In one embodiment, when the emitting portion and the receiving portion of the detection device are located at the top of the tank, the distance between the liquid level in the tank and the mounting position of the detection device is equal to half of the product of the transmission speed of light in the current medium and the time.
In one embodiment, when the emitting part and the receiving part of the detection device are not positioned at the top of the liquid storage tank, the emitting part and the receiving part can be corrected according to the position relation of the emitting part and the receiving part to obtain a height value.

In this embodiment, a manner of obtaining the storage amount in the storage box is specifically defined, and specifically, the cooking apparatus further includes a detection device, where the detection device includes an emitting portion and a receiving portion, as shown in fig. 3, the step of obtaining the storage amount in the storage box includes:
step 302, acquiring a third moment when the emitting part emits the detection light;
step 304, obtaining the light rays emitted by the emitting part, and the fourth moment when the light rays are received by the receiving part after being reflected by the materials in the storage box;
step 306, determining the height value of the mounting position of the detection device from the material in the storage box according to the mounting position of the detection device, the third time and the fourth time;
and 308, determining the storage amount in the storage box according to the height value, the cross-sectional area value of the storage box and the rated volume value of the storage box.

Specifically, the determination process of the storage amount in the storage box comprises the steps of determining the time between the third time and the fourth time, knowing the walking distance of the light according to the product of the transmission speed of the light in the current medium and the time, determining the distance between the material in the storage box and the installation position of the detection device, namely the height value, according to the relative position relation between the detection device and the storage box, and calculating the product of the height value and the cross section of the storage box so as to calculate the rated volume value of the storage box and the product to obtain the storage amount in the storage box.
In one embodiment, when the emitting portion and the receiving portion of the detection device are located at the top of the magazine, the distance between the liquid level in the magazine and the installation position of the detection device is equal to half of the product of the transmission speed of the light in the current medium and the time.
In one embodiment, the method further comprises the following steps: receiving a correction coefficient; and correcting the storage amount in the storage box according to the correction coefficient.
In the embodiment, as the material in the storage tank is solid and has no liquid property in the storage tank, that is, no flowability exists, the detected material amount has deviation, and the deviation affects the control precision of the cooking equipment.
In one embodiment, the value of the correction coefficient is between 0.6 and 1.0, wherein the value of the correction coefficient is related to the material stored in the storage box, for example, when the material is grain such as millet, the value of the correction coefficient is larger, and when the material is beans such as soybean, the value of the correction coefficient is smaller.

On the basis of any of the above embodiments, the present embodiment specifically defines material replenishment and reminding when the cooking apparatus is in operation, specifically, the cooking apparatus further includes a cooking device, as shown in fig. 4, the control method of the cooking apparatus further includes:
step 402, receiving a first input of a fourth cookable unit container number;
step 404, outputting reminding information when the number of the fourth cookable unit containers is larger than that of the third cookable unit containers;
and step 406, in the set time period, if the number of the output unit containers of the output device is greater than or equal to the number of the fourth cookable unit containers, controlling the cooking device to cook according to the number of the fourth cookable unit containers.
Wherein the third cookable unit container number is the smaller of the second cookable unit container number and the first cookable unit container number.
In this embodiment, a control situation when the amount of the currently cookable food material of the cooking apparatus cannot meet the demand of the current user is specifically defined, specifically, when the fourth cookable unit container number input by the user is greater than a smaller value, where the smaller value refers to the smaller value of the second cookable unit container number and the first cookable unit container number, the reminding information is output, so that the user can timely perform liquid and material replenishment and replenishment on the liquid storage tank or the material storage tank after receiving the reminding information.
The embodiment of the application considers that the cooking device is currently in a process of executing a cooking instruction of a user, if only reminding information is sent without other operations, the cooking execution cannot be finished necessarily, the reminding information is output to remind the user of supplementing materials, if the user supplements the materials in time after the reminding information is output, obviously, the cooking device can continue to execute the cooking instruction, and based on the condition, the embodiment of the application judges the number of current output unit containers of an output device to judge whether the current user supplements the materials, if the number of the current output unit containers of the output device is larger than the number of fourth cookable unit containers, the user is determined to supplement the materials, and the current cooking device meets the condition of continuing cooking, at the moment, the cooking device is controlled to operate according to the cooking instruction to finish the cooking.
In the process, the quantity of the food materials obtained by cooking of the cooking equipment can meet the demand of the user, so that the product intelligence is improved.
In addition, the set time length is limited, so that the waiting time length of the cooking equipment is shortened, meanwhile, other processing modes can be executed for the conditions except the set time length, such as stopping operation, and reminding information is output, so that a user can know that the current instruction cannot be executed, and the intelligence of product operation is improved.
In one embodiment, the set duration is greater than or equal to 60 seconds.
In the embodiment, the value range is limited to be greater than or equal to 60 seconds so as to provide enough time for a user to supplement, and meanwhile, the waiting time of the cooking equipment is also reduced so that the cooking equipment can deal with existing problems in time.
EXAMPLE five
On the basis of any of the above embodiments, the present embodiment specifically defines a detection logic for detecting the shielding condition and whether the installation is in place of the detection device, and specifically, as shown in fig. 5, includes:
step 502, acquiring output values of an output device before and after operation of the cooking device;
and step 504, outputting warning information under the condition that the output values of the output devices are consistent before and after the operation of the cooking device.
In this embodiment, the cooking apparatus is further capable of automatically detecting the shielding condition of the detection device so as to remind a user to perform processing, thereby reducing the occurrence of abnormal output information caused by unreliable detection results.
The embodiment of the application is realized by specifically comparing output values of the output device before and after the operation of the cooking equipment, and judging whether the output values are changed before and after, wherein it can be known that if the output value of the output device is inevitably changed before the operation of the cooking equipment under the condition that the detection device is not blocked, the current detection device is determined to be blocked if the output value of the output device is not changed before the operation of the cooking equipment, and if the output value of the output device is not changed before the operation of the cooking equipment, the alarm information is output through the output device under the condition that the detection device is detected to be blocked, so that a user can maintain the cooking equipment, and the stable operation of the cooking equipment is ensured.
In addition, before and after the cooking device runs, the output value of the output device does not change, and the output value can also be caused by the fact that the detection device is not installed in place.
In one embodiment, whether the cooking device is operated or not is determined by recording the operation time of the cooking device, and particularly, when the operation time of the cooking device is longer than 0.5 second, the output value of the output device is acquired again so as to determine whether the output values of the output device are consistent before and after the operation of the cooking device.
Example six
According to a second aspect of the present invention, a control device 600 of a cooking apparatus is provided, wherein the cooking apparatus comprises a storage box, a liquid storage box and an output device, as shown in fig. 6, the control device 600 of the cooking apparatus comprises: an obtaining unit 602, configured to obtain a liquid storage amount in a liquid storage tank and a storage amount in the storage tank; a determining unit 604, configured to determine the number of first cookable unit containers according to the amount of stock in the stock tank and the amount of liquid required to cook food material per unit container; determining the number of the second units of containers capable of being cooked according to the storage amount in the storage box and the material demand for cooking each unit of container; an output unit 606 for controlling the output device to output a smaller value of the number of the first cookable unit containers and the number of the second cookable unit containers.
The embodiment of the application provides a control device 600 of a cooking apparatus, wherein the control device 600 of the cooking apparatus comprises an obtaining unit 602, a determining unit 604 and an output unit 606, and the cooking apparatus using the control device can realize the current storage condition of a display liquid storage box and a storage box, so that when a user uses the cooking apparatus to perform automatic cooking, the control device can perform control according to the displayed content, and thus the probability of failure of the automatic cooking of the cooking apparatus is reduced.
The embodiment of the application achieves the above effect by the following scheme that firstly, the liquid storage amount of the liquid storage tank and the storage amount in the storage tank are obtained; secondly, determining how many unit containers of food materials can be cooked by the liquid storage amount in the current liquid storage tank according to the liquid storage amount and the liquid demand amount required when each unit container of food materials is obtained through cooking to obtain the number of first cookable unit containers. When the quantity of liquid and the quantity of materials needed by each cooking unit container are fixed, therefore, the quantity of materials which can be cooked in the current liquid storage tank and the current storage tank depends on the smaller of the number of the first cookable unit containers and the number of the second cookable unit containers.
It should be noted that the unit container refers to a container with a fixed volume, for example, a small bowl, a middle bowl or a large bowl which are currently used in homes, wherein the small bowl, the middle bowl or the large bowl are specifically limited in volume size, and specific values are not limited and can be set according to the needs of users.
For example, the user may preset the volume of the unit containers, such as a first number of cookable unit containers when a small bowl is selected, and a second number of cookable unit containers when a medium bowl is selected, wherein the second number is smaller than the first number.
In one embodiment, the output device may be a display screen of the cooking apparatus, or may be a communication device, wherein the value is transmitted to the target terminal for display by the communication device.
In one embodiment, the target terminal may be a mobile phone, or an appliance such as a television or a refrigerator.
In one embodiment, the cooking apparatus further includes a detecting device, wherein the detecting device includes an emitting portion and a receiving portion, and the obtaining unit 602 is specifically configured to obtain a first time when the emitting portion emits the detection light; obtaining a second moment when the light emitted by the emitting part is reflected by the liquid level in the liquid storage tank and received by the receiving part; determining the height value of the mounting position of the detection device from the liquid level in the liquid storage tank according to the mounting position of the detection device, the first moment and the second moment; and determining the liquid storage amount in the liquid storage tank according to the height value, the cross-sectional area value of the liquid storage tank and the rated volume value of the liquid storage tank.

In the embodiment, the obtaining mode of the storage amount in the storage box is specifically defined, in the embodiment of the application, the cooking device is provided with the detection device, wherein the detection device comprises two parts, namely an emitting part and a receiving part, the emitting part can emit light rays, and the receiving part can receive the light rays, so that under the condition that the relative position relation between the detection device and the storage box is determined, the current storage amount in the storage box can be determined by utilizing the moment when the emitting part emits the light rays and the moment when the receiving part receives the detection light rays reflected by the material in the storage box.

In one embodiment, whether the cooking device is operated or not is determined by recording the operation time of the cooking device, and particularly, when the operation time of the cooking device is longer than 0.5 second, the output value of the output device is obtained again so as to determine whether the output value of the output device is consistent before and after the operation of the cooking device.

According to a third aspect of the present invention, as shown in fig. 7, there is provided a cooking apparatus 700 including: a liquid storage tank 702; a storage bin 704; an output device 706; a control means 708, the control means 708 being connected to the output means 706, the control means 708 being adapted to perform the steps of the method of controlling a cooking apparatus as claimed in any of the first aspect.
An embodiment of the present application proposes a cooking apparatus 700, wherein the cooking apparatus 700 includes: the storage box 704, the storage box 702, the output device 706, and the control device 708 connected to the output device 706, wherein the control device 708 is capable of implementing the steps of the control method of the cooking apparatus according to the first aspect, and therefore, the cooking apparatus 700 has all the beneficial technical effects of the control method of the cooking apparatus defined in any one of the first aspects, which are not described herein again.
In one embodiment, the cooking apparatus 700 further comprises a detection device 710, wherein the detection device 710 is disposed on the upper lid 712 of the reservoir 702 and/or the storage bin 704, as shown in fig. 8 and 9.
As shown in fig. 10, the detecting device 710 includes a transmitting portion 7102 and a receiving portion 7104, wherein the transmitting portion 7102 and the receiving portion 7104 are disposed on an inner wall of the magazine 704.
In one embodiment, the transmitting portion 7102 and the receiving portion 7104 are wirelessly powered, batteries are attached near the transmitting portion 7102 and the receiving portion 7104, or power and signal wires are enclosed by the upper cover 712, and signal transmission is performed by adding contacts to the contact portion of the upper cover 712 with the reservoir body of the reservoir 702 and/or the reservoir 704.

Claims (10)

1. A control method of a cooking device is characterized in that the cooking device comprises a liquid storage box, a material storage box and an output device, and the control method of the cooking device comprises the following steps:
acquiring the liquid storage amount in the liquid storage tank and the storage amount in the storage tank;
determining the number of first units of containers capable of being cooked according to the liquid storage amount in the liquid storage tank and the liquid demand for cooking food materials per unit of container;
determining the number of second units of containers capable of being cooked according to the storage amount in the storage box and the material demand for cooking each unit of container food;
controlling the output device to output the smaller of the number of the first cookable unit containers and the number of the second cookable unit containers.
2. The method for controlling a cooking apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the cooking apparatus further comprises a detection device, and the step of obtaining the amount of the liquid in the liquid storage tank specifically comprises:
acquiring a first moment when an emitting part of the detection device emits detection light;
acquiring a second moment when a receiving part of the detection device receives detection light reflected by the liquid level in the liquid storage tank;
determining the height value of the liquid level in the liquid storage tank from the installation position according to the first time, the second time and the installation position of the detection device;
and determining the liquid storage amount in the liquid storage tank according to the rated volume value of the liquid storage tank, the cross-sectional area value of the liquid storage tank and the height value.
3. The method for controlling a cooking apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the cooking apparatus further comprises a detection device, and the step of obtaining the storage amount in the storage box specifically comprises:
acquiring a third moment when the emission part of the detection device emits detection light;
acquiring a fourth moment when a receiving part of the detection device receives detection light reflected by the material in the storage box;
determining the height value of the material in the storage box from the mounting position according to the third moment, the fourth moment and the mounting position of the detection device;
and determining the storage quantity in the storage box according to the rated volume value of the storage box, the cross-sectional area value of the storage box and the height value.
4. The control method of a cooking apparatus according to claim 3, further comprising:
receiving a correction coefficient;
and correcting the storage amount in the storage box according to the correction coefficient.
5. The control method of the cooking apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the cooking apparatus further includes a cooking device, the control method of the cooking apparatus further comprising:
receiving a first input of a number of fourth cookable unit containers;
outputting a reminding message based on the fact that the number of the fourth cookable unit containers is larger than the smaller value of the number of the first cookable unit containers and the number of the second cookable unit containers;
and controlling the cooking device to cook according to the fourth cookable unit container number based on the fact that the output unit container number of the output device is greater than or equal to the fourth cookable unit container number in the set time length.
6. The control method of a cooking apparatus according to claim 5, wherein the set time period has a value range of 60 seconds or more.
7. The method of controlling a cooking apparatus according to claim 5, further comprising:
acquiring output values of the output device before and after the cooking device operates;
and outputting warning information based on the consistency of the output values of the output device before and after the operation of the cooking device.
8. A control device of a cooking device, the cooking device comprises a liquid storage box, a material storage box and an output device, and the control device of the cooking device comprises:
the acquisition unit is used for acquiring the liquid storage amount in the liquid storage tank and the storage amount in the storage tank;
the determining unit is used for determining the number of the first units of containers capable of being cooked according to the liquid storage amount in the liquid storage tank and the liquid demand for cooking food materials in each unit of container; and
determining the number of second units of containers capable of being cooked according to the storage amount in the storage box and the material demand for cooking each unit of container food;
an output unit for controlling the output device to output a smaller value of the number of the first cookable unit containers and the number of the second cookable unit containers.
9. A cooking apparatus, comprising:
a liquid storage tank;
a material storage box;
an output device;
control means connected to the output means for performing the steps of the method of controlling a cooking apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. A readable storage medium, characterized in that it stores thereon a program or instructions which, when executed by a processor, implement the steps of a control method of a cooking apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
