When the feeding frame 53 places the spray rod 2 in the limit groove 531 on the holding frame 62, the rod 2 to be sprayed in the other limit groove 531 of the feeding frame 53 is synchronously placed on the holding frame 101, so that the feeding and discharging are synchronously performed, and then the feeding frame 53 is reset and prepares for the feeding work of the next round.

When the receiving mechanism 6 receives the paint spraying rod 2 sent out from the feeding mechanism 5, the receiving mechanism 6 drives the paint spraying rod 2 to move out of the paint spraying table 1, so that a worker takes out the paint spraying rod 2 after paint spraying is finished.
