The computer-readable storage medium carries one or more programs which, when executed by an electronic device, cause the electronic device to: acquiring user characteristics of a user, wherein the user characteristics comprise identity information and driving characteristics; if the identity information is a non-owner identity, generating key use limit times corresponding to the user according to the driving characteristics, and generating a key authority level corresponding to the user according to the identity information; and generating a sharing Bluetooth key corresponding to the user according to the key use limit times and the key authority level.
