Abstract
本发明公开了一种禽用生物饲料,所述生物饲料按鲜基重量比包括谷芽饲料20‑40%、发酵糠麸钙25‑50%、果蔬混合物20‑45%。本发明的禽用生物饲料质量性能稳定,饲料营养配比合理,工艺设计简捷,并且由于大比例使用低廉的果蔬、发芽谷物,可以降低饲料成本。采用本发明的生物饲料饲喂蛋禽后,可显著提高鸡蛋和老母鸡肌肉纤维中胡萝卜素含量、降低胆固醇含量,提高蛋禽机体免疫力,降低发病率,提高生产性能。

技术领域
本申请涉及生物饲料领域,具体而言,涉及一种禽用生物饲料及其应用。
背景技术
近年来,随着人们生活水平的提高,人们对食品的消费观念发生了根本转变,对鸡蛋的品质、品味、功能性营养成份及安全性等方面的要求越来越高。消费者返“土”归真,无公害食品、绿色食品,农村散养鸡蛋和有机食品已得到不少消费者的青睐,尤其是口味好的安全优质鸡蛋和老母鸡受到老人、学生和对健康有特殊需要的人群的喜爱。
用整粒谷物喂鸡不仅可以提高肉鸡生产性能,也有益于肉鸡肠道有益菌。谷物发芽过程中,营养物质特性发生变化,且增加了酶的活性,发芽是一种简单而经济的饲料加工方式。冬季青绿饲料缺乏,为使家畜不断青,除饲喂青储饲料外,还可用大麦、稻谷、小麦、玉米等谷物籽粒饲粮制作成谷芽饲料饲喂。钙是蛋鸡生产和最佳蛋壳质量所需关键营养素之一。目前,生产中使用的钙源主要为无机钙源,如石粉、贝壳粉和磷酸氢钙等。有文献报道,产蛋后期蛋鸡日粮以柠檬酸钙的形式添加3.0% 钙时可改善产蛋率和饲料效率,提高蛋壳厚度和蛋壳强度,进而降低破蛋率。但未见以米糠、麦麸和石粉为主要培养基,采用固态发酵工艺制备活性钙饲料的报道。
南瓜产量较高,均产约5000kg/亩。南瓜含有丰富的糖类,胡萝卜素、VC、精氨酸、膘嘌呤等物质含量高,对鸡的生长发育和新陈代谢非常有益。南瓜多糖是一种非特异性免疫增强剂,能提高机体的免疫功能,有良好的保健作用。南瓜表皮和南瓜叶中富含β-胡萝卜素,很高的药理学及营养学价值。用南瓜及其茎叶切碎作辅料喂母鸡,可以显著地加速换羽过程,产蛋量增加,且蛋大、孵化率高,蛋黄沙而不卡喉,香糯可口,同时缩短母鸡停产期,还能加深蛋黄颜色,提高鸡蛋商品品质,具有较高的饲用价值。栀子的果实是传统中药,是药食两用资源,具有护肝、利胆、消肿等作用。饲料中添加黄栀子,每天每只蛋鸡饲喂黄栀子10-30mg,鸡蛋的品质提高。
虽然谷芽、南瓜、栀子作为饲料和饲料添加剂有诸多良好的效果,但由于其难以储存、季节性、地域性、质量不稳定、标准不统一等难以在饲料厂和规模化养殖场应用,同时面对畜牧业降本增效、饲料端无抗禁抗、消费端无抗优质功能性畜产品的高需求等一系列挑战,如何合理利用廉价的谷芽、南瓜、栀子等非常规饲料原料,制备高品质、质量稳定、营养配比合理、生产工艺简单的无抗饲料,进而生产低胆固醇高胡萝卜素的安全优质无抗禽类产品,是非常值得解决的一个问题。
发明内容
为了获得安全优质好口味且低胆固醇、高胡萝卜素含量的鸡蛋和老母鸡产品,本发明提供了一种禽用生物饲料,通过将发芽谷物饲料+发酵糠麸钙饲料+果蔬混合物配制的生物饲料饲喂蛋禽后,可显著提高鸡蛋和老母鸡肌肉纤维中胡萝卜素含量,提高蛋禽机体免疫力,降低发病率,提高生产性能。
所述生物饲料按鲜基重量比包括谷芽饲料20-40%、发酵糠麸钙25-50%、果蔬混合物20-45%;
所述谷芽饲料为发芽的谷物;
所述发酵糠麸钙是以包括米糠、麦麸和贝壳粉的原料,使用益生菌菌剂和酶制剂协同发酵后获得;所述益生菌菌剂为枯草芽孢杆菌和地衣芽孢杆菌;所述酶制剂为纤维素酶、β-葡聚糖酶、木聚糖酶和β-甘露聚糖酶;
所述果蔬混合物为高温煮制的新鲜瓜果蔬菜,所述新鲜瓜果蔬菜包括南瓜和黄栀子;
将所述谷芽饲料、发酵糠麸钙和果蔬混合物按比例混合获得所述生物饲料。
具体的,所述生物饲料按鲜基重量比包括谷芽饲料31.6%、发酵糠麸钙35.2%、果蔬混合物33.2%。
所述发酵糠麸钙的制备方法如下:取米糠5-49%、麦麸5-49%、饮用水10-30%、贝壳粉4-20%、石粉4-20%、食盐0.5-1.0%、复合微量元素0.3-0.6%、益生菌菌剂0.05-0.1%、酶制剂0.05-0.1%混合均匀,30-35℃厌氧发酵12-15天。所述益生菌菌剂中有效活菌数分别不低于2.5×109cfu/g;和/或,所述酶制剂中含有纤维素酶1500U/g、β-葡聚糖酶3000U/g、木聚糖酶500U/g和β-甘露聚糖酶50U/g。
所述新鲜瓜果蔬菜还包括辣椒、茄子、丝瓜、青菜、包菜、橘子落果、嫩南瓜藤叶、红薯藤叶中的一种或几种,其中,南瓜的重量占新鲜瓜果蔬菜总重量的20%以上,黄栀子的重量占新鲜瓜果蔬菜总重量的0.4%以上。将所述瓜果蔬菜冲洗干净,切碎粒度小于3*3*3cm,加水没过瓜果蔬菜,煮沸0.5h,捞出煮熟的瓜果蔬菜即为所述果蔬混合物。
将谷物冲洗干净,浸入水中浸泡10-15h,捞出沥干,在25℃温度条件下发芽3-5天,即得所述谷芽饲料;优选的,所述谷物为稻谷、大麦、小麦、玉米、高梁、燕麦中的至少一种;和/或,所述谷芽饲料中水分含量45-48%。
本发明还提供一种禽用无抗全价配合饲料,所述禽用无抗全价配合饲料按重量比由68-80%的前述的生物饲料、10-20%的能量饲料和10-20%的蛋白饲料组成。
具体的,所述能量饲料选自玉米、小麦、高粱、稻谷、麦麸、米糠中的一种或多种;和/或,所述蛋白饲料选自豆粕、花生粕、大豆、DDGS、菜粕、棉粕中的一种或多种。
优选的,所述禽用无抗全价配合饲料按重量比由75.3%的前述的生物饲料、11.9%的能量饲料和12.8%的蛋白饲料组成。
本发明的有益效果包括:
1、本发明制备的禽用生物饲料能够满足蛋鸡营养需要,生产的鸡蛋和老母鸡是无抗生素的安全食品。相较于饲喂市售蛋禽饲料,鸡蛋中胆固醇降低20%以上,蛋黄中胡萝卜素提高4.54倍,是老少皆宜的健康食品。
2、本发明制备的禽用生物饲料质量性能稳定,饲料营养配比合理,工艺设计简捷,不仅适合中小规模的养殖场,更适合规模的家庭农场应用。
3、本发明制备的禽用生物饲料大比例使用低廉的果蔬、发芽谷物,可以降低饲料成本。以一个1000只蛋鸡场每只鸡每天干物质采食量按100克计算,全年消耗饲料36.5吨,饲料成本比普通饲料降低900元/吨,总饲料成本降低32850元;蛋鸡产蛋量按200枚/只计算,售价增加1倍,普通鸡蛋以0.5元/枚,则鸡蛋产值增加10万元;两项合计多盈利132850元,平均每只鸡每年多盈利132.85元。具有显著经济效益。

下述实施例中所使用的实验方法如无特殊说明,均为常规方法。
下述实施例中所用的材料、试剂等,如无特殊说明,均可从商业途径得到。
实施例1、发酵糠麸钙的制备
发酵糠麸钙1:按质量百分比,取米糠5%、麦麸49%、饮用水23%、贝壳粉17.5%、石粉4.5%、食盐0.5%、复合微量元素0.3%、益生菌0.1%、酶制剂0.1%混合均匀,30-35℃厌氧发酵15天,即得所述发酵糠麸钙1。
发酵糠麸钙2:按质量百分比,取米糠26%、麦麸28%、饮用水23%、贝壳粉4.5%、石粉17.5%、食盐0.5%、复合微量元素0.3%、益生菌0.1%、酶制剂0.1%混合均匀,30-35℃厌氧发酵15天,即得所述发酵糠麸钙2。
发酵糠麸钙3:按质量百分比,取米糠49%、麦麸5%、饮用水23%、贝壳粉4.5%、石粉17.5%、食盐0.5%、复合微量元素0.3%、益生菌0.1%、 酶制剂0.1%混合均匀,30-35℃厌氧发酵15天,即得所述发酵糠麸钙3。
对比例糠麸钙:按质量百分比,取米糠26%、麦麸28%、饮用水23.2%、贝壳粉4.5%、石粉17.5%、食盐0.5%、复合微量元素0.3%混合均匀,30-35℃厌氧发酵15天,即得对比例糠麸钙。
本实施例中,益生菌(酵力宝,购自天津博菲德科技有限公司)由枯草芽孢杆菌和地衣芽孢杆菌混合而成,有效活菌数均不低于2.5×109cfu/g。
酶制剂(酵力佳,购自天津博菲德科技有限公司)有效成分包括纤维素酶1500U/g、β-葡聚糖酶3000U/g、木聚糖酶500U/g和β-甘露聚糖酶50U/g)。
复合微量元素(匠之芯1%蛋鸡产蛋期生物功能预混料,购自挑战集团)每千克产品中:维生素A/(IU/kg)80 000~400000、维生素D3/(IU/kg)40 000~150 000、维生素E/(mg/kg)≥600、维生素K3/(mg/kg)50~200、维生素B1/(mg/kg)≥60、维生素B2/(mg/kg)≥250、烟酸/(mg/kg)≥600、叶酸/(mg/kg)≥40、泛酸/(mg/kg)≥600、铜/(mg/kg)500~2000、铁/(mg/kg)2000~6 000、锰/(mg/kg)5 000~18 000、锌/(mg/kg)4 000~15 000。
实施例2 生物饲料的制备
一、本发明提供的禽用生物饲料
(1)谷芽饲料:将稻谷冲洗干净,装入麻袋中,然后将麻袋全部浸没入水中浸泡12h,捞出放在格板子上沥干,之后在25℃温度条件下发芽3天,即得新鲜谷芽饲料,水分含量45-48%。
(2)发酵糠麸钙:使用实施例1中制备的发酵糠麸钙2。
(3)果蔬混合物:将南瓜、黄栀子、茄子、辣椒、丝瓜冲洗干净,切碎粒度小于3*3*3cm,放入大锅中,加水没过瓜果蔬菜,煮沸0.5h,捞出煮熟的瓜果蔬菜备用,其中南瓜的重量占新鲜瓜果蔬菜总重量的21%,黄栀子的重量占新鲜瓜果蔬菜总重量的0.45%。
(4)将步骤(1)-(3)制备的谷芽饲料、发酵糠麸钙、果蔬混合物按重量比例谷芽饲料31.6%、发酵糠麸钙35.2%、果蔬混合物33.2%进行混合。
二、对比例生物饲料
对比例A:将上述一中步骤(1)中的稻谷冲洗干净,然后将麻袋全部浸没入水中浸泡12h,捞出放在格板子上沥干,但不做发芽处理,其他步骤不变,制备对比例A的生物饲料。
对比例B:将上述一中步骤(2)中的发酵糠麸钙替换成实施例1中制备的对比例糠麸钙,其他步骤不变,制备对比例B的生物饲料。
对比例C:将上述一中步骤(3)中的果蔬混合物,洗净切碎后,放入大锅中,加水没过,但不予煮制,其他步骤不变,制备对比例C的生物饲料。
实施例3蛋鸡全价配合饲料制备
一、优质无抗蛋鸡全价配合饲料
称取实施例2步骤一中制备的本发明提供的禽用生物饲料、玉米、豆粕按照重量比生物饲料75.3%、玉米11.9%、豆粕12.8%混合。其中玉米和豆粕粉碎粒度小于2mm。
检测该配合饲料的营养成分,各指标含量如下:水分48.27%,粗蛋白质9.85%,粗纤维2.49%,钙1.71%,总磷0.39%,赖氨酸0.46%,蛋氨酸0.15%。
二、对比例蛋鸡全价配合饲料
对比例1:将上述步骤一优质无抗蛋鸡全价配合饲料中的富集禽类产品胡萝卜素的生物饲料替换成实施例2步骤二中制备的对比例A的生物饲料,其他步骤不变,制备对比例1的蛋鸡全价配合饲料。
对比例2:将上述步骤一优质无抗蛋鸡全价配合饲料中的富集禽类产品胡萝卜素的生物饲料替换成实施例2步骤二中制备的对比例B的生物饲料,其他步骤不变,制备对比例2的蛋鸡全价配合饲料。
对比例3:将上述步骤一优质无抗蛋鸡全价配合饲料中的富集禽类产品胡萝卜素的生物饲料替换成实施例2步骤二中制备的对比例C的生物饲料,其他步骤不变,制备对比例3的蛋鸡全价配合饲料。
实施例4 蛋鸡应用效果评价养殖试验
1. 养殖试验设计
选取300日龄的崇仁麻鸡(黄麻)3600只,分为6组处理(对照组1和对照组2和试验1-4组),每个处理3个重复,每个重复200羽,预试期7天,试验期35天。按鸡场常规管理免疫和饲养,每天加料2次,干物质饲喂量按100g/天·只准备;自由饮水;记录养殖数据,计算产蛋率;试验中期取鸡蛋样品进行蛋品质量评定;试验结束前取蛋鸡进行肉品质评定。
6个处理组日粮组成的原料干物质配比一致。其中,
对照组1饲喂由不发芽谷物、不发酵糠麸钙、不蒸煮果蔬混合物组成的粉料;
对照组2饲喂市场销售的产蛋期蛋鸡配合饲料(南昌农兴实业有限公司出品的129蛋鸡产蛋期配合饲料,产品的粗蛋白≥16.5%、粗灰分≤18%、粗纤维≤8%、钙2-4.5%、总磷≥0.4%、蛋氨酸≥0.32%);
试验组1饲喂实施例3中制备的对比例1的蛋鸡全价配合饲料(不发芽组);
试验组2饲喂实施例3中制备的对比例2的蛋鸡全价配合饲料(不发酵组);
试验组3饲喂实施例3中制备的对比例3的蛋鸡全价配合饲料(不煮制组));
试验组4饲喂实施例3中制备的优质无抗蛋鸡全价配合饲料(芽酵煮组),即本发明技术方案制备的饲料。
数据统计与处理:试验数据采用SPSS17.0软件单因素方差分析,P<0.05作为显著性差异判断标准。
2.试验结果
试验结果如下表1所示,从表1中可以看出,使用本发明技术方案制备的日粮(试验组4),与对照组相比,蛋鸡健康水平提高,产蛋率增加,蛋品质和肉品质改善。其中与对照组2相比,产蛋率提高2.2%,鸡蛋胆固醇含量下降20.2%,蛋黄胡萝卜素含量提高454.5%,鸡腿脂肪含量下降14.4%,鸡腿肌苷酸含量提高31.2%。与对照组1相比,产蛋率提高25%,脾脏指数提高6%,鸡蛋胆固醇含量下降10.32%,蛋黄胡萝卜素含量提高165.2%,鸡腿肌苷酸含量提高23.3%。

具体试验结果分析如下:
2.1产蛋率
产蛋率是蛋鸡生产性能最重要的评价指标。统计试验期35天的产蛋率,结果显示,6个处理组蛋鸡产蛋率从高到低依次为:试验组4、对照组2、试验组1、试验组2、试验组3、对照组1,且差异显著(P<0.05)。其中,试验组4相比于对照组1产蛋率提高25%。
2.2蛋黄色泽
蛋黄颜色是衡量鸡蛋商品质量的重要指标。试验期第25天,每个处理组选取大小、形状、蛋重尽可能均匀一致的新鲜鸡蛋各6枚,用罗氏比色扇进行色泽评分,结果显示,6个处理组蛋黄色泽评分从高到低依次为:试验组4、试验组1、试验组3、试验组2、对照组1、对照组2,且差异极显著(P<0.01)。
2.3 免疫器官指数
免疫器官指数能直观反映蛋鸡的免疫水平。试验第 34天,每处理随机抽取体重和外观一致的6羽蛋鸡,禁水禁食24小时,称活体重,采血后屠宰,摘取脾脏,称重,计算每羽蛋鸡的脾脏指数:脾脏重(g)/活体重(kg)。
结果显示,6个处理组蛋鸡脾脏指数由高到低依次为:试验组1、试验组2、试验组4、对照组2、对照组1、试验组3;且差异显著(P<0.05)。
2.4 鸡蛋胆固醇含量
低胆固醇鸡蛋的市场价值较高。试验期第25天,每个处理组选取大小、形状、蛋重尽可能均匀一致的新鲜鸡蛋各6枚,去蛋壳,蛋黄蛋清打均匀后取可食部分200g使用匀浆机将试样均质,按《GB 5009.128-2016 食品安全国家标准食品中胆固醇的测定》中第二法高效液相色谱法检测鸡蛋胆固醇含量。
结果显示,6个处理组鸡蛋可食部分胆固醇含量由高到低依次为:对照组2、对照组1、试验组2、试验组1、试验组4、试验组3;且呈显著降低趋势(P=0.066)。其中,试验组4相比于对照组1和对照组2胆固醇含量分别降低了10.33和20.01%。
2.5 蛋黄胡萝卜素含量
胡萝卜素富集的鸡蛋的市场价值较高。试验期第25天,每个处理组选取大小、形状、蛋重尽可能均匀一致的新鲜鸡蛋各6枚,去蛋壳和蛋清,蛋黄打均匀后取可食部分5g使用匀浆机将试样均质,按《GB5009.83-2016食品安全国家标准食品中胡萝卜素的测定》采用高效液相色谱法检测蛋黄中β-胡萝卜素的含量。结果显示,6个处理组鸡蛋黄中β-胡萝卜素含量由高到低依次为:试验组4、试验组2、试验组1、对照组1、试验组3、对照组2;且差异显著(P<0.05)。其中,试验组4相比于对照组1和对照组2胡罗素含量分别提高了1.65倍和4.54倍。
2.6 鸡腿脂肪和肌苷酸含量
鸡腿脂肪含量和肌苷酸含量是淘汰蛋鸡品质的重要评价指标。从上述2.3项所用样品中摘取右侧鸡腿,小心去皮、去骨,充分混匀后取试样2g~5g,按《GB 5009.6-2016 食品安全国家标准食品中脂肪的测定》第一法索氏抽提法测鸡腿脂肪含量。
结果显示,6个处理组蛋鸡右侧腿肉中脂肪含量由高到低依次为:处理试验组1、对照组2、试验组3、试验组2、对照组、试验组4;且差异极显著(P<0.01)。
小心去皮去骨鸡腿肉充分混匀后取试样1-2g,按周俊华等(2014)研究所述高效液相色谱法测鸡腿肌苷酸含量。结果显示,6个处理组蛋鸡右侧腿肉中肌苷酸含量由高到低依次为:试验组4、试验组1、试验组3、试验组2、对照组1、对照组2;且呈显著降低趋势(P=0.102)。
综上可见,选择性应用由发芽稻谷饲料、发酵糠麸钙饲料和煮制果蔬混合物组合制成的生物饲料,不仅蛋鸡产蛋率提高,蛋鸡免疫器官指数提高,且可获得低胆固醇、胡萝卜素富集的鸡蛋和优质母鸡鸡肉。
Claims (10)
1.一种禽用生物饲料,其特征在于,所述生物饲料按鲜基重量比包括谷芽饲料20-40%、发酵糠麸钙25-50%、果蔬混合物20-45%;
所述谷芽饲料为发芽的谷物;
所述发酵糠麸钙是以包括米糠、麦麸和贝壳粉的原料,使用益生菌菌剂和酶制剂协同发酵后获得;所述益生菌菌剂为枯草芽孢杆菌和地衣芽孢杆菌;所述酶制剂为纤维素酶、β-葡聚糖酶、木聚糖酶和β-甘露聚糖酶;
所述果蔬混合物为高温煮制的新鲜瓜果蔬菜,所述新鲜瓜果蔬菜包括南瓜和黄栀子;
将所述谷芽饲料、发酵糠麸钙和果蔬混合物按比例混合获得所述生物饲料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的禽用生物饲料,其特征在于,所述生物饲料按鲜基重量比包括谷芽饲料31.6%、发酵糠麸钙35.2%、果蔬混合物33.2%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的禽用生物饲料,其特征在于,所述发酵糠麸钙的制备方法如下:取米糠5-49%、麦麸5-49%、饮用水10-30%、贝壳粉4-20%、石粉4-20%、食盐0.5-1.0%、复合微量元素0.3-0.6%、益生菌菌剂0.05-0.1%、酶制剂0.05-0.1%混合均匀,30-35℃厌氧发酵12-15天。
4.根据权利要求3所述的禽用生物饲料,其特征在于,所述益生菌菌剂中有效活菌数分别不低于2.5×109cfu/g;和/或,所述酶制剂中含有纤维素酶1500U/g、β-葡聚糖酶3000U/g、木聚糖酶500U/g和β-甘露聚糖酶50U/g。
5.根据权利要求1所述的禽用生物饲料,其特征在于,所述新鲜瓜果蔬菜还包括辣椒、茄子、丝瓜、青菜、包菜、橘子落果、嫩南瓜藤叶、红薯藤叶中的一种或几种,其中,南瓜的重量占新鲜瓜果蔬菜总重量的20%以上,黄栀子的重量占新鲜瓜果蔬菜总重量的0.4%以上。
6.根据权利要求5所述的禽用生物饲料,其特征在于,将所述瓜果蔬菜冲洗干净,切碎粒度小于3*3*3cm,加水没过瓜果蔬菜,煮沸0.5h,捞出煮熟的瓜果蔬菜即为所述果蔬混合物。
7.根据权利要求1所述的禽用生物饲料,其特征在于,将谷物冲洗干净,浸入水中浸泡10-15h,捞出沥干,在25℃温度条件下发芽3-5天,即得所述谷芽饲料;
优选的,所述谷物为稻谷、大麦、小麦、玉米、高梁、燕麦中的至少一种;和/或,所述谷芽饲料中水分含量45-48%。
8.一种禽用无抗全价配合饲料,其特征在于,所述禽用无抗全价配合饲料按重量比由68-80%的权利要求1-7任一项所述的生物饲料、10-20%的能量饲料和10-20%的蛋白饲料组成。
9.根据权利要求8所述的禽用无抗全价配合饲料,其特征在于,所述能量饲料选自玉米、小麦、高粱、稻谷、麦麸、米糠中的一种或多种;和/或,所述蛋白饲料选自豆粕、花生粕、大豆、DDGS、菜粕、棉粕中的一种或多种。
10.根据权利要求8或9所述的禽用无抗全价配合饲料,其特征在于,所述禽用无抗全价配合饲料按重量比由75.3%的权利要求1-7任一项所述的生物饲料、11.9%的能量饲料和12.8%的蛋白饲料组成。
