5. A toothed-edge flat wire wheel according to claim 3, characterized in that the spring (43) is a spring, the spring (43) being fixed at one end to the fixing block (42) and at the other end connected to the first mounting plate (1).
6. An indented edge flat wire wheel according to claim 3, characterized in that the thickness of the housing cavity (41) is adapted to the thickness of the first mounting plate (1).
7. An indented edge planar wire wheel according to claim 1, wherein a baffle is mounted on the second closure plate (5).
8. The toothed edge flat wire wheel of claim 1 wherein a mounting nut is secured to said first closure plate.
9. A method of producing an indented edge plain wire wheel according to any one of claims 1 to 8, comprising:
producing a base (4) which is provided with an accommodating cavity (44) and an accommodating cavity (41) and is not sealed at the bottom through injection molding;
the top of the base (4) is provided with a hole;
an adjusting plate of a screw rod with the top connected with an adjusting bolt is arranged in the accommodating cavity (44), and the screw rod penetrates through an opening on the top of the base (4);
one end of a spring (43) is connected to a fixed block (42) in the base (4), the other end of the spring penetrates through a through groove in the side face of the adjusting plate, the other end of the spring is connected with the first mounting plate (1), and the first mounting plate (1) is mounted in the accommodating cavity (41);
sealing the bottom of the base (4);
connecting the second mounting plate (2) to the side surface of the base (4), and enabling the first mounting plate (1) and the second mounting plate (2) to be arranged in a staggered mode;
a plurality of steel wires respectively penetrate through the mounting holes on the second mounting plate (2), and the steel wires are combined and wound to form a second steel wire part, and the edge of the second steel wire part is trimmed;
a plurality of steel wires respectively penetrate through the mounting holes on the first mounting plate (1), and the steel wires are combined and wound to form a first steel wire part, and the edge of the first steel wire part is trimmed;
respectively fixing a first sealing plate and a second sealing plate (5) on two sides of the base (4), wherein the center of the second sealing plate (5) is provided with an adjusting threaded hole, so that a screw rod of an adjusting bolt penetrates through the adjusting threaded hole;
fixing a bolt head at the end of a screw rod of the adjusting bolt;
a baffle plate is arranged outside the second sealing plate (5);
the mounting nut is fixed in the center of the first closing plate.
10. A method of producing an indented edge flat wire wheel according to claim 9 wherein the first and second cover plates (5) are attached by pressure welding and the mounting nuts are attached by stamping.
