Abstract
本发明提供一种可长期持续有效杀毒灭菌的消毒液及其制备方法和膜层。本发明的消毒液包含:占消毒液总重量的0.05~20wt%的活性氯源;占消毒液总重量的0.05~20wt%的活性氯稳定剂;和占消毒液总重量的0.05~5wt%的pH缓冲剂,以使所述消毒液pH在5.5~9.0之间。所述消毒液能够长期提供稳定浓度的活性氯,可长期持续释放活性氯,提供长期持续有效地杀灭各种病毒、细菌、霉菌、真菌和孢子的功能。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及杀毒灭菌的材料领域,特别涉及一种长期持续有效杀灭各种病毒、细菌、霉菌、真菌和孢子的消毒液及其制备方法。更进一步,本发明涉及稳定性优良的长期持续有效杀灭各种病毒、细菌、霉菌、真菌和孢子的水性消毒液及其制备方法,以及使用其在固体表面上形成薄膜的应用。
背景技术
长期以来,人们为防止传染性疾病的传播做出了广泛的努力,时至今日人类仍然面临着传染性疾病的威胁。而各种病毒、细菌、霉菌、真菌和孢子引发的传染性疾病带来的后果更加严重。例如,非典病毒Sars、新冠病毒Covid-19等。受污染的环境在各种病毒、细菌、霉菌、真菌和孢子传播中起了关键作用。诸如家庭、办公室、学校、商场、医院和其它建筑物中的物品表面、内墙面为各种病毒、细菌、霉菌、真菌和孢子的停留和传播提供了条件。交叉感染是导致各种病毒、细菌、霉菌、真菌和孢子爆发性传染的主要原因。人们采用严格的感染控制措施,力图减少各种病毒、细菌、霉菌、真菌和孢子感染的方式和机会。各种病毒、细菌、霉菌、真菌和孢子传播的一个关键因素是其在环境中的存活能力。冷链条件下新冠病毒Covid-19可存活3周。流感嗜血杆菌在物体表面可存活12天。
现有的消毒剂可以杀灭各种病毒、细菌、霉菌、真菌和孢子,但在长期有效性方面表现出明显不足,或者对人体、环境、物品等有不利影响。例如,乙醇和次氯酸钠都可以有效杀灭各种病毒、细菌、霉菌、真菌和孢子,但乙醇容易挥发,失效时间仅数分钟,且易燃易爆,存在巨大的安全隐患。常用的次氯酸钠由于固有的强碱性(10%的溶液pH在12左右)和腐蚀性,有强烈的氯味道,会释放氯气侵蚀皮肤、呼吸道,还会腐蚀物品,使用很不安全且不方便。由于不当使用次氯酸钠造成的事故时有发生。WO2017/132324A1报道,次氯酸钠水溶液在pH小于10很不稳定。55℃14天后pH为9.4时,活性氯损失63%;pH=8.7时,活性氯损失94%。而且,次氯酸钠水溶液极不稳定,干燥后歧化为氯化钠和氯酸钠,不再有消毒作用。二氯异氰尿酸钠也是一种优秀的消毒剂,但是其在水溶液里不稳定,影响了其作为水溶液产品的生产和使用的可能性。其活性氯在一个星期内损失50%左右。所以二氯异氰尿酸钠消毒体系只能现配现用。在大规模成吨使用时现配现用有时候极其不方便,甚至不可能。
因此,业界迫切需要一种长效、稳定、pH接近中性的消毒液,其可以具有长期持续有效杀灭各种病毒(特别是冠状病毒)、细菌、霉菌、真菌和孢子的能力,而且实现不伤害人体、不影响环境、不腐蚀物品的目标,解决消毒液及其干燥成膜后消杀长效性、环境安全性等方面的难点。目前这类消毒剂在防疫领域里是一个空白。
发明内容
发明人出人意料地发现:某些含氯的消毒剂,可以与哌啶类化合物或者磺酰胺类化合物,尤其是与哌啶类化合物及磺酰胺类化合物,形成在中性pH下比较稳定的化合物,该化合物在化学平衡原理作用下,持续释放活性氯以保持活性氯的化学平衡浓度;表面活性剂和/或成膜保护剂的进一步加入,能够使得体系在pH接近中性时活性氯稳定存在数月之久,并且在形成膜层后仍具有长期杀灭病毒、细菌、霉菌、真菌和孢子的功能,即具有长期持续有效杀灭各种病毒、细菌、霉菌、真菌和孢子的效果。据此,完成了本发明。
因此,本发明的一个方面提供一种消毒液,其包含:占消毒液总重量的0.05~20wt%,优选1~10wt%的活性氯源;占消毒液总重量的0.05~20wt%,优选0.1~10wt%的活性氯稳定剂;占消毒液总重量的0.05~5wt%,优选0.1~2wt%的pH缓冲剂。
本发明中,活性氯源为能提供活性氯的物质,可以选自由次氯酸钠、二氯异氰尿酸钠、二氯二甲基海因、溴氯海因、对甲基苯磺酰氯胺钠和苯磺酰氯胺钠组成的组。
本发明中,活性氯稳定剂可以选自由哌啶类化合物和磺酰胺类化合物组成的组,优选选自哌啶、四甲基哌啶醇、羟基哌啶、哌啶甲醇、对甲基苯磺酰胺、苯磺酰胺,以及它们的任意组合。
本发明中,pH缓冲剂使所述消毒液pH在5.5~9.0之间,可以选自由磷酸、硼酸、水杨酸和柠檬酸组成的组。
本发明提供的消毒液,还可以包含占消毒液总重量的0.05~5wt%、优选0.1~2wt%的成膜保护剂;和/或占消毒液总重量的0.05~5wt%、优选0.1~2wt%的协同增强剂。
本发明中,成膜保护剂可以选自由甲基纤维素、羟乙基甲基纤维素、羧甲基纤维素、乙基纤维素、苄基纤维素、羟乙基纤维素、羟丙基甲基纤维素、氰乙基纤维素、苄基氰乙基纤维素、羧甲基羟乙基纤维素、苯基纤维素、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚丙烯酸、聚丙烯酰胺、聚乙二醇、聚乙烯醇、聚马来酸酐和聚季铵盐组成的组。
本发明中,协同增强剂可以选自由十二烷基硫酸钠、十二烷基磺酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠组成的组。
本发明的消毒液满足以下条件中的至少一种:(1)所述消毒液pH接近中性,在5.5~9.0之间,优选在6.0~8.0之间;(2)所述消毒液持续释放活性氯至少2个月,甚至6个月以上的时间段;(3)所述消毒液无强烈气味和腐蚀性;(4)所述消毒液在固体表面上干燥后形成一层薄膜,薄膜保持至少2个月,甚至6个月,持续有效地杀灭病毒、细菌、霉菌、真菌和孢子的功能。
本发明的另一方面提供一种制备上述消毒液的方法,包括:向水中加入活性氯源和活性氯稳定剂,并搅拌均匀;任选地,向前述步骤的水溶液中加入成膜稳定剂和/或协同增强剂,并搅拌均匀;加入pH缓冲剂,使得溶液的pH在5.5~9.0之间。
本发明还提供一种膜层,所述膜层为由上述消毒液在固体表面上形成的薄膜。
本发明的膜层满足以下条件中的至少一种:(1)所述膜层保持至少2个月,甚至6个月,持续有效地释放活性氯;(2)所述膜层具有长期(至少2个月,甚至6个月)稳定地杀灭病毒、细菌、霉菌、真菌和孢子的功能。
本发明的消毒液能够长期提供稳定浓度的活性氯,可长期持续释放活性氯,具有长期持续有效地杀灭各种病毒(特别是冠状病毒)、细菌、霉菌、真菌和孢子的能力,而且实现了不伤害人体、不影响环境、不腐蚀物品的目标,解决了消毒液及其干燥成膜后消杀长效性、环境安全性等方面的难点,具有长效、稳定、酸碱度中性无腐蚀的特点。
可作为本发明的活性氯源的次氯酸钠、二氯异氰尿酸钠、二氯二甲基海因、溴氯海因、对甲基苯磺酰氯胺钠和苯磺酰氯胺钠,已被证实短时间内能杀灭各种病毒、细菌、霉菌、真菌和孢子,杀毒灭菌效果是确切的。
本发明的活性氯源不仅与水具有很好的相容性,可均匀分散/溶解在水中,而且可以附着在膜层上,长期持续释放活性氯。本发明中,活性氯源可以与磺酰胺类化合物或者哌啶类化合物,优选与磺酰胺类化合物及哌啶类化合物,形成比较稳定的含N-Cl键的化合物,该化合物在化学平衡原理作用下,持续释放活性氯以保持活性氯的化学平衡浓度。
本发明中,活性氯以次氯酸和次氯酸根离子的形式存在,其作用机理包括次氯酸的作用、新生氧作用和氯化作用。次氯酸作用于细菌和病毒蛋白质,不仅可与细胞壁发生作用,而且因为分子小、不带电荷,可以穿透细胞膜,侵入细胞内部,与其内部的DNA和线粒体发生氧化作用或/和破坏其磷酸脱氢酶,使糖代谢失调致细胞死亡。新生氧的氧化性使细菌和病毒上的蛋白质等物质变性,产生的氯离子显著改变细菌和病毒的渗透压,从而致死病原微生物。
本发明中,pH缓冲物质的加入使体系pH接近中性,在5.5~9.0之间。不同pH条件下,含活性氯水溶液中氯气、次氯酸与次氯酸根离子的存在比例大不相同。pH小于5.5时,其中以氯气和次氯酸为主,pH越低氯气比例越高。pH为5.5~9.0时,其中以次氯酸和次氯酸根离子为主,pH越低次氯酸比例越高;pH为6~6.5时,次氯酸比例最大。pH大于9.0时,其中以次氯酸根离子为主。
专利文献WO2017/132324A1用缓冲溶液只把次氯酸钠的pH调到10左右,pH小于10很不稳定。本发明出乎意料地发现,在活性氯稳定剂的存在下,可以将pH稳定地调到5.5~9.0,优选地调到6.0~8.0,在此pH范围内,活性氯更多以次氯酸形式存在,杀毒灭菌能力更强(次氯酸分子的杀毒灭菌能力是次氯酸根离子的80~100倍)。
本发明中,成膜保护剂的合并加入,可在固体表面形成一层薄膜。膜层可以保护消毒剂附着在固体表面,保持长期持续有效地杀灭病毒、细菌、霉菌、真菌和孢子的功能。本发明中,成膜保护剂亲水性较强,具有吸潮保湿的功能,在水分蒸发过程中,膜层中活性氯含量逐渐上升,其杀毒灭菌能力越来越强;同时干燥成膜后,膜层中仍然保持有一定的水分,确保膜层可以长期持续地释放活性氯,使得膜层具有长期稳定地杀灭病毒、细菌、霉菌、真菌和孢子的功能。
本发明还出乎意料的发现协同增强剂(特定的阴离子表面活性剂)合并加入,与活性氯源协同作用,增强了杀毒灭菌能力。表面活性剂通过静电作用和疏水作用吸附在细菌和病毒表面,改变细胞膜的通透性和细胞的渗透压,导致细胞内容物流失,微生物发生接触死亡。同时表面活性剂与细胞内蛋白结合,使酶和蛋白变性,破坏细胞代谢。其作用机理过程是表面活性剂吸附到细菌和病毒表面的细胞壁及细胞膜上,接着移向作用部位,通过阻碍半透膜的正常作用以及渗透进细胞内部,使酶钝化,阻碍核糖酸、蛋白质的合成,并引起蛋白质变性或细胞壁及细胞膜的破坏等来杀死细菌和病毒,与此同时伴随着干扰微生物酶***情况的发生。不愿拘泥于任何理论,据推测本发明中协同增强剂的合并加入,可以进一步提高活性氯在接近中性pH时的稳定性,尤其是在成膜保护剂存在下干燥成膜时,协同增强剂可以维持活性氯源在整个膜层中的分布均匀性,从而可以长期持续稳定地释放活性氯,实现长期杀灭病毒、细菌、霉菌、真菌和孢子的功能。
因此,本发明制备的消毒液或膜层能够长期提供稳定浓度的活性氯,可长期持续释放活性氯,实现了长期持续有效地杀灭各种病毒(特别是冠状病毒)、细菌、霉菌、真菌和孢子的能力,而且实现了不伤害人体、不影响环境、不腐蚀物品的目标,失效时间长,稳定性好,无腐蚀,安全性好。

综上所述,本发明制备的长期持续有效地杀灭各种病毒(特别是冠状病毒)、细菌、霉菌、真菌和孢子的消毒液及其所形成的膜层,能够长期提供稳定浓度的活性氯,可长期持续释放活性氯,对各种各种病毒(特别是冠状病毒)、细菌、霉菌、真菌和孢子具有长期持续有效的杀灭作用,对人体无危害,不影响环境,不腐蚀物品,失效时间长,稳定性好,安全性好。
以上对本发明的具体实施例进行了详细描述,但并不限于以上描述的具体实施例。对于本领域技术人员而言,任何对本发明进行的等同修改和替代也都在本发明的范畴。
Claims (7)
1.一种消毒液,其特征在于,所述消毒液为水性消毒液,包含:
占消毒液总重量的0.05~20wt%的活性氯源,所述活性氯源选自由次氯酸钠、二氯异氰尿酸钠、二氯二甲基海因、溴氯海因、对甲基苯磺酰氯胺钠和苯磺酰氯胺钠组成的组;
占消毒液总重量的0.05~20wt%的活性氯稳定剂,所述活性氯稳定剂选自由哌啶类化合物和磺酰胺类化合物组成的组;
占消毒液总重量的0.05~5wt%的协同增强剂,所述协同增强剂选自由十二烷基硫酸钠、十二烷基磺酸钠和十二烷基苯磺酸钠组成的组;
占消毒液总重量的0.05~5wt%的成膜保护剂,所述成膜保护剂选自由甲基纤维素、羟乙基甲基纤维素、羧甲基纤维素、乙基纤维素、苄基纤维素、羟乙基纤维素、羟丙基甲基纤维素、氰乙基纤维素、苄基氰乙基纤维素、羧甲基羟乙基纤维素、苯基纤维素、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚丙烯酸、聚丙烯酰胺、聚乙二醇、聚乙烯醇、聚马来酸酐和聚季铵盐组成的组;和
占消毒液总重量的0.05~5wt%的pH缓冲剂,以使所述消毒液pH在6.0~8.0之间,
其中所述消毒液中的活性氯以次氯酸和次氯酸根离子的形式存在,以次氯酸为主。
2.根据权利要求1所述的消毒液,其特征在于,所述pH缓冲剂选自由磷酸、硼酸、水杨酸和柠檬酸组成的组。
3.根据权利要求1所述的消毒液,其特征在于,所述活性氯稳定剂选自哌啶、四甲基哌啶醇、羟基哌啶、哌啶甲醇、对甲基苯磺酰胺、苯磺酰胺,以及它们的任意组合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的消毒液,其特征在于,所述消毒液满足以下条件中的至少一种:
(1)所述消毒液pH接近中性,在6.0~6.5之间;
(2)所述消毒液持续释放活性氯至少2个月以上的时间段;
(3)所述消毒液无强烈气味和腐蚀性。
5.根据权利要求1所述的消毒液,其特征在于,所述消毒液在固体表面上干燥后形成一层薄膜,所述薄膜保持至少2个月持续有效地杀灭病毒、细菌、霉菌、真菌和孢子的功能。
6.一种制备权利要求1~5中任一项所述的消毒液的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
(1)向水中加入活性氯源和活性氯稳定剂,并搅拌均匀;
(2)向步骤(1)的水溶液中加入协同增强剂和成膜保护剂,并搅拌均匀;
(3)加入pH缓冲剂,使得溶液的pH在6.0~8.0之间。
7.一种膜层,其特征在于,所述膜层为由根据权利要求1所述的消毒液在固体表面上形成的薄膜。
