When the folded stroller frame 2 is placed on the base 1 with the basket 3, the latch driver 65 pushes the latch 61 to slide up along the first lock slide 51 so that part of the latch 61 is inserted into the lock hole 63 in the latch hook pull connector 62 and another part of the latch 61 is still located in the first lock slide 51. Specifically, the lower end of the trigger push rod (i.e. the latch driving member 65) is abutted against the upper surface of the base 1, so that the trigger push rod moves upwards, and the trigger push rod pushes the latch 61 to move upwards and insert into the locking hole 63, so that the clutch device 6 is in a closed working state.
After the cart frame 2 is separated from the base 1 with the basket 3, as shown in fig. 15 to 21, the latch 61 slides downward along the first locking slider 51 under the elastic force of the latch elastic member 64 (i.e., pushes the lower end portion of the trigger push rod to extend downward out of the lower bottom surface of the basket tray 7), and the latch 61 is separated from the latch hook to pull the locking hole 63 on the connecting member 62, so that the clutch device 6 is in a disengaged working state.
