Detailed Description
In order to make the technical solution and advantages of the present invention more apparent, exemplary embodiments of the present invention will be described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It will be apparent that the described embodiments are only some of the embodiments of the present invention and are not exhaustive of all embodiments. And embodiments of the invention and features of the embodiments may be combined with each other without conflict.
Fig. 1 schematically illustrates a liner cleaning completion soluble ball seat apparatus according to one embodiment of the invention, comprising a housing 1, said housing 1 being of cylindrical configuration, connected below a packer. An inner sleeve 2 is arranged in the shell 1, the inner sleeve 2 is of a cylindrical structure, and the outer diameter of the inner sleeve 2 is matched with the inner diameter of the shell 1. The inner sleeve 2 is internally provided with a ball seat 3, the ball seat 3 is fixed in the inner sleeve 2 in an initial state, and the ball seat 3 is separated from the inner sleeve 2 after the packer above is set. The device matched with the ball seat 3 is a pressure-holding ball, and after the wellhead inputs the pressure-holding ball, the pressure-holding ball falls to the position of the ball seat 3 and is clamped on the ball seat 3 to carry out pressure holding, so that the packer above the pressure-holding ball is set; and then the ball seat 3 is separated from the inner sleeve 2 by continuing to hold pressure, and falls into the liner tube. In this embodiment, the ball seat 3 and the hold-down ball are of a soluble material that is completely dissolved in the liquid environment in the well.
According to the liner tube cleaning well completion soluble ball seat device, the ball seat 3 and the pressure holding ball are made of soluble materials, so that the liner tube cleaning well completion soluble ball seat device can be completely dissolved without milling, and the liner tube cleaning well completion operation requirement is met.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the inner side of the inner sleeve 2 is provided with a conical surface with a larger diameter at the upper end and a smaller diameter at the lower end; the lower part of the conical surface is provided with a primary sealing surface 31, and the upper part is provided with a secondary sealing surface 32. The pressure-holding balls comprise a first pressure-holding ball 41 matched with the primary sealing surface 31 and a second pressure-holding ball 42 matched with the secondary sealing surface 32. The diameter of the second pressure-holding ball 42 is larger than the diameter of the first pressure-holding ball 41.
The primary sealing surface 31 and the secondary sealing surface 32 are arc surfaces which are arranged in a circumferential direction, and the arc surfaces are matched with the radian of the spherical surface of the pressure-holding ball. The first pressure-holding ball 41 is clamped on the first-stage sealing surface 31 to hold pressure above, when the pressure cannot be normally held, the second pressure-holding ball 42 with a large diameter can be put into engagement with the second-stage sealing surface 32 to hold pressure again, so that the reliability of the ball seat 3 is improved, normal pressure holding is ensured, and the packer is set.
In one embodiment, the surface of the ball seat 3 is coated with an insoluble protective layer, and the protective layer is broken by stress generated by collision when the holding ball is connected with the ball seat 3, so that soluble materials in the protective layer are exposed. By providing a protective layer, premature dissolution of the soluble material in contact with the fluid in the well is prevented.
In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the primary sealing surface 31 includes a sealing arc surface 33 that is matched with the first pressure-holding ball 41, and the arc of the sealing arc surface 33 is the same as the arc of the first pressure-holding ball 41. A protruding structure 34 is arranged at the bottom of the sealing cambered surface 33, and the protruding structure 34 is an annular upwards protruding structure with annular sharp corners. The protection layer of the bump structure 34 is broken when the bump stress of the first pressure-holding ball 41 is applied.
In the liner cleaning completion soluble ball seat device according to the present embodiment, by providing the protrusion structure 34, a larger stress can be generated when the holding ball collides with the ball seat 3, and the protection layer is fragile at the position of the protrusion structure 34 with sharp corners, so that the protection layer is easily damaged. After the protective layer is broken, the soluble material is exposed to corrosion or dissolution.
Preferably, the ball seat 3 adopts soluble magnesium aluminum alloy or PGA as a soluble matrix material, and the protection layer adopts polytetrafluoroethylene coating. Through setting up polytetrafluoroethylene coated protective layer, make the protective layer not have the leak point, can not dissolve in advance, can effectively protect ball seat 3 operation before keeping intact in the pit.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the ball seat 3 and the inner sleeve 2 are connected by a shear pin 21. The shear pin 21 will shear more than the force at which the packer is set. When the pressure-holding ball is clamped on the ball seat 3, the pressure above the pressure-holding ball is increased through pressure holding, and when the pressure is increased to a certain value, the packer is set; the pressurization continues, after which the shear pin 21 is sheared under pressure. At this time, the ball seat 3 and the inner sleeve 2 are separated, and the ball seat 3 and the holding ball are pushed to move downwards into the liner tube under the action of pressure, and are gradually dissolved.
In one embodiment, a limiting step 12 is provided at the lower part of the inner wall of the housing 1. The limiting step 12 is circumferentially arranged on the inner wall of the housing 1, and the inner diameter of the part above the limiting step 12 is larger, and the inner diameter of the part below the limiting step 12 is smaller. The lower end of the inner sleeve 2 is limited on the limiting step 12. In a preferred embodiment, the width of the limit step 12 matches the thickness of the inner sleeve 2, smoothing the inner wall thereof.
In one embodiment, the upper end of the outer shell 1 is provided with an outer joint 11, and the upper end of the inner sleeve 2 is limited to the lower end of the outer joint 11. Preferably, the outer joint 11 is connected with the outer cylinder through threads, and a sealing ring 13 is arranged.
In the invention, the upper part is the direction close to the wellhead, and the lower part is the direction far from the wellhead.
While the invention has been described with reference to a preferred embodiment, various modifications may be made and equivalents may be substituted for elements thereof without departing from the scope of the invention. In particular, the technical features mentioned in the respective embodiments may be combined in any manner as long as there is no structural conflict. The present invention is not limited to the specific embodiments disclosed herein, but encompasses all technical solutions falling within the scope of the claims.
