As shown in fig. 5, the edge of the short core 7 is provided with an inclined plane 12 corresponding to the side groove 14, so that the short core 7 is stabilized in the short core groove 8, a plurality of second diversion grooves 11 are arranged along the length direction of the short core 7, the groove depth of each second diversion groove 11 is gradually deeper towards the middle part of the short core 7, so that liquid is better guided to the middle part of the short core 7, a through hole is formed in the bottom of one end, close to the middle part of the short core 7, of each second diversion groove 11, so that the second diversion grooves 11 are communicated with the short core groove 8, and the short core 7 and the short core groove 8 are matched together to absorb liquid, and because a gap exists between the bottom end face of the short core 7 and the short core groove 8 in practice, the liquid is better prevented from being extruded and penetrating outwards due to extrusion, and if extrusion occurs, the liquid is absorbed through the short core 7.
As shown in fig. 3, the first plurality of guide grooves 6 in this embodiment are arc grooves, one end of the first guide groove 6 corresponds to the annular groove 9, and the other end is located in the flow blocking angle, so that liquid can be better introduced into the first guide groove 6, and the center of the arc grooves is close to the middle of the long core 1, so that the liquid can be better guided to the collecting portion 5, and in the use process, under the action of the arc grooves, the sanitary towel is smoothly bent.
As shown in fig. 6, both ends of the flow blocking strip 4 are fixedly connected with the hydrophilic non-woven fabric 13, so that the hydrophilic non-woven fabric 13 can be lifted upwards relative to the long core body 1 to form a gap capable of accommodating the short core body 7 to enter and exit, and a user can lift the hydrophilic non-woven fabric 13 conveniently, place the short core 7 into the short core groove 8, and are convenient to place and use.

1. A reverse osmosis resistant liquid sanitary napkin having a hydrophilic layer (2), said hydrophilic layer (2) having an absorbent layer disposed thereon, characterized in that said absorbent layer comprises:
the liquid guide device comprises a long core body (1), wherein a plurality of first guide grooves (6) are symmetrically formed in the long core body (1) in a left-right mode so that liquid can be guided to the middle of the long core body (1);
the two sides of the hydrophilic layer (2) are provided with raised flow blocking strips (4) positioned at the two sides of the long core body (1), the section of the flow blocking strips (4) is arc-shaped, and the edge of one side of the flow blocking strips (4) close to the long core body (1) is positioned above the long core body (1) so as to form a flow blocking included angle between the flow blocking strips (4) and the long core body (1);
the collecting part (5) is positioned in the middle of the long core body (1), an annular groove (9) is formed in the edge of the collecting part (5), the collecting part (5) is formed by encircling the annular groove (9), one ends of the plurality of first diversion trenches (6) correspond to the annular groove (9), and the long core body (1) and the collecting part (5) are of an integrated structure;
a short core groove (8) is formed in the current collecting part (5), a side groove (14) is formed in the side wall of the short core groove (8), and the short core body (7) is embedded in the short core groove (8) so that the edge of the short core body (7) is inserted in the side groove (14), and therefore the short core body (7) can be conveniently arranged on the current collecting part (5);
the first diversion trenches (6) are arc-shaped trenches, one ends of the first diversion trenches (6) correspond to the annular grooves (9), the other ends of the first diversion trenches are positioned in the choked flow included angles, and the circle centers of the arc-shaped trenches are close to the middle of the long core body (1);
the separation part is positioned in the current collecting part (5), the separation part comprises a short core body (7), the short core body (7) is detachably arranged in the current collecting part (5), and a plurality of second diversion trenches (11) for guiding liquid to the middle part are arranged on the short core body (7);
