The heating non-combustion cigarette (also known as heating cigarette, hnB cigarette) is an important component of novel tobacco products, and is characterized in that: firstly, low-temperature heating (below 500 ℃) is non-combustion; secondly, nicotine is provided, so that the physiological needs of consumers can be met; and thirdly, compared with the traditional cigarette, the reduction of most harmful components in the smoke of the heated cigarette is more than 90%. However, the existing heating cigarette is affected by unstable heating temperature and flavoring mode, the taste is single, and the sensory quality of the product is unstable.
The coconut is a plant of the genus Cocos in the family Tung, and is mainly distributed in Wenchang, qinhai, wanning, lingshui county and Suanshi, etc. of the southeast coast of Hainan province, and the area and yield of the coconut account for about 80% of the country. Coconut water is present in the cavity and the coconut water in the young fruit is sour and astringent before coconut meat has not yet formed. After the coconut meat is formed, the coconut water has higher sugar content and sweet taste. The matured coconut has a light taste but an increased fat and mineral content. The coconut meat is pure white in color and fragrant in smell, and comprises the following components: 35-40% of fat, 5-10% of carbohydrate, 4-5% of protein, 2-4% of crude fiber, 1-1.5% of ash and a small amount of vitamins B1, A, C, E, magnesium, calcium and the like. The coconut water comprises the following main components: reducing sugar 0.8%, sucrose 4.2%, protein 0.03%, and small amount of amino acids, vitamin C, B2, calcium, magnesium, etc. (comprehensive analysis and utilization of coconut substance composition, chenlimei, lideluo, tropical agricultural science, vol.22, no. 6, pages 50-75)
There are three main forms of heated cigarette smoking media in the current market: the first is mainly granular bulk material, such as Japanese tobacco Ploom; the second is an orderly arranged thin sheet, such as the 'wide and narrow kungfu' of cigarette in Sichuan; the third is the same disorder of tobacco shreds or flakes as conventional cigarettes, such as Revo by Renuo, COO by Hubei, etc. From the market products, the smoking media in the form of cigarettes are still the mainstream in the market, and the third randomly arranged cut tobacco or thin slices are easier to realize on the existing production line and are widely applied.
Patent document CN109207267A discloses a compound coconut oil for cigarettes and a preparation method thereof, which comprises the following steps: (1) Selecting mature fresh coconuts, breaking shells, and respectively taking coconut juice and coconut meat for later use; (2) Pulping coconut pulp, adding food-grade 95% ethanol which is 3-5 times of the weight of the coconut pulp to prepare a mixture, and freezing a container filled with the mixture in a refrigerator at a set temperature of-50 to-80 ℃ for 1-3 hours; (3) Taking out the container, unfreezing, adding coconut juice which is 1 to 1 percent of the weight ratio of the coconut juice to the food grade 95 percent ethanol in the step (2), stirring for 10 to 15min, and then placing the mixture at 4 ℃ for cold soaking for 8 to 10 hours; (4) And (4) after the mixture obtained in the step three is subjected to vacuum filtration, the mixture is subjected to vacuum concentration at the temperature of 40-60 ℃ until the relative density is 1.01-1.20, and the coconut oil for the compound cigarette is obtained. The natural tobacco flavor with the sweet coconut fragrance prepared by the invention is applied to cigarettes, has good harmony with smoke gas, and can improve smoking taste and reduce stimulation.
Patent document CN103396887B discloses a preparation method of coconut essence for cigarettes, which comprises the following steps: (1) cutting fresh coconut, and taking out coconut meat and coconut juice; (2) Cleaning and crushing coconut meat, adding 50-80% of ethanol into the coconut meat according to 4-8 times of the weight of the coconut meat, soaking for 10-20 days under a backlight condition, taking a soaking solution, and concentrating under reduced pressure until no alcohol smell exists to obtain a concentrated solution; (3) Adding alcohol into the coconut juice to make the content of the alcohol reach 30-50%, standing for 18-30 hours, and then filtering with a 0.5-1.2 mu m filter membrane to obtain filtrate for later use; (4) And (3) mixing the concentrated solution obtained in the step (2) with the filtrate obtained in the step (3) according to a volume ratio of 1. The coconut essence prepared by the invention can enrich the cigarette fragrance of cigarettes, smooth the smoke and improve the taste, and compared with the existing coconut essence, the coconut essence has softer, smoother and more refreshing fragrance.
However, due to the low heating temperature of the heated cigarette and the inherent structural characteristics of the heating appliance and the cigarette, the smoke release characteristic of the heated cigarette is obviously different from that of the traditional cigarette, and the problems of monotonous aroma, large strength, irritation and the like in sensory characteristics are particularly shown, so that the adjustment of raw material components, the optimization of a preparation process and the improvement of the aroma performance, the smoking performance and the sensory experience of the heated cigarette are very significant.

Test example 1
The products obtained in the examples and comparative examples were subjected to smoking sensory evaluation. The specific evaluation method comprises the following steps: (1) 55 volunteers were selected for sensory evaluation, and 5 volunteers were divided into 1 group and 11 groups, and each group evaluated 1 heated cigarette sheet prepared in the examples or comparative examples, and used in combination with IQOS 3.0 smoking set, and each person smoked 15 mouthfuls. (2) The evaluation criteria are as shown in table 1, and the total sensory evaluation scores were calculated from the average values of the aroma characteristics, smoke characteristics, harmony, taste characteristics, and the like of each group of samples.
TABLE 1
Figure BDA0003883979160000131
Figure BDA0003883979160000141
TABLE 2
Figure BDA0003883979160000142
As can be seen from the data in Table 2, the mass ratios of the coconut meat removed, the coconut water removed, the tobacco leaves and the pulp in examples 4 to 5 are all not in the range of 1 (30-80): 50-100): 500-700, and the total sensory evaluation score for the heated cigarette sheet prepared in the examples 1 is lower than that in the example 1, indicating that the overall sensory experience of the coconut-flavored heated cigarette sheet in use is better when the mass ratios of the coconut meat removed, the coconut water removed, the tobacco leaves and the pulp are in the range of 1 (30-80): 50-100): 500-700.
Compared with the example 1, the coconut-flavored heating cigarette slices have poor smoke characteristics and mouthfeel characteristics when used, are low in choking cough and low in satisfaction of users due to overhigh or overlow smoke and unstable release, show that the coconut-flavored and smoking agent glycerin synergizes, and have better smoke characteristics when used; when the heated cigarette slice prepared in the example 1 is used, smoke has faint scent of coconut meat and sweet taste of coconut water, the coconut meat does not lose sweetness and greasiness when being deoiled, and the product fragrance property is excellent, while the preparation raw materials in the comparative examples 3 and 4 do not contain the deoiled coconut meat and the coconut water respectively, so that the preparation method has poor fragrance property, low fragrance amount and slightly poor fragrance quality compared with the example 1, and shows that the deoiled coconut meat and the coconut water have a synergistic effect in the aspect of fragrance property, the preparation raw materials in the comparative example 5 do not contain the deoiled coconut meat and the coconut water and have poorer overall sensory experience compared with the example 1, and the sensory experience of the heated cigarette slice is greatly improved by adding the coconut meat and the coconut water.
Test example 2
Tensile strength tests were conducted on the heated cigarette sheets obtained in example 1 and comparative example 6. The specific detection method is carried out according to the GB/T12914-2018 standard.
TABLE 3
Figure BDA0003883979160000151
As can be seen from the data in Table 3, the comparative example 6, which does not include the coconut oil removal operation in the preparation method compared with example 1, produced the heated cigarette sheet with low tensile strength, which indicates that the heated cigarette sheet has loose structure, easy breakage and poor product quality caused by excessive coconut oil contained in the preparation raw material, and the coconut-flavored heated cigarette sheet produced by using the coconut oil removed as the raw material has high tensile strength, strong toughness and difficult fragmentation.
