respectively utilizing a first elbow crimping die, a second elbow crimping die and a third elbow crimping die to perform compression molding for three times, wherein the corresponding groove-shaped circular arc in the corresponding first elbow crimping die is 1/3 circle, and when the outer cylinder body of the cylinder cover is subjected to compression molding and crimping through the first elbow crimping die, an uncompleted 1/3 circular arc is formed at the bottom surface of the outer cylinder body; the corresponding groove-shaped arc in the second elbow crimping die is a 1/2 circle, and the diameter of the corresponding groove-shaped arc is 1.5 times that of the groove-shaped arc of the first elbow crimping die; meanwhile, the installation height position of the second elbow crimping die is 1/3C upward of the installation height position of the first elbow crimping die, wherein C is the perimeter of a circle corresponding to a groove-shaped arc on the second elbow crimping die; when the outer cylinder body of the cylinder cover is subjected to mould pressing and curling by the second elbow curling die, a basically formed elbow curling structure is formed at the bottom surface of the outer cylinder body; the third elbow crimping die is consistent with the second elbow crimping die, the die installation height position of the third elbow crimping die is 1/5C above the installation height position of the second elbow crimping die, wherein C is the perimeter of a circle corresponding to a groove-shaped arc on the third elbow crimping die/the second elbow crimping die; when the outer cylinder body of the cylinder cover is subjected to mould pressing and edge curling by the third elbow edge curling mould, an elbow edge curling structure which completely wraps the ring structure of the connecting part of the cylinder cover is formed on the bottom surface of the outer cylinder body.
The middle elbow crimping structure 3 formed in the above way has better wrapping property for the cylinder cover connecting part 17 in the middle elbow crimping structure, the cylinder cover connecting part 17 cannot be exposed, the whole middle elbow crimping structure 3 is stable in structure and is not easy to recover and flatten by external force, and therefore the middle elbow crimping structure can be conveniently identified and anti-counterfeit by consumers under the condition that the anti-counterfeit structure cannot be damaged.
In order to facilitate the observation and identification of the band-shaped connecting structure 18 by a consumer and prevent the package structure from damaging the anti-counterfeiting structure due to collision or misoperation in the transportation and storage processes, a plurality of connecting seat 4 structures are formed on the outer edge of the covering position of the cylinder cover 1 and the cylinder body 6, the connecting seats 4 are uniformly arranged on the outer ring surface of the cylinder body corresponding to the package, the connecting seats 4 are U-shaped structures and are externally buckled outside the middle elbow crimping structure 3 in a pattern as shown in the figure, on one hand, the middle elbow crimping structure 3 can be subjected to outer side impact resistance protection so as to prevent the anti-counterfeiting structure from being damaged, on the other hand, the connecting seats 4 can also prop the cylinder cover 1 upwards to form a gap, namely the gap 5, so that the band-shaped connecting structure 18 can be exposed more through the gap 5, and the consumer can conveniently observe the band-shaped connecting structure 18.
In addition, in this embodiment, the sum of the heights of the outer cylinder 14 and the outer cylinder 9 is greater than the sum of the heights of the inner cylinder 8 and the inner cylinder 15, so that when the cylinder 1 is covered on the cylinder 6, a gap height with only the outer cylinder 9 is formed in the cylinder 1, the cylinder 1 is formed with an annular pre-tearing structure 2 at the gap height, the annular pre-tearing structure 2 is formed with a raised edge structure, and the raised edge structure is pulled up and the annular pre-tearing structure 2 is torn, so that the cylinder 1 can be packaged and opened by breaking the cylinder 1 at the position of the annular pre-tearing structure 2, and the opened cylinder 1 can still be covered on the cylinder 6 to protect the wine bottle 11 which is not opened or drunk after the annular pre-tearing structure 2 is removed.
Referring to fig. 4-6, another preferred embodiment of a cylindrical anti-counterfeiting package for wine is shown, in which the structure of the cylindrical anti-counterfeiting package is different from that of the embodiment shown in fig. 1-3 only in that: the forming mode of barrel 15 and the outer barrel 14 of stack shell in the barrel in barrel 8, the outer barrel 9 of cover and the stack shell 6 in the cover 1 and the opening mode of packing:
wherein, to barrel cover interior barrel 8 in the barrel cover 1, barrel cover interior barrel 15 and barrel body outer barrel 14's shaping mode in barrel cover outer barrel 9 and barrel body 6, in this embodiment, barrel cover interior barrel 8 is upper and lower open-ended fiber container with barrel body interior barrel 15, when barrel cover interior barrel 8 and barrel body interior barrel 15 adopt this fiber container structure, can cut fiber container length according to concrete needs, therefore compare in the barrel cover interior barrel 8 and the barrel body interior barrel 15 that adopt the plastics barrel, its shaping is more free convenient, and under this condition, need carry out the face to the up end of barrel cover 1 and the lower terminal surface of barrel body 6 and seal, its closed mode is the same, now explain with the structure pattern of fig. 6:

In the opening mode of the package, the structure of the annular pre-tearing structure 2 is eliminated on the cylinder cover 1 in the embodiment, and the package is opened by directly destroying the strip-shaped connecting structure 20. Under this technical condition, the corresponding ribbon-like connecting structure 18 is formed of a glass material, on which an inner neck 3 is formed in the position and pattern shown in fig. 5, and a pre-score is formed on the inner neck 3.
When the package is opened, the connecting seat 4 is firstly separated on the package, then the cylinder cover 1 is used as a torque amplification structure to be twisted, the belt-shaped connecting structure 18 can be damaged by the pre-scratching position of the external force on the inner contraction neck 3, and meanwhile, the cylinder cover 1 can be opened on the cylinder body 6.

Claims (10)

1. A cylindrical anti-counterfeiting package for wine is characterized by comprising a barrel body, a barrel cover and an anti-counterfeiting structure, wherein the barrel body and the barrel cover are of a double-layer barrel structure consisting of an outer barrel and an inner barrel, and the outer barrel and the inner barrel of the barrel cover are adhered into a whole after glue is applied to the outer barrel and the inner barrel;
the barrel body and the barrel cover have staggered height difference on the outer barrel body and the inner barrel body respectively, the barrel body and the barrel cover form a staggered step through the height difference, and the barrel cover covers the barrel body at the staggered step position;
the inner cylinder body of the cylinder body and the cylinder cover is internally provided with a volume cavity matched with a wine bottle;
the outer cylinder body of the cylinder body and the outer cylinder body of the cylinder cover are paper cylinders;
the anti-counterfeiting structure comprises a cylinder body connecting part, a cylinder cover connecting part and a strip-shaped connecting structure for connecting the cylinder body connecting part and the cylinder cover connecting part; the barrel body connecting part is fixed between the outer barrel body and the inner barrel body of the barrel body; the cylinder cover is provided with an elbow crimping structure at the lower edge of the outer cylinder body, the cylinder cover connecting part is of a ring structure, and the inner diameter of the ring structure is matched with the outer diameter of the outer cylinder body of the cylinder cover and is internally contained in the elbow crimping structure; the ribbon-like connection structure has a width and an identifying characteristic that can be identified with the naked eye;
the anti-counterfeiting structure is used for packaging and opening by destroying the strip-shaped connecting structure or the cylinder cover.

The cylindrical anti-counterfeiting package for wine according to claim 1, wherein clamping structures for limiting the position of the wine bottle to be packaged are respectively formed at the upper part and the lower part in the volume cavity, and the clamping structures are preferably perforated pearl cotton plates or perforated EPP (expanded polypropylene) plates.
3. The cylindrical anti-counterfeiting package for wine according to claim 2, wherein the height of the inner cylinder body of the cylinder body is 2/3-4/5 of the height of the wine bottle to be packaged.
4. The cylindrical anti-counterfeiting package for wine according to claim 1, wherein the barrel body and the inner barrel body of the barrel cover are integrally formed plastic barrel bodies.

The cylindrical anti-counterfeiting package for wine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the inner cylinder body of the cylinder body and the cylinder cover are paper cylinders, and the outer cylinder body of the cylinder body and the cylinder cover are respectively provided with elbow crimping edges at the lower edge of the cylinder body and the upper edge of the cylinder cover; the inner side of the elbow crimping of the lower edge of the cylinder body is lined with a bottom sealing sheet, the bottom sealing sheet is in a round shape matched with the inner diameter of the cylinder body and is propped against the surface of the bottom surface of the cylinder body in the cylinder body; the inner side of the elbow curling edge on the upper edge of the cylinder cover is lined with a top sealing sheet, and the top sealing sheet is in a circular shape matched with the inner diameter of the cylinder cover and is propped against the surface of the top surface of the cylinder body in the cylinder cover.

The cylindrical anti-counterfeit package for wine according to claim 1, wherein the cylinder body is formed with an annular groove on the opposite surface between the outer cylinder body and the inner cylinder body, the cylinder body connecting part is a ring sleeve matched with the annular groove, and the ring sleeve is inserted into the annular groove and fixed by adhesion.

The cylindrical anti-counterfeiting package for wine according to claim 1, wherein the anti-counterfeiting structure is a glass body with an inner neck, and the glass body is formed with a pre-scratch at the inner neck position under the condition of a technical path for package opening by destroying a strip-shaped connecting structure; meanwhile, a connecting piece with a pre-tearing opening is arranged between the cylinder body and the cylinder cover and serves as a pre-fixing structure.

The cylindrical anti-counterfeiting package for wine according to claim 1, wherein the strip-shaped connecting structure is a nylon wire or a metal wire in a tense state under the technical path condition that the anti-counterfeiting structure is opened by means of a cylinder cover; the cover is formed with an annular pre-tearing structure on the upper part of the outer barrel corresponding to the elbow crimping structure, and the annular pre-tearing structure is formed at the staggered position of the outer barrel and the inner barrel corresponding to the cover.
9. The cylindrical anti-counterfeit package for wine as set forth in claim 1, wherein the elbow-crimping structure of the cylinder cover at the lower edge of the outer cylinder body is formed by three times of press-crimping, and when the press-crimping is performed:
the corresponding groove-shaped circular arc in the first elbow crimping die adopted for the first die pressing crimping is 1/3 circular, and when the outer cylinder body of the cylinder cover is subjected to die pressing crimping through the first elbow crimping die, a 1/3 circular arc which is not in place is formed at the bottom surface of the outer cylinder body;
the corresponding groove-shaped arc in the second elbow crimping die adopted for the second die pressing crimping is 1/2 circle, and the diameter of the corresponding groove-shaped arc is 1.5 times that of the first elbow crimping die; meanwhile, the installation height position of the second elbow crimping die is 1/3C upward of the installation height position of the first elbow crimping die, wherein C is the perimeter of a circle corresponding to a groove-shaped arc on the second elbow crimping die; when the outer cylinder body of the cylinder cover is subjected to mould pressing and curling by the second elbow curling die, a basically formed elbow curling structure is formed at the bottom surface of the outer cylinder body;
a third elbow crimping die adopted by third-time die pressing and crimping is consistent with the second elbow crimping die, the die installation height position of the third elbow crimping die is 1/5C above the installation height position of the second elbow crimping die, wherein C is the perimeter of a circle corresponding to a groove-shaped arc on the third elbow crimping die/the second elbow crimping die; when the outer cylinder body of the cylinder cover is subjected to mould pressing and edge curling by the third elbow edge curling mould, an elbow edge curling structure which completely wraps the ring structure of the connecting part of the cylinder cover is formed on the bottom surface of the outer cylinder body.

The cylindrical anti-counterfeiting package for wine according to claim 1, wherein the ring structure for forming the connecting part of the cylinder cover is made of metal wire or nylon wire, and the wire diameter of the ring structure is 1 to 3 times of the thickness of the cylinder wall of the outer cylinder body of the cylinder cover; and the diameter of the arc of the turned edge of the elbow turned edge structure is 4-6 times of the thickness of the cylinder wall of the outer cylinder after the elbow turned edge structure is formed.
