Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of hand-held sanding machines and discloses a multi-head hand-held sanding machine structure which comprises a sanding machine body, wherein a handle is arranged on one side of the sanding machine body, an installation cavity is formed in the bottom end of the sanding machine body, and a fixing plate is detachably arranged in the installation cavity; three first spheres are fixed on the fixed plate, the first spheres are hollow structures, the three first spheres are circularly and uniformly distributed, second spheres are arranged inside the three first spheres and are rotationally connected with the first spheres, the first spheres are exposed out of the upper ends and the lower ends of the second spheres, driving motors are fixed on the tops of the second spheres and are located in the mounting cavities, output shafts of the driving motors penetrate through the second spheres, and polishing discs are mounted on the output shafts of the driving motors. The device is provided with three polishing discs, and when polishing, the three polishing discs can be adjusted at multiple angles, so that the device is attached to the arc-shaped surface, polishing of the arc-shaped surface is facilitated, and polishing efficiency is improved.
