本发明提供了一种血栓抽吸导管,该血栓抽吸导管包括导管座、应力释放管、导管体、显影标识、球囊以及血液过滤网,其在进行血栓抽吸时,能够对血管进行封堵,以免破碎的细小血栓流向远端更小的血管,同时,由于圆锥体构型对血流的截留,确保了血液经过滤网去除细小的血栓后回流至血管中,从而避免了抽出大量的血液量,降低了患者的身体负担,大大减少了手术风险;对减少并发症并改善血栓的抽吸效果具有重大的意义。

一种血栓抽吸导管
技术领域
本发明属于医疗器械技术领域,尤其涉及一种心血管介入用的血栓抽吸导管。
背景技术
血栓是血流在心血管***的血管内剥落处或修补处的表面所形成的小块。在可变的流体依赖性中,血栓由不溶性纤维蛋白,沉积的血小板,积聚的白细胞和陷入红细胞组成。若血栓在人体血管中形成阻塞,中断血液流动,很容易造成心肌梗死、脑卒中等会危及生命的疾病。
目前,对于缺血性脑卒中来说,溶栓治疗仍作为主流的治疗方式,其具有一定的局限性,主要体现在治疗时间窗短及血运重建率低。机械取栓的治疗方式在治疗效果上有显著的优势,目前常用的机械取栓方式为抽吸导管的直接负压抽吸,将血栓抽吸出血管,从而重建血管。
抽吸导管在进行血栓抽吸时,其会抽出大量的血液量,从而增加了患者的身体负担,需要在手术中不断的补充异体血液,从而也会增大手术风险;而且在血栓抽吸的过程中,不可避免的会造成血栓破裂或脱落,如果没有及时对破裂的小块血栓进行处理,极易造成其随血液流向远端更狭小的血管,对患者造成不可预知的风险。
同时,当在迂曲血管中进行血栓抽吸时,抽吸的血流对导管体本身是有回冲效应的,若缺乏有效的支撑或固定,极易造成抽吸时导管来回摆动,对血管造成损伤,甚至偏摆幅度过大以致偏离出目标抽吸区域,不仅增加了手术难度,而且延长了手术时间。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术中存在的不足,设计了一种血栓抽吸导管,其在进行血栓抽吸时,能够对血管进行封堵,以免破碎的细小血栓流向远端更小的血管,更重要的,其可以由圆锥体构型对血流进行截留,并确保血液经过滤网去除细小的血栓后经回流腔末端的单向阀回流至血管中,从而避免了抽出大量的血液量,降低了患者的身体负担,大大减少了手术风险;对减少并发症并改善血栓的抽吸效果具有重大的意义。同时由于增加了圆锥体构型的血液过滤网,产品的稳定性大大增强,避免或减缓了抽吸血流对导管的机械移位作用。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是提供一种血栓抽吸导管,包括导管座、应力释放管、导管体和显影标识,所述的导管座通过应力释放管与导管体连接,所述的导管体由内管、中间层和外管共3部分构成,所述的中间层由金属丝构成;其特征在于:所述的外管由内外两层构成,所述的外管内外两层之间形成通液腔;所述的外管的外层远端的侧壁设有通液孔,通液孔外侧设有球囊;所述的内管由内外两层构成,所述内管的内层构成抽吸腔;所述的导管座具有主通道和侧通道,主通道与抽吸腔相连,侧通道与通液腔相连;所述的内管的内层和外层之间构成回流腔;所述的回流腔的内层上排列有带滤网的单向阀,该单向阀仅允许血液流向回流腔;所述的回流腔的末端径向设置有回流单向阀,该单向阀仅使得血流从回流腔末端流向血管;所述的抽吸腔由导管座至导管末端直径逐渐增大的圆锥体构型;所述的回流腔的近端是密闭的。
进一步地,所述的带滤网的单向阀的孔径为5-260μm,优选为 50-170μm。
进一步地,所述的抽吸腔含穿刺针,在抽吸血栓进导管后,能很好的锁住血栓,提高血栓的抽吸的有效性。
进一步地,所述的穿刺针的近端含有倒立的锥形支撑杆,所述的倒立的锥形支撑杆可以为多个沿轴向排列;更进一步地,所述的倒立的锥形支撑杆每2~5个构成一组。
进一步地,所述的内管和外管的管材材质为尼龙、聚醚嵌段酰胺、聚氨酯、聚烯烃、聚四氟乙烯中的一种或几种。
进一步地,所述的中间层的金属丝为镍钛合金、镍钛诺、不锈钢、钴铬合金、镍钴合金的一种或几种。
进一步地,所述的内管上的过滤网材质为为镍钛合金、不锈钢、尼龙、棉丝、蚕丝、人造丝中的一种或几种。
进一步地,所述的球囊的材质为顺应性球囊;所述的球囊包含不少于2个连续排列的球囊构成;所述的连续排列的球囊在未充盈状态下由近端至远端的有效长度逐渐减小。
进一步地,所述的导管远端外层涂覆有亲水涂层。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有的有益效果:该血栓抽吸导管在进行血栓抽吸时,能够对血管进行封堵,以免破碎的细小血栓流向远端更小的血管,更重要的,其可以通过圆锥体构型对血流进行截留,并确保血液经过滤网去除细小的血栓后回流至血管中,从而避免了抽出大量的血液量,降低了患者的身体负担,大大减少了手术风险;对减少并发症并改善血栓的抽吸效果具有重大的意义。由于增加了圆锥体构型的血液过滤网,产品的稳定性大大增强,避免或减缓了抽吸血流对导管的机械移位作用。同时血液过滤网的圆锥构型在血栓抽吸的过程中,从远端至近端,由于其径向直径逐渐减小,在吸力的作用下,血液能够直接流入回流腔,而血栓由于过滤网的作用,仅沿着抽吸腔抽吸出体外。

为使本发明的上述目的、特征和优点能够更加明显易懂,下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式做详细的说明。在详述本发明实施例时,为了便于说明,示意图不依一般比例局部放大,不应以此作为对本发明的限定。
实施例1
如图1和2所示,本发明提供了一种血栓抽吸导管,包括导管座1、应力释放管、导管体2、显影标识3,所述的导管座通过应力释放管与导管体连接,所述的导管体由内管4、中间层5和外管6共3部分构成,所述的中间层由不锈钢丝构成;所述的外管远端的侧壁设有通液孔8;所述的球囊包含2个连续排列的顺应性的球囊9构成;且2个连续排列的球囊在未充盈状态下由近端至远端的有效长度逐渐减小;所述的球囊设在通液孔的外侧。当通过导管座向通液腔7内部注射液体时,球囊不仅可以阻断血流,避免细小血栓流向远端造成堵塞;同时,2个连续排列的球囊可以起到进一步的缓冲作用,在不伤害血管的作用下,能个起到隔断血流的作用。
如图3、4和5所示,本发明提供了一种血栓抽吸导管,所述的内管由内外两层构成,所述的内管的内层构成抽吸腔10,所述的内管的内层和外层之间构成回流腔11;所述的回流腔的内层上排列有带滤网的单向阀12,在临床抽吸血栓时,血流经过从远端至近端的径向直径逐渐减小的圆锥体构型14时,在吸力的作用下,血液直接与圆锥体构型14相作用,又由于该圆锥体构型14上含有带过滤网的单向阀12,该单向阀12仅允许血液流向回流腔;再经回流腔末端的回流单向阀13流回至血管中;所述的抽吸腔中可含有穿刺针16,血栓经抽吸后,能很好的固定在穿刺针上,同时,为了进一步锁住血栓,穿刺针16上可设定倒立的锥形支撑杆17,可防止血栓抽吸后的脱落。所述的回流腔的近端15是密闭的。该回流腔单向阀的过滤网的孔径为170μm;所述的过滤网的材质为棉丝。
所述的内管材质为聚四氟乙烯;所述的外管材质由聚醚嵌段酰胺和聚氨酯组成。所述的导管远端外层涂覆有聚乙烯吡咯烷酮亲水涂层。
实施例2
如图1所示,本发明提供了一种血栓抽吸导管,包括导管座1、应力释放管、导管体2和显影标识3;如图2所示,所述的导管座通过应力释放管与导管体连接,所述的导管体由内管4、中间层5和外管6共三层结构构成,所述的内管的内腔为抽吸腔10,内管和外管之间形成通液腔7,所述的导管座具有主通道和侧通道,主通道与抽吸腔相连,侧通道与通液腔相连,当对侧通道灌注造影剂或生理盐水等试剂时,试剂通过通液孔进入球囊,球囊会膨胀从而封堵血管,起到隔断血栓向远端血管逃逸的风险。
如图3和4所示,内管的内腔设有含血液过滤网的单向阀12,过滤网的远端截面与导管远端相连,且含有血液流出单向阀13,且血液过滤网呈由近端至远端直径逐渐增大的圆锥构型14;所述的过滤网近端为密闭结构,所述的过滤网的材质为镍钛合金和蚕丝的混合物。
单向阀含过滤网的圆锥体构成部分的网孔径为200μm,如图6所示,内管内腔的血液含单向阀的血液过滤网为圆锥结构。
如图5所示,血栓抽吸导管内含有穿刺针16,在血栓抽吸时,能很好的固定住抽吸到的血栓。同时,穿刺针16的近端含有倒立的锥形支撑杆17,能进一步的栓柱血栓。
血栓抽吸导管的内管材质为聚四氟乙烯,血栓抽吸导管的外管材质为尼龙和聚醚嵌段酰胺;血栓抽吸导管的中间材质为镍钛合金丝;所述的显影标识为铂铱合金。
进一步地,所述的球囊的材质为顺应性球囊;所述的球囊包含3个连续排列的球囊构成;所述的连续排列的球囊在未充盈状态下由近端至远端的有效长度逐渐减小。
进一步地,所述的导管远端外层涂覆有透明质酸亲水涂层。
实施例3
如图1和图2所示,本发明提供了一种血栓抽吸导管,包括导管座1、应力释放管、导管体2和显影标识3;所述的导管座通过应力释放管与导管体连接,所述的导管体由内管4、中间层5和外管6共三层结构构成,所述外管的材质为聚醚嵌段酰胺,所述的内管的材质为聚四氟乙烯,所述的中间层为镍钛合金,所述的显影标识为铂钨合金;如图3、4和5所示,所述的内管的内层为单向阀的血液过滤网,在抽吸血栓的时候,血栓进入抽吸腔,而血液经过滤后进入回流腔;所述的回流腔的末端设置有流出血管的单向阀,进入回流腔的过滤后血流可以经该末端单向阀流向血管;同时,通过外管的内外层之间的通液腔进行不少于2个连续排列的球囊的充盈,使得球囊能够很好的对血管进行封堵,避免了破碎的细小血栓向远端血管的逃逸。
如图5所示,血栓抽吸导管内含有3个倒立的锥形支撑杆,可以锁住抽吸到的血栓,确保血栓抽吸的有效性。
如图6所示,所述的血液过滤网的孔径为150μm,血液过滤网帽沿的孔径为70μm。

1.一种血栓抽吸导管,包括导管座(1)、应力释放管、导管体(2)和显影标识(3),所述的导管座通过应力释放管与导管体连接,所述的导管体由内管(4)、中间层(5)和外管(6)共3部分构成,所述的中间层由金属丝构成;其特征在于:所述的外管由内外两层构成,所述的外管内外两层之间形成通液腔(7);所述的外管的外层远端的侧壁设有通液孔(8),通液孔外侧设有球囊(9);所述的内管由内外两层构成,所述内管的内层构成抽吸腔(10);所述的导管座具有主通道和侧通道,主通道与抽吸腔相连,侧通道与通液腔相连;所述的内管的内层和外层之间构成回流腔(11);所述的回流腔的内层上排列有带滤网的单向阀(12),该单向阀仅允许血液流向回流腔;所述的回流腔的末端径向设置有回流单向阀(13),该单向阀仅使得血流从回流腔末端流向血管;所述的抽吸腔由导管座至导管末端直径逐渐增大的圆锥体构型(14);所述的回流腔的近端(15)是密闭的。
2.根据权利要求1所述的血栓抽吸导管,其特征在于:所述的带滤网的单向阀的孔径为5-260μm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的血栓抽吸导管,其特征在于:所述的抽吸腔含穿刺针(16)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的血栓抽吸导管,其特征在于:所述的穿刺针的近端含有倒立的锥形支撑杆(17)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的血栓抽吸导管,其特征在于:所述的内管和外管的材质为尼龙、聚醚嵌段酰胺、聚氨酯、聚烯烃、聚四氟乙烯中的一种或几种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的血栓抽吸导管,其特征在于:所述的中间层的金属丝为镍钛合金、镍钛诺、不锈钢、钴铬合金、镍钴合金的一种或几种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的血栓抽吸导管,其特征在于:所述的球囊的材质为顺应性球囊。
8.根据权利要求7所述的血栓抽吸导管,其特征在于:所述的球囊包含不少于2个的连续排列的球囊构成。
9.根据权利要求8所述的血栓抽吸导管,其特征在于:所述的连续排列的球囊在未充盈状态下由近端至远端有效长度逐渐减小。
10.根据权利要求1所述的血栓抽吸导管,其特征在于:所述的导管远端外层涂覆有亲水涂层。
