the placing plate (2 c) is arranged above the end face of the lower part of the first synchronous belt (2 a 1), and the lower part of the placing plate (2 c) is contacted with the first synchronous belt (2 a 1);
the first rotary driver (2 d) is arranged below the first synchronous belt (2 a 1), and the output end of the first rotary driver (2 d) is vertically upward;
the cleaning piece (2 e) is of a disc structure, the cleaning piece (2 e) is fixedly arranged at the output end of the first rotary driver (2 d), and brushes are uniformly arranged on the cleaning piece (2 e);
the water pipe (2 f) is arranged on one side of the cleaning piece (2 e), the length direction of the water pipe (2 f) is parallel to the width direction of the base (1), and a nozzle is arranged above the water pipe (2 f);
