本申请实施例公开了一种视频编码方法、编码器、***以及计算机存储介质,该方法包括:确定待编码视频的预参数,根据所述预参数,确定第一拉格朗日乘子和第二拉格朗日乘子;根据所述第一拉格朗日乘子和所述第二拉格朗日乘子,确定目标拉格朗日乘子;根据第一失真度量准则,确定第一失真值,其中,所述第一失真度量准则包括语义失真度量准则;根据第二失真度量准则,确定第二失真值,其中,所述第二失真度量准则包括数值误差度量准则;根据所述第一失真值和所述第二失真值,确定目标失真值;利用所述目标拉格朗日乘子和所述目标失真值,确定所述待编码视频的编码参数,对所述待编码视频进行编码。
