When the water absorption expansion strip 103 absorbs water and expands, water vapor enters the joint of the water absorption expansion strip 103 and the elastic sealing ring 10, so that the viscosity of the water absorption expansion strip 103 and the elastic sealing ring 10 is weakened, and subsequently, if the water absorption expansion strip 103 needs to be replaced, the water absorption expansion strip 103 can be directly pulled away from the elastic sealing ring 10, and the replaced water absorption expansion strip is adhered to the elastic sealing ring 10 again, so that when the limiting block 72 passes through the inner ring of the elastic sealing ring 10, the water absorption expansion strip 103 is firmly connected with the elastic sealing ring 10, and when the water absorption expansion strip 103 needs to be replaced, the water absorption expansion strip 103 can be conveniently pulled away from the elastic sealing ring 10 for replacement.
