Description
Technical Field
The application relates to the field of sewage treatment accessory cleaning equipment, in particular to a centrifugal filter head cleaning machine.
Background
In a sewage treatment system, the denitrification filter tank is used for carrying out advanced treatment on the effluent of the secondary sedimentation tank, and the process is a common process. The inflow water (i.e. the effluent water of the secondary sedimentation tank) and the backwash water of the denitrification filter tank inevitably have certain slag, and the slag is gradually accumulated in a filter head (as shown in figure 1) of the filter tank, so that the filter head is gradually blocked, the water passing capacity of the filter head is reduced, and finally the whole water passing capacity of the nitrification filter tank is reduced; when the filter head is seriously blocked by the slag, the water passing capacity of the nitrification filter is seriously insufficient, and even the blower of the nitrification filter is damaged due to too large air pressure and other accidents can be caused. Therefore, when the filter head is blocked, the filter head needs to be detached in time and then cleaned.
Because the filter head has a small pipe diameter and a long length, the filter head is very difficult to clean the slag blocked inside the filter head. At present, enterprises discharge internal slag through manual beating, and remove stubborn slag by using special tools. However, the cleaning method has low cleaning efficiency, and needs to consume a large amount of manpower, thereby greatly increasing the production cost of enterprises.

The specific cleaning process is as follows:
firstly, as shown in fig. 3, the filter heads 500 are arranged on each group of laths on the cleaning part in rows, and the installation sections of the filter heads are fixed between the two laths arranged in groups; then covering an outer cover on the outer side of the cleaning part, starting the driving motor and the vibrating motor, and stopping taking down the filter head after the cleaning part runs for a period of time.
The specific principle of realizing the cleaning is as follows:
the driving motor can drive the transmission shaft to rotate, the transmission shaft rotates to drive the cleaning part to rotate, the filter head fixed on the cleaning part rotates along with the transmission shaft, and the slag accumulated in the filter head flies out under the action of centrifugal force, so that the effect of cleaning the slag is achieved; the vibrating motor can drive the cleaning part and the filter head to vibrate together through the transmission shaft, when the filter head vibrates, the filter head is tightly attached to the filter head or the filter head is slowly separated from the filter head and thrown away by slag which is difficult to directly throw away by centrifugal force due to position reasons, and the cleaning effect is further improved.
Example 2
The present embodiment is different from embodiment 1 only in that the symmetrical supporting strips 407 of the front fixing plate 401 are further provided with locking strips 412.
Set up the filter head that blocks that the hasp strip can be fine, avoid the filter head to be located the departure by the front fixed plate in equipment working process, improved the stability that the product used promptly, again can the peripheral personnel safety of effectual protection.
