In the present embodiment, the bench seat 3 has two seating surfaces 3b and a backrest 3c. The backrest portion 3c is a portion extending upward relative to the seat surface 3b in the bench seat 3. The backrest 3c may be said to be a portion located on the back side of the user sitting on the seating surface 3 b. In the present embodiment, the backrest portion 3c includes a backrest 3d and a protruding portion 3f. The backrest 3d is mainly for allowing a seated user to lean on a back side. The protruding portion 3f protrudes upward from the upper portion of the backrest 3 d.
The table 5 is a top plate having a rectangular shape when viewed from above, for example. The shape of the top plate is not limited to this, and may be, for example, an elliptical shape.
In the present embodiment, one or a plurality of the tray sets 90b, the collection unit 1, and the like may be mounted on the conveying path 7b in addition to the trays 80.
Fig. 2 is a diagram illustrating the use of the recovery unit 1 of the present embodiment.
As shown in fig. 2, in the present embodiment, the collection unit 1 is used to collect the mounting tools 90 for the plurality of dish sets 90 b.
The plurality of dish sets 90b are sets in which two dishes 80 are detachably mounted on one mounting tool 90 to be integrated. For example, when the number of the dishes 80 on which food and drink are placed indicates the cost of food and drink, the user can appropriately calculate the cost of food and drink by supplying food and drink using a plurality of dish packs 90b in which two dishes 80 are stacked in relation to the cost of food and drink supplied. The plurality of tray sets 90b may be sets in which three or more trays 80 are mounted on one or two or more mounting tools 90 to be integrated.
In the present embodiment, the tray 80 is a general tray having a substantially disk-shaped tray plate 81 and a table 82. The elevated portions 82 are legs provided when the tray 80 is placed on the upper surface of the conveyance path 7b or the surface of the table 5, for example.
In the present embodiment, the mounting fixture 90 includes: a cylindrical portion 91, a disk position regulating portion 92, and four locking claws 93. The cylindrical portion 91 has upper and lower openings into which the plate 81 of the plate 80 can be fitted. The disk position regulating portion 92 is a portion for regulating the upper surface of the peripheral edge portion of the disk plate 81 fitted into the upper opening portion from coming to substantially the same position as the upper opening portion edge of the cylindrical portion 91 at the time point when the disk plate 81 is fitted into the upper and lower opening portions of the cylindrical portion 91. The disk position regulating portion 92 is a plurality of projecting portions that project from the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical portion 91 at predetermined regular intervals. The locking claw 93 is engaged with the peripheral edge part of the plate 81 of the plate 80 fitted in the lower opening part, and regulates the position of the plate 80 in the lower direction. Here, four locking claws 93 formed in a shape protruding radially inward of the tube portion 91 are provided at the lower opening end edge at equal intervals. However, the number of the locking claws 93 may be two or more. The locking claw 93 may be provided on the inner circumferential surface of the lower opening portion side of the tube portion 91. The plate 81 of the lower plate 80 is fitted into the lower opening portion so as to be engaged with the locking claw 93, whereby the plate 80 is prevented from falling off the mounting tool 90 when the mounting tool 90 is lifted.
In this manner, in the present embodiment, the mounting tool 90 can be said to be annular. The ring shape includes a substantially ring shape partially cut, in addition to the complete ring shape of the mounting tool 90 shown in fig. 2. The mounting tool 90 is a tool integrally formed of synthetic resin. However, the material of the mounting fixture 90 is not limited. Further, the fitting tool 90 may be formed of a plurality of members.
As shown in fig. 2, in the present embodiment, the collecting unit 1 includes a collecting tool 10 and a food and drink storage tray 80. More specifically, the recovery unit 1 is constituted by combining one tray 80 and the recovery tool 10 disposed above the tray 80. The collection tool 10 includes: the fitting portion 20 is configured to fit two or more fitting tools 90. The structure of the collecting tool 10 such as the fitting portion 20 will be described in detail later.
As shown in fig. 1, in the present embodiment, the recovery unit 1 is used by being mixed with a tray 80 or the like on which food and drink that can be provided to a user are placed and being disposed on the conveyance path 7b. By arranging the collection unit 1 on the conveyance path 7b so as to surround the inside of the store, the user of each table 5 can fit the used mounting tool 90 into the fitting section 20. The mounting tool 90 fitted into the fitting portion 20 by the user can be removed from the fitting portion 20 by a clerk when the recovery unit 1 is transported to a kitchen, for example. In this way, in the present embodiment, by using the collection unit 1, the mounting tool 90 can be collected from the user of each table 5. The used mounting tool 90 is not arranged to contact the conveying path 7b, and therefore, the cleaning of the conveying path 7b can be maintained. The collection unit 1 does not necessarily have to be disposed on the conveyance path 7b. For example, the recovery unit 1 may be disposed on each table 5, and the user may appropriately dispose the used mounting device 90 in the recovery unit 1.
The recovery unit 1 is preferably used in a state where one or more mounting tools 90 are fitted into the fitting portion 20 in advance. The user can know the use or usage of the recovery unit 1 by looking at the recovery unit 1 in which the mounting tool 90 is fitted into the fitting portion 20 in advance. That is, the user can be notified that the mounting tool 90 used by the user can be fitted into the fitting portion 20 of the recovery unit 1. In this way, by preparing the recovery unit 1 and presenting the recovery unit 1 to the user after the recovery unit 1 is provided with at least one fitting instrument 90, even a user who first sees the recovery unit 1 can efficiently recover the fitting instrument 90 from the user.
Fig. 3 is a perspective view showing the collection tool 10. Fig. 4 is a view showing the recovery tool 10. Fig. 5 is a first exploded perspective view of the recovery unit 1. Fig. 6 is a second exploded perspective view of the recovery unit 1.
Fig. 4 shows a plan view, a front view, and a bottom view of the collecting tool 10 in this order from the upper layer to the lower layer.
In the present embodiment, the collection tool 10 includes: the fitting portion 20 and the seat portion 30. The entire collection tool 10 has a cylindrical shape. The seat 30 is a portion located on the lower side of the collection tool 10. The collection tool 10 is, for example, a tool integrally formed of a synthetic resin. However, the material of the collecting tool 10 is not limited. The collection tool 10 may be formed of a plurality of members.
The fitting portion 20 is a portion into which the annular fitting tool 90 is fitted as described above. In the present embodiment, the fitting portion 20 is configured to fit the mounting tool 90 from above, and has a dimension in the height direction in the vertical direction. In other words, the entire fitting portion 20 has a rod shape having a length in the vertical direction. The fitting portion 20 may be said to have a cylindrical or truncated conical shape.
The fitting portion 20 includes: a peripheral side portion 22, a top portion 24, and a tapered portion 26. The fitting portion 20 can be said to have a bottomed cylindrical shape that is open at the lower side and has the upper end portion closed by the top portion 24. The fitting part 20 may be said to have a bowl or cup shape.
The side peripheral portion 22 is a portion constituting the outer peripheral surface of the fitting portion 20. The side peripheral portion 22 can be said to have a substantially cylindrical surface. In the present embodiment, the surface of the side peripheral portion 22 has a shape in which the outer diameter of the outer peripheral surface becomes smaller as it goes upward. More specifically, the surface of the side peripheral portion 22 has a shape constituting a part of a conical surface. Further, the side peripheral portion 22 may have such a shape by having a draft applied for molding. The fitting tool 90 is easily fitted from above by the side peripheral portion 22 having a shape in which the outer diameter of the outer peripheral surface becomes slightly smaller as it goes upward.
The top portion 24 is formed above the fitting portion 20. The top portion 24 is a substantially horizontal plane (a plane substantially perpendicular to the height direction), but is not limited thereto. The top portion 24 may be a flat surface inclined with respect to the height direction or a curved surface. For example, by configuring the top portion 24 with a curved surface having a convex upward, even if the fitting tool 90 to be fitted is eccentric from the fitting portion 20, the fitting tool 90 is guided to be fitted into the fitting portion 20, and an effect that the fitting tool 90 can be easily fitted can be obtained.
The tapered portion 26 is provided between the apex portion 24 and the side peripheral portion 22 in the circumferential direction. The surface of the tapered portion 26 has a shape in which the outer diameter of the outer peripheral surface becomes smaller as it goes upward. That is, the outer peripheral surface of the tapered portion 26 has a shape in which the outer diameter of the outer peripheral surface becomes slightly smaller as it approaches the apex portion 24. More specifically, the surface of the tapered portion 26 has a shape constituting a part of a conical surface. The inclination of the generatrix of the surface of the tapered portion 26 with respect to the vertical direction is larger than the inclination of the generatrix of the surface of the side peripheral portion 22 with respect to the vertical direction. That is, the tapered portion 26 may be a chamfered portion provided between the surface of the top portion 24 and the surface of the side peripheral portion 22. Instead of the tapered portion 26, a rounded chamfered portion may be provided to connect the top portion 24 and the side peripheral portion 22 with a rounded curved surface.
Since the tapered portion 26 is provided in the fitting portion 20 in this manner, it can be said that the upper portion of the fitting portion 20 is left intact. Here, the chipping may be said to be chamfered. The upper portion of the fitting portion 20 may be tapered upward. In this way, the fitting tool 90 is guided to be fitted into the fitting portion 20 even if the fitting tool 90 to be fitted is eccentric from the fitting portion 20 due to the upper portion of the fitting portion 20 being left open, and therefore the fitting tool 90 can be fitted more easily.
The seat portion 30 is provided below the fitting portion 20. The seat portion 30 is a portion that protrudes radially outward beyond the outer peripheral surface of the fitting portion 20 so as to substantially support the mounting tool 90 fitted into the fitting portion 20 in the vertical direction. In the present embodiment, the seat portion 30 has a collar shape or a flange shape extending over the entire circumferential region and protruding outward in the radial direction from the outer peripheral surface of the fitting portion 20, but is not limited thereto. That is, portions projecting radially outward from the outer peripheral surface of the fitting portion 20 may be provided at a plurality of positions in the circumferential direction.
The seat unit 30 includes: flange portion 32, side wall portion 34, opening portion 36, claw portion 38, and hole portion 39. The seat 30 may be said to have a detachable member detachable from the tray 80. In the present embodiment, it can be said that the claw portions 38 and the hole portions 39 function as detachable members.
The flange portion 32 is a substantially horizontal annular region extending radially outward from the lower end portion of the fitting portion 20. The side wall portion 34 is an area extending downward from the outer peripheral edge of the flange portion 32. The flange portion 32 is not limited to being substantially horizontal. The outer diameter of the flange portion 32 is larger than the inner diameter of the fitting instrument 90. That is, the lowermost position where the fitting tool 90 fitted into the fitting section 20 can be located is restricted by the flange section 32. In other words, the position of the mounting tool 90 fitted into the fitting portion 20 in the vertical direction is positioned by the flange portion 32.
In the present embodiment, the outer diameter of the flange portion 32 is substantially the same as or slightly larger than the outer diameter of the plate 81 of the plate 80. That is, in a state where the collection tool 10 is mounted on the tray 80, the side wall portion 34 is located radially outward of the outer peripheral edge of the tray plate 81. In other words, the side wall portion 34 is configured to surround the outer peripheral edge of the disk plate 81. Thus, when the recovery unit 1 is disposed on the conveyance path 7b together with the other trays 80 and the like, the outer peripheral edges of the tray plates 81 of the other trays 80 and the side wall portions 34 of the recovery unit 1 are located at the same height in the vertical direction, and therefore, it is possible to prevent one of the recovery unit 1 and the other trays 80 from being placed over the other tray and the like.
The opening 36 is located below the collection tool 10 and opens downward. The tray 80 is disposed so as to close the opening 36, thereby constituting the recovery unit 1.
The claw portions 38 are provided at four places among the lower edge portions of the side wall portions 34. The claw portions 38 are engaged with the peripheral edge portions of the tray plates 81 of the tray 80 fitted into the opening portions 36, and regulate the position of the tray 80 in the downward direction. The upper position of the tray 80 is restricted by the flange 32. Here, four claw portions 38 formed in a shape protruding radially inward from the side wall portion 34 are provided at the lower edge portion of the side wall portion 34 at equal intervals in the circumferential direction. However, the number of the claw portions 38 may be two or more. The claw portion 38 may be provided on the inner peripheral surface of the side wall portion 34. The tray plate 81 of the tray 80 is fitted into the opening 36 so as to engage with the claw 38, whereby the tray 80 is prevented from falling from the collection tool 10 when the collection tool 10 is picked up. The tray 80 attached to the collection tool 10 can be detached from the collection tool 10 by releasing the engagement between the claw portions 38 and the tray plate 81. That is, in the present embodiment, the claw portion 38 functions as a detachable member for detachably attaching the seat portion 30 to the tray 80.
The hole 39 is formed to penetrate the flange 32 in the vertical direction. The hole portion 39 is located radially inside each claw portion 38. That is, in the present embodiment, four holes 39 corresponding to the four claw portions 38 are provided. The hole 39 is formed to have a predetermined width in the circumferential direction around the inner side of the claw 38. By providing the hole 39, the site such as the side wall portion 34 around the claw portion 38 is easily elastically deformed, and the claw portion 38 is easily displaced in the radial direction. That is, by providing the hole 39, the claw portion 38 can be deformed and the tray 80 can be smoothly attached to and detached from the collection tool 10.
Fig. 7 is a side sectional view of the recovery unit 1. Fig. 8 is a perspective view for explaining the collection of the mounting device 90 using the collection unit 1.
The cross-section shown in fig. 7 is the cross-section at the position shown by line AA in fig. 4. Fig. 7 shows a cross section of a state where one fitting tool 90 is fitted into the fitting portion 20.
In the present embodiment, the dimension in the height direction of the fitting portion 20, that is, the dimension H1 from the upper surface of the flange portion 32 to the upper surface of the top portion 24 is about 5 times as large as the dimension H2 in the height direction of the mounting tool 90. That is, the recovery unit 1 is configured to fit into five fitting instruments 90 at maximum. Thereby, as shown in fig. 8, a maximum of five mounting fixtures 90 can be collected at a time. Dimension H1 is not limited to about 5 times dimension H2. The dimension H1 may be set to a size sufficient to maintain a state in which a plurality of mounting devices 90 are fitted, depending on the application, the height of the mounting device 90, and the like. At least two mounting fixtures 90 may be recovered as long as dimension H1 is at least about 1.2 times dimension H2. Preferably, the dimension H1 of the fitting portion 20 in the height direction is greater than 3 times the dimension H2 of the mounting fixture 90 in the height direction. This allows the mounting tool 90 to be held and transported to a collection point (a point where the mounting tool 90 is removed from the fitting portion 20) in a state where at least three mounting tools 90 are securely fitted to the fitting portion 20.
In the radial direction, it is preferable that the distance between the outer peripheral surface of the side peripheral portion 22 and the inner peripheral portion of the attachment tool 90 fitted into the fitting portion 20 (i.e., the inner peripheral end portion of the disk position regulating portion 92) is set to, for example, 1 mm or more. This interval is an interval when the mounting tool 90 and the fitting portion 20 are arranged concentrically. By setting the interval appropriately not to be too small, the fitting tool 90 can be easily fitted into the fitting portion 20. Further, by setting the interval to be not excessively large, the mounting tool 90 fitted into the collection tool 10 can be prevented from rattling on the collection tool 10.
As described above, in the present embodiment, since the collecting tool 10 having the fitting portion 20 into which the plurality of annular mounting tools 90 can be fitted can be used, the plurality of mounting tools 90 can be efficiently collected. Since the collecting tool 10 can be used as the collecting unit 1 in combination with the conventional tray 80, it can be introduced at low cost. In the present embodiment, since the collection unit 1 can be used together with other trays 80 and the like on the conveyance path 7b, it is expected that the user of each table 5 can fit the used mounting device 90 into the collection unit 1, and the labor cost required for collecting the mounting device 90 can be saved.
Here, in the present embodiment, the guidance information 50 is displayed on the surface of the collection tool 10 so that the user who sees the collection unit 1 can directly perceive the use method of the collection unit 1. Specifically, the guidance information 50 is displayed as described below.
Fig. 9 is a diagram for explaining the guidance information 50 provided in the recovery unit 1.
As shown in fig. 9, the guide information 50 is displayed on the outer peripheral surface of the embedded portion 20 (an area surrounded by a two-dot chain line). The guide information 50 is information for urging the user to fit the fitting instrument 90 into the fitting portion 20. That is, in the example shown in fig. 9, the guidance information 50 is, for example, a character string "two-coil loop recycling" showing that it is an appliance for recycling the assembled appliance 90 ("two-coil loop"). The guide information 50 is a character string displayed at a predetermined position where each of the two or more mounting fixtures 90 is to be embedded. Thus, even when two or more mounting fixtures 90 are fitted, the user can be informed of information that another mounting fixture 90 can be fitted.
In this way, by displaying the guide information 50 on the outer peripheral surface of the fitted portion 20, the user who sees the recovery unit 1 can directly perceive the method of using the recovery unit 1. The guide information 50 is not necessarily limited to the outer peripheral surface of the fitting portion 20, and may be displayed on the top portion 24 or the like.
Here, the guide information 50 is arranged on the outer peripheral surface of the fitting portion 20 so as to avoid the previously arranged region 61 facing the inner peripheral surface of the mounting tool 90 when only one mounting tool 90 is fitted into the fitting portion 20. In fig. 9, the prearranged area 61 is shown hatched for the sake of explanation. In the present embodiment, the prearranged area 61 is an area corresponding to a position on the outer peripheral surface of the fitting portion 20 from the upper surface of the flange portion 32 to a position above the dimension H2 in the height direction of the mounting tool 90 in the vertical direction. That is, the guidance information 50 is displayed at a position higher than a position from the upper surface of the flange portion 32 to a position above the dimension H2 in the height direction of the mounting fixture 90 in the up-down direction.
As described above, in the present embodiment, since the guide information 50 is not displayed in the previously arranged region 61, even in a state where one mounting tool 90 is previously fitted to the fitting portion 20, the guide information 50 is completely displayed, and the user who sees the collecting unit 1 can confirm the guide information 50. Therefore, the user can easily understand that the used mounting tool 90 can be fitted into the fitting portion 20 of the collection unit 1, depending on the contents of the previously fitted mounting tool 90 and the guide information 50.
The guide information 50 may be provided by, for example, printing on the surface of the embedded portion 20, but is not limited thereto. The guide information 50 may be provided by attaching a seal or the like to which the guide information 50 is attached, or by providing an uneven surface on the surface of the fitting portion 20 at the time of molding the fitting portion 20 or at the time of processing after molding and trimming.
Fig. 10 is a first diagram for explaining another example of the guidance information 50. Fig. 11 is a second diagram for explaining another example of the guidance information 50.
In the present embodiment, it is preferable that the guidance information 50 is provided so that at least a part thereof can be seen by a user located at any position in the circumferential direction as viewed from the recovery unit 1. In the example shown in fig. 10 and 11, as the guide information 50, three marks 151, 152, 153 are arranged in the circumferential direction and displayed on the outer peripheral surface of the fitting portion 20. The number of the symbols is not limited to three, and may be two or four or more. The plurality of displays are preferably arranged at equal intervals in the circumferential direction so that, for example, adjacent displays in the circumferential direction feel the same, but are not limited thereto. As described above, by displaying the guidance information 50, the user can see any of the marks 151, 152, … regardless of the position from which the user views the recovery unit 1. Therefore, regardless of the position at which the user views the recovery unit 1, the user can be made aware of the use method of the recovery unit 1 directly.
Further, as shown in fig. 10, it is preferable that none of the plurality of marks 151, 152, 153 is displayed in the prearranged area 61. In addition, guidance information 50 may also be displayed on the top portion 24.
(others)
The present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and various modifications can be made, and such modifications are also included in the scope of the present invention.
Further, the collecting tool may be used without being combined with the storage tray. The bottom of the collecting tool may be provided with a high platform part which is grounded on the conveying path or the like. The collecting tool may be fixed to a part of a member constituting the store system, for example, a part of a member constituting the conveying path, a part of a member constituting the table, or the like, or may be detachably configured.
In the above-described embodiment, the fitting portion of the collecting tool has a shape having a substantially cylindrical outer surface, but is not limited thereto. For example, the fitting portion may have a shape in which a plurality of planes are connected as a whole, for example, a polygonal column shape or a polygonal cone shape. Further, for example, a plurality of rods having a height dimension may be provided in the vertical direction, and the mounting tool may be embedded so as to surround the plurality of rods.
The mounting tool to be collected of the collection tool is not limited to the tool having a substantially circular ring shape as in the above-described embodiment, and may be a tool having a ring shape having a polygonal shape, for example. For example, the ring-shaped member may have a shape in which a portion thereof is broken like a buckle, and such a shape may be broadly referred to as a ring shape. The shape of the plate of the storage tray to which the mounting tool is mounted is not limited to a disk shape, and may be a polygonal shape, a deep shape, or the like.
