The invention discloses biodegradable alcohol-resistant water-based plastic replacement oil and a preparation method thereof, wherein the biodegradable alcohol-resistant water-based plastic replacement oil comprises the following components in percentage by weight, namely 50-80% of high-resistance modified acrylic polymer; 10-20% of extinction resin; 5-10% of high-molecular wax emulsion; 6-12% of water-based polyurethane polymer; 2-5% of organic silicon emulsion; 0.5 to 2 percent of defoaming agent; 10-40% of purified water, wherein the high-resistance modified acrylic polymer is prepared by putting polymethyl methacrylate, a toughening agent and a compatilizer into a reaction kettle A for premixing; after mixing, weighing the corresponding anti-scratch agent and the compatilizer and mixing in a reaction kettle B; and (3) concentrating the mixture in the reaction kettle A and the reaction kettle B into one of the reaction kettles, uniformly mixing, and then introducing into a reverse double-screw extruder for extrusion and discharge.
