。然后静置过滤,用微量凯氏定氮法测得滤液中氮的质量分数(A)。另取50mL,不添加玉米醇溶蛋白做空白实验,可测得不加玉米醇溶蛋白的洗衣粉溶液中氮的质量分数(B)。
Zein值=A-B,Zein值用溶液中所含氮的mg(或g)数表示,N mg(g)/L。
通过Zein值,可把表面活性剂的刺激性分为3类:
(1)Zein值大于N 4g/L溶液的表面活性剂为“强刺激性”。
(2)Zein值在N 2~4g/L溶液的表面活性剂为“低刺激性”。
(3)Zein值小于N 2g/L溶液的表面活性剂为“无刺激性”。

测试例2:保湿效果
依据《化妆品保湿功效评价指南》,选取健康志愿者至少30人,测试仪器为Corneometer CM 825,测试场所保证恒温恒湿,温度20~22℃,相对湿度40~60%。受试者需要清洗双手前臂内侧,清洁后在受试者双手前臂内侧做好测量区域标记,每个试验区域面积3cm×3cm。测试前在恒温恒湿房间内静坐至少30min,不能喝水,暴露前臂,避免碰触,保持放松。对受试者左右手臂内侧指定区域水分含量(MMV值)进行测量和记录。先测量各测试区域的初始值,然后用乳胶指套将0.2wt%试样(实施例1~10和对比例1~7的洗衣粉的水溶液)均匀涂布于受试区域内,单次涂布量为0.2g/cm2,作用20分钟后,用清水冲洗测试区域30秒,用纸巾吸干表面残留水分。分别在样品使用前、后2小时对涂抹区域(试验组)和空白对照区域(空白对照组)的MMV值进行测量。同一个志愿者的测试由同一个测量人员完成。实验结果如表5所示。

测试例3:用后皮肤光滑度测试由受试者30名对产品的使用感受进行评价,评价参数为:皮肤光滑度。按照1~4分进行评分,评分越高代表皮肤越光滑。对受试者使用实施例1~10和对比例1~7产品后的指标评分进行了统计,结果见表6。

分析表4~6的数据,可以得出以下结论:
(1)实施例1、对比例3和对比例4中,乳酸钠和甘油聚醚的总含量相同,对比例3中不添加甘油聚醚,对比例4中不添加乳酸钠。相较于对比例3和4而言,实施例1的刺激性较低,保湿效果和用后皮肤光滑度较高,说明乳酸钠和甘油聚醚能够发挥“1+1>2”的协同效果,将两者复配后,能在更大程度上降低洗衣粉的刺激性,改善洗衣粉使用后的肤感。这是由于:甘油聚醚、乳酸钠和水分子之间可以形成交联氢键,在皮肤表面形成水化膜,进而发挥更好的保湿和提高皮肤光滑感的作用。
(2)实施例1、对比例1和对比例2中,脂肪酸钠、乳酸钠和甘油聚醚的总含量相同,对比例1中不添加脂肪酸钠,对比例2中不添加乳酸钠和甘油聚醚。相较于对比例1和2而言,实施例1的保湿效果和用后皮肤光滑度明显较高,说明脂肪酸钠与乳酸钠和甘油聚醚之间能够产生“1+1>2”的协同效果,将三者复配后,能在更大程度上提高洗衣粉的使用后肤感。这是由于:脂肪酸钠以游离脂肪酸的形式在皮肤上残留后,具有一定的赋脂作用,与甘油聚醚、乳酸钠和水分子形成的水化膜相互配合,构成双重防护,能够进一步提高效果。
(3)实施例3和5分别采用甘油聚醚-8和甘油聚醚-12,其余成分均相同;相较于实施例3而言,实施例5的刺激性明显较低,保湿效果和用后皮肤光滑度明显较高。实施例4和7分别采用甘油聚醚-31和甘油聚醚-26,其余成分均相同;相较于实施例4而言,实施例7的刺激性明显较低,保湿效果和用后皮肤光滑度明显较高。说明甘油聚醚中的聚醚链过长或过短时,均会造成降低洗衣粉的刺激性、改善洗衣粉使用后肤感的效果不佳。这是由于:当聚醚链长度过短时,会造成甘油聚醚、乳酸钠和水之间形成的交联氢键网状结构不完整;而当聚醚链长度过长时,则会造成甘油聚醚的亲水性过强,在皮肤上的残留量不足,同样不利于交联氢键和水化膜结构的形成。
(4)对比例6和7中,分别将实施例1中的甘油聚醚换成了透明质酸钠和吡咯烷酮羧酸钠。相较于对比例6和7而言,实施例1的刺激性明显较低,保湿效果和用后皮肤光滑度明显较高。说明并非任何保湿剂均能发挥与甘油聚醚相当的效果。原因在于:甘油聚醚具有独特的分支状柔性长聚醚链结构,因而能够与乳酸钠和水形成交联氢键,组成网状结构、全面均匀覆盖于皮肤表面的水化膜,并与脂肪酸钠构成双重防护,在保湿的同时,使皮肤具有柔软润滑的质感,而吡咯烷酮羧酸钠和透明质酸钠则难以形成类似结构,因而跟乳酸钠和脂肪酸钠复配后,能以实现与甘油聚醚相当的协同增效作用。
(5)实施例5和6中,甘油聚醚、乳酸钠和脂肪酸钠的总含量相同,其中脂肪酸钠分别占50wt%和25wt%;相较于实施例6而言,实施例5的保湿效果和用后皮肤光滑度明显较高。实施例7和8中,甘油聚醚、乳酸钠和脂肪酸钠的总含量相同,其中乳酸钠分别占1wt%和0.3wt%;相较于实施例8而言,实施例7的保湿效果和用后皮肤光滑度明显较高。实施例9和10中,甘油聚醚、乳酸钠和脂肪酸钠的总含量相同,其中甘油聚醚分别占1wt%和0.3wt%;相较于实施例10而言,实施例9的保湿效果和用后皮肤光滑度明显较高。这是由于:在脂肪酸钠、乳酸钠和甘油聚醚中,任何一者的相对含量过小,均会影响三者的协同作用效果,进而对洗衣粉的使用后肤感造成不利影响。
(6)实施例1、实施例2和对比例5中,烷基糖苷磺基琥珀酸酯盐、乳酸钠和甘油聚醚的总含量相同,实施例2中不添加烷基糖苷磺基琥珀酸酯盐,对比例5中不添加乳酸钠和甘油聚醚。相较于实施例2和对比例5而言,实施例1的刺激性明显较低,保湿效果和用后皮肤光滑度明显较高,说明烷基糖苷磺基琥珀酸酯盐能够与乳酸钠和甘油聚醚发挥“1+1>2”的协同效果,将三者复配后,能在更大程度上降低洗衣粉的刺激性,改善洗衣粉使用后的肤感。这是由于:未添加烷基糖苷磺基琥珀酸酯盐时,洗衣粉中常用的成分,如表面活性剂、助剂,会更多地残留在皮肤上,破坏甘油聚醚、乳酸钠和水分子之间交联氢键结构和水化膜层结构的形成,而烷基糖苷磺基琥珀酸酯盐能够促进表面活性剂的洗脱,减少其在皮肤上的残留。

Claims (10)
1.一种护手洗衣粉,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的组分:烷基苯磺酸钠1~12份,月桂醇醚硫酸酯钠1~10份,烯基磺酸钠1~6份,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚-9 1~5份,烷基糖苷1~3份,甘油聚醚0.05~4.2份,乳酸钠0.05~4.2份,脂肪酸钠2~10份。
2.如权利要求1所述的护手洗衣粉,其特征在于,还包括以下重量份的组分:烷基糖苷磺基琥珀酸酯盐0.05~4.7份。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的护手洗衣粉,其特征在于,还包括以下重量份的组分:沸石5~15份,纯碱5~15份,泡花碱3~15份,丙烯酸聚合物1~6份,过碳酸钠0.1~5份,复合酶0.1~2份,羧甲基纤维素钠0.2~2份,元明粉30~75份。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的护手洗衣粉,其特征在于,还包括以下重量份的组分:香精0.1~1份,增白剂0.05~0.3份,彩色粒子0.2~2份,色素0.0001~0.01份。
5.如权利要求1所述的护手洗衣粉,其特征在于,所述脂肪酸钠的碳链长度为C8~22。
6.如权利要求1所述的护手洗衣粉,其特征在于,所述甘油聚醚包括甘油聚醚-12、甘油聚醚-18和甘油聚醚-26中的一种或几种。
7.如权利要求1所述的护手洗衣粉,其特征在于,所述甘油聚醚、乳酸钠和脂肪酸钠的总质量中,甘油聚醚的质量占1~32wt%,乳酸钠的质量占1~32wt%,脂肪酸钠的质量占50~98wt%。
8.如权利要求2所述的护手洗衣粉,其特征在于,所述甘油聚醚和乳酸钠的总质量与烷基糖苷磺基琥珀酸酯盐的质量之比为(0.2~3):(0.3~3)。
9.如权利要求2或8所述的护手洗衣粉,其特征在于,所述乳酸钠、甘油聚醚和烷基糖苷磺基琥珀酸酯盐的总质量占护手洗衣粉的0.1~5wt%。
10.如权利要求2所述的护手洗衣粉,其特征在于,所述烷基糖苷磺基琥珀酸酯盐中,与糖苷相连的烷基的碳原子数为12~16。
