Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of illumination, in particular to a light-emitting device and a car lamp.
Background
At present, in order to realize large-area luminescence of the car lamp, a large-reflection cavity structure is generally adopted, a lamp hole is formed in the center of the structure, and a bulb is used as a light source, but the integrity of the reflection cavity structure is damaged in the mode; on the other hand, in terms of lighting effect, a dark circle is formed around the bulb hole, and the uniformity of the entire lamp is easily impaired.
With the development of vehicle lamp technology, more and more LED lighting units are applied to vehicle lamps, and the area light source is emerging. However, although the surface light source can be flexible in shape, it is relatively expensive, and in order to obtain uniform light in the largest area, at least one light guide member or light guide assembly is usually required to be designed, which also increases the cost of the whole lamp and the complexity of assembly.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to solving, at least to some extent, one of the technical problems in the art described above. Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a light emitting device, which can realize uniform light emission in a large area without a light guide member or a light guide component, and has a simple structure, thereby reducing the product cost.
A second object of the present invention is to provide a vehicle lamp.

As shown in fig. 1, the light emitting device according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a bracket 10, a light emitting element 20, a curved reflecting surface 30, and an escutcheon 40. Wherein, the light emitting member 20 can be disposed on the bracket 10; the reflective curved surface 30 may be disposed corresponding to the light emitting member 20 to receive the light emitted from the light emitting member 20 and reflect the received light emitted from the light emitting member 20; the escutcheon 40 can be disposed corresponding to the reflective side 301 of the reflective curved surface 30 to receive the reflected light from the reflective curved surface 30 and to emit the reflected light uniformly.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the light emitted from the light emitting element 20 may enter the reflective curved surface 30, and then may be diffusely reflected in the reflective curved surface 30, and further may be reflected from the reflective side 301 of the reflective curved surface 30 to form a large area of uniform light, and finally may be emitted from the escutcheon 40, so that the large area of uniform light emission may be achieved without a light guide element or a light guide assembly, and the structure is simple, and the product cost may be reduced.
In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, an opening b is further provided at one side of the support 10, and the light emitting member 20 is disposed on the support 10 at the position of the opening b, for example, can be directly mounted on the support 10 without a light guide member or a light guide assembly. The light emitting surface 401 may be disposed corresponding to the reflection side 301 of the reflection curved surface 30 to receive the reflection light emitted from the reflection curved surface 30 and uniformly emit the reflection light.

The light reflected by the reflecting curved surface 30 can be further uniformly processed through the dermatoglyph arranged on the inner side and the outer side of the large-area light-emitting surface, so that the uniformity of the finally emitted light can be ensured.
In an embodiment of the invention, the decoration frame 40 may be a colorless and transparent decoration frame, and the light emitting surface with various shapes, such as the planar light emitting surface shown in fig. 4 or the curved light emitting surface shown in fig. 5, may be designed according to actual requirements.
