Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of oilfield drilling plugging, in particular to an oilfield drilling fluid plugging agent and a preparation method thereof.
Background
In the process of petroleum exploitation and the like, holes are drilled by a drilling method, an oil layer casing is generally put into after the oil layer is drilled, and oil well cement is injected into an annular space between the casing and a well wall so as to maintain the well wall and seal oil, gas and water layers. The drilling can cause stratum defect, cracks and underground pore canal, and in order to ensure the stable structure and normal use of an oil well, an oil field drilling fluid plugging agent is required to be used for plugging the stratum well wall.
Common plugging agents include polypropylene fibers, synthetic fibers and the like, but when oil well leakage is serious, the plugging agents cannot achieve a sufficient plugging effect. The research shows that in the polypropylene blocking agent, the fiber dispersing effect is an important factor influencing the leakage-proof effect of the blocking agent, and based on the important factor, silica fiber is also proposed as the blocking agent.
As disclosed in the patent publication No. CN110093146a, a plugging agent and a plugging agent slurry are disclosed, wherein the plugging agent comprises oil well cement, silica fiber, thixotropic agent and fluid loss additive, and the silica fiber is used for replacing polypropylene fiber, so that the silica itself has hydrophilicity and high density and can be uniformly dispersed in the oil well cement, thereby solving the problem of poor plugging effect caused by poor dispersibility of the conventional polypropylene plugging agent.
However, the use of silica fibers as blocking agents has the following problems: the silica fiber material has high hardness and low elastic stress, and when the oil well cracks or pores are serious, the rigid plugging agent such as silica fiber cannot adapt to the deformation of the pores, so that the plugging effect is unstable.
Therefore, we continue to provide a plugging agent for oilfield drilling fluid with good and stable plugging effect.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problems that:
at present, in the existing oilfield drilling fluid plugging agent, the problem of poor leakage prevention effect caused by poor fiber dispersibility exists in the polypropylene fiber plugging agent, while the problem of dispersibility can be solved in the silica fiber plugging agent, but the silica fiber belongs to a rigid material, cannot adapt to deformation of the pore of an oil well during deformation, and the plugging effect is unstable.
The invention adopts the technical scheme that:
the invention provides an oilfield drilling fluid plugging agent which comprises, by weight, 35-50 parts of ultrafine cement, 12-25 parts of organic bentonite, 10-18 parts of hydrophilic modified polypropylene fibers, 3.5-8 parts of bucky pipes and 1.5-5.5 parts of bridging agents.
Preferably, the hydrophilic modified polypropylene fiber contains-COOH, -OH, -CHO or-SO on a branched chain 3 And H, polypropylene fiber with at least one hydrophilic group.

Preferably, the bridging agent is at least one of divinylbenzene, diisocyanate or N, N-methylenebisacrylamide.
Preferably, the ultra-fine cement has a particle size of less than 8 μm.
The preparation method of the oilfield drilling fluid plugging agent comprises the following steps:
s1, mixing hydrophilic modified polypropylene fibers, a bucky pipe and a bridging agent, homogenizing, adding a solvent, and stirring and dispersing to obtain a crude mixture;
s2, mixing the crude mixture with organic bentonite, homogenizing, centrifuging, drying and crushing solid matters to obtain a medium product;
s3, the intermediate product is mixed with superfine cement in a hedging way, washed and dried to obtain the plugging agent for the drilling fluid of the oil field.
Preferably, in step S1, stirring is performed at a temperature of 80-125 ℃ and ultrasonic dispersion is used.
Preferably, in step S2, the particle size of the finely divided intermediate product is controlled to be 20-55. Mu.m.
Preferably, in step 3, the mixing is performed using an air flow counter-punch.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows:
the plugging agent for the oilfield drilling fluid adopts conventional polypropylene fiber as a plugging raw material, and is coupled with-COOH, -OH, -CHO or-SO on a branched chain thereof 3 At least one hydrophilic group in the H ensures that the polypropylene fiber has hydrophilicity, so that the polypropylene fiber can be uniformly distributed in a material when being mixed with superfine cement for plugging, and the stability of a plugging system is improved; the raw material components also comprise organic matters containing-COOH, so that the coupling effect can be realized, the retarding effect can be exerted, and the plugging agent can flow to the pores of the well wall; the unsaturated oxygen-containing groups contained in the plugging agent have thixotropic effect, and can be solidified and plugged in a faster time after being coated on the well wall surface.
