The design of the sliding member 22 can reduce the frictional resistance between the mast 20 and the arm 12, so that the mast 20 can slide more smoothly, and the stability of the internal structure of the small-sized forklift 100 is improved.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, in an embodiment of the present invention, the sliding member 22 includes:
one end of the bracket 221 is connected with the door frame 20, a pulley 222 is arranged on one side of the bracket 221, which is far away from the door frame 20, and the pulley 222 is inserted into the chute 123;
the peripheral surface of the pulley 222 abuts against the side wall of the chute 123.
In the technical solution of an embodiment of the present invention, one end of the bracket 221 is connected to the door frame 20, one end of the bracket 221 away from the door frame 20 is provided with a pulley 222, and the pulley 222 is inserted into the sliding groove 123 and can slide in the sliding groove 123. The circumferential surface of the pulley 222 abuts against the side wall of the chute 123, so that the shaking of the gantry 20 can be avoided, and the stability of the structure of the small-size forklift 100 during operation is improved.
Two brackets 221 are arranged on two sides of the portal frame 20, and in order to further improve the stability of the portal frame 20 during movement, the two brackets 221 can be connected, so that the stress and the counterweight between the portal frame 20 and the truck body 10 are more uniform, and the stability of the structure of the small-volume forklift 100 is further improved.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the small-volume forklift 100 further includes a remote interaction module (not shown) for remotely controlling the operation of the small-volume forklift 100.
In the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, the remote interaction module is arranged, so that the small-volume forklift 100 can operate through remote control, and unmanned driving at the small-volume forklift 100 end is realized. Unmanned small-size fork truck 100 can omit the artifical tiller design of current small-size fork truck 100 to remote control handle replaces artifical tiller, further reduces small-size fork truck 100's whole volume, and the reduction space occupies, has improved the storage capacity, makes small-size fork truck 100 be applicable to narrower tunnel.
Simultaneously, little volume fork truck 100 with remote interaction module can get the thing according to the route of marcing of procedure setting, realizes autopilot through the procedure, has reduced staff's the amount of labour, has improved the conveying efficiency.

Claims (10)

1. A small-volume forklift, comprising:
the device comprises a vehicle body and a control device, wherein the vehicle body comprises a vehicle frame, the vehicle frame is movably arranged, two ends of the vehicle frame are respectively connected with two support arms, the two support arms are oppositely arranged and form an installation space with the vehicle frame in a surrounding manner;
the door frame is movably arranged in the mounting space along the front-back direction of the vehicle body so as to be close to or far away from the vehicle frame, and the door frame extends along the height direction of the vehicle body; and
the fork is arranged on the door frame in a liftable mode and is located on one side, deviating from the frame, of the door frame.
2. A low-profile forklift as claimed in claim 1, wherein said frame comprises:
the two ends of the frame counterweight are respectively connected with the two support arms, a mounting cavity is formed in the frame counterweight, and a steering wheel is arranged at the bottom of the frame counterweight; and
the steering wheel driving piece is arranged in the installation cavity, the output end of the steering wheel driving piece penetrates through the frame counterweight piece and is connected with the steering wheel in a transmission mode to drive the steering wheel to rotate.
3. A low-volume forklift as claimed in claim 2, wherein said boom includes:
the support arm counterweight part is connected with one end of the frame counterweight part;
and the bearing wheel is arranged at the bottom of the support arm counterweight.
4. A low-profile forklift as claimed in claim 3, wherein said load wheels are provided at an end of said boom weights remote from said frame.
5. The small volume forklift of claim 2, further comprising a mast drive member provided to said frame weight member, a free end of said mast drive member being connected to said mast for driving said mast toward or away from said frame;
and rollers are arranged at the bottom of the portal frame.
6. A low profile lift truck as claimed in claim 5, wherein said mounting cavity is open to a surface of said frame counterweight on a side of said mast, and a side of said mast drive member facing away from said mast is inset on an inner wall of said mounting cavity.
7. A low-profile forklift truck as claimed in claim 1, wherein said mast is slidably connected on either side to said arms.
8. A low-profile forklift as claimed in claim 7, wherein said arm has a runner on a side thereof facing said mast, and said mast has a slider on a side thereof facing said arm, said slider being slidable in said runner.
9. A low-volume forklift as claimed in claim 8, wherein said slide comprises:
one end of the bracket is connected with the door frame, and one side of the bracket, which is far away from the door frame, is provided with a pulley which is inserted into the sliding groove;
the peripheral surface of the pulley is abutted against the side wall of the sliding groove.
10. A small volume forklift as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9, further comprising a remote interaction module for remotely controlling the operation of the small volume forklift.
