In the embodiment of the application, EAS can send a Policy update request to V-PCF, the V-PCF receives the Policy update request, compares the Policy update request with QoS constraints provided by VPLMN, if the Policy update request of EAS can be satisfied, the Policy update request is forwarded to H-PCF, and the H-PCF is requested to update PCC (Policy Control and Charging) rules; otherwise, the V-PCF returns a request failure response.
Wherein, the policy update request may include: qoS (Quality of Service) parameters and QoS monitoring information.
In practical application, the terminal device may be a UE terminal of a URLLC (Ultra Reliable & Low Latency Communication, ultra Reliable and Ultra Low Latency Communication) service such as an internet connected automobile, an unmanned aerial vehicle, and the like, and when a VPLMN provides a service for the mobile HPLMN outside a service area thereof, the URLLC service cannot be guaranteed in the prior art. In order to ensure the URLLC service, the EAS may send a policy update request to the V-PCF, and then execute the method for processing terminal roaming data provided in the embodiment of the present application, so as to ensure the URLLC service when the VPLMN provides service to the VPLMN.
It should be noted that, edge computing enables an operator and a third-party service to migrate a computing task to a network edge server near the UE and sink computing power to an edge computing node, thereby reducing congestion on a core network, reducing time delay and load of end-to-end transmission on a transmission network, saving network bandwidth resources, achieving low time delay and high bandwidth, further improving data processing efficiency in the world of everything interconnection, quickly responding to a user request, improving service quality, and improving user experience.
The embodiment of the present application provides a method for processing terminal roaming data, which is applied to a home policy control function entity H-PCF of a terminal device, and the following explains the method for processing terminal roaming data provided in the embodiment of the present application.
And responding to the request instruction of the home session management function entity H-SMF, and sending the updated session management policy to the home session management function entity H-SMF so that the H-SMF sends a session update response to the visited session management function entity V-SMF, wherein the session update response comprises: an updated session management policy;
the H-SMF requests an updated session management policy to the H-PCF according to session information in a session update request sent by the V-SMF, wherein the session update request is sent to the H-SMF by the V-SMF after receiving a policy update notification request sent by a visited policy control function entity V-PCF, and the policy update notification request and the session update request both comprise: session information;
and the V-SMF is used for sending the updated session management strategy to the visited user plane function V-UPF, so that the V-UPF establishes a session for the terminal equipment according to the session information and then manages the session according to the updated session management strategy.
In some embodiments, after the V-PCF determines that the policy in the H-PCF is updated, the V-PCF may send a policy update notification request to the V-SMF, and the V-SMF receives the policy update notification request and sends a session update request to the H-SMF; H-SMF receives a session update request, H-PCF responds to a request instruction of H-SMF and sends an updated session management strategy to H-SMF, the H-SMF and H-PCF realize session management strategy association update, H-SMF acquires the updated session management strategy from H-PCF according to session information, H-SMF can send a session update response to V-SMF, and V-SMF can receive the session update response.
In addition, the V-SMF sends an updated session management strategy to the V-UPF, the V-UPF receives the updated session management strategy, the V-SMF can initiate N4 session modification to the V-UPF according to the updated session management strategy, the V-UPF can identify the N4 session context needing to be modified, and the parameters of the N4 session context are updated according to a parameter list in the updated session management strategy; the V-SMF may send a policy update complete message to the V-PCF, which may receive the policy update complete message. Wherein N4 is a communication interface between the V-SMF and the V-UPF.
In the embodiment of the application, the V-UPF comprises: an upstream data classifier entity ULCL and a visitor session anchor entity V-PSA; updated strategies may be deployed on both ULCL and V-PSA. V-SMF may initiate N4 session modification to ULCL and V-PSA according to the updated session management policy, ULCL and V-PSA may identify N4 session context that needs to be modified, and update parameters of N4 session context according to the parameter list in the updated session management policy.
In addition, the V-SMF can also send the updated strategy to the visited base station V-RAN through the V-AMF.
Optionally, fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a method for processing roaming data of a terminal according to an embodiment of the present application, where as shown in fig. 3, before the process of sending an updated session management policy to an H-SMF in response to a request instruction of the H-SMF, the method may include:
s301, receiving a strategy updating request sent by the V-PCF.
S302, generating an updated session management strategy according to the strategy updating request.
S303, sending a strategy updating response to the V-PCF, so that the V-PCF sends a strategy updating notification request to the V-SMF after receiving the strategy updating response.
In some embodiments, the EAS may send a policy update request to the V-PCF, the V-PCF may receive the policy update request and compare the policy update request with constraints provided by the VPLMN, if the policy update request of the EAS is satisfied, the V-PCF may send the policy update request to the H-PCF, the H-PCF may receive the policy update request, the H-PCF may generate an updated session management policy according to the policy update request and send a policy update response to the V-PCF, after receiving the policy update response, sends a policy update notification request to the V-SMF, and the V-SMF receives the policy update notification request.
Optionally, the process of generating the updated session management policy according to the policy update request in S302 above may include:

The QoS parameter may be a QoS parameter, and the QoS detection information may be QoS monitoring information.
In practical application, the terminal device may be a UE terminal for URLLC (Ultra Reliable & Low Latency Communication, ultra Reliable and Ultra Low Latency Communication) services such as internet connected vehicles, unmanned aerial vehicles, etc., and when a VPLMN provides services for the mobile HPLMN outside its service area, the prior art cannot guarantee the URLLC services. In order to ensure the URLLC service, the EAS may send a policy update request to the V-PCF, and then execute the method for processing terminal roaming data provided in the embodiment of the present application, so as to ensure the URLLC service when the VPLMN provides service to the VPLMN.
Optionally, fig. 4 is an interaction flow diagram of a method for processing roaming data of a terminal according to an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 4, the method may include:

S402, the V-PCF compares the strategy updating request with the constraint provided by the VPLMN;

Optionally, fig. 5 is a schematic flowchart of a method for processing roaming data of a terminal according to an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 5, the method is applied to a visitor plane function V-UPF of a terminal device, and the method may include:
s501, receiving the updated session management strategy sent by the visited session management function entity V-SMF.
Wherein the updated session management policy is an updated policy obtained by the V-SMF by using any one of the foregoing fig. 2 to 4.
S502, dividing the session flow of the terminal equipment into a first session flow and a second session flow by adopting the updated session management strategy.
In some embodiments, the V-UPF receives an updated session management policy sent by the V-SMF, wherein the V-UPF comprises: ULCL and V-PSA; updated session management policies are deployed on both the ULCL and the V-PSA; the ULCL is employed to divide a session flow of a terminal device into a first session flow and a second session flow.
S503, the first session stream is sent to the edge server, so that the edge server provides a low-delay service for the first session stream.
The ULCL sends a first session flow to the edge server through the V-PSA, and the edge server sinks the computing capacity to an edge computing node, so that the congestion on a core network is reduced, the end-to-end transmission delay and load on a transmission network are reduced, the network bandwidth resource is saved, and the low-delay service is provided for the first session flow through the edge server with low delay and high bandwidth.
And S504, sending a second session flow to the home data network H-DN so that the H-DN and the terminal equipment carry out session communication.
In an embodiment of the application, the ULCL sends a second session flow to the home data network H-DN through the H-UPF, and session communication is performed between the H-DN and the terminal device.
To sum up, an embodiment of the present application provides a method for processing roaming data of a terminal, including: receiving an updated session management strategy sent by a visited session management function entity V-SMF; dividing the session flow of the terminal equipment into a first session flow and a second session flow by adopting the updated session management strategy; sending the first session stream to the edge server, so that the first session stream is provided with a low-latency service through the edge server; and sending the second session flow to the home data network H-DN so that the H-DN and the terminal equipment carry out session communication. The updated session management policy is acquired by the V-SMF from the H-PCF through the H-SMF, so that the fact that the visited place acquires the updated session management policy of the home place is achieved, and after the terminal equipment establishes the session, the visited place can manage the session based on the updated session management policy.
Optionally, the method may further include:
and adding the first time and the second time to the data packet in the session flow according to the updated session management policy.
The first time is used for indicating the time when the V-UPF receives the data packet, and the second time is used for indicating the time when the V-UPF sends the data packet.
In some embodiments, when the V-PSA is sending DL packets (downlink packets), QFI (QoS Flow Identifier), QMP (QoS Monitoring Packet) indication and time t1 are encapsulated in a GTP-U (User Plane Part of GTP, GPRS User Plane Part) header; when receiving a DL data packet sent by the V-PSA, the ULCL records the time t2 of receiving the DL data packet in a GTP-U header, and when forwarding the DL data packet to the RAN, the ULCL adds the forwarding time t3 to the GTP-U header; when receiving the DL data packet forwarded via the UC CL, the RAN records the time t4 of receiving the DL data packet in the GTP-U header.
In other embodiments, when receiving the UL (uplink packet) packet of QFI from the UE, or when the RAN sends a dummy UL packet as a monitoring response, i.e., there is no UL packet for UL packet delay monitoring, the RAN encapsulates QMP, t1, t2, t3, t4 and time t5 of sending the UL packet in a GTP-U header; when the UL data packet sent by the RAN is received by the ULCL, the receiving time t6 is recorded in a GTP-U header, and when the UL data packet is forwarded to the V-PSA through the UL CL, the forwarding time t7 is added into the GTP-U header; the V-PSA adds time t8 at the time of reception to the GTP-U header when receiving the UL packet shunted via the UL CL.

Fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of a terminal roaming data processing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 6, the apparatus may include:
a first receiving module 701, configured to receive a policy update notification request sent by a visited policy control function entity V-PCF, where the policy update notification request includes: session information;
a first sending module 702, configured to send a session update request to a home session management function entity, H-SMF, where the session update request includes: the session information and the session updating request are used for enabling the H-SMF to acquire an updated session management policy from a home policy control function entity (H-PCF) according to the session information;
a second receiving module 703, configured to receive a session update response sent by the H-SMF, where the session update response includes: the updated session management policy;
a second sending module 704, configured to send the updated session management policy to a visited user plane function V-UPF, so that after the V-UPF establishes a session for the terminal device according to the session information, the V-UPF performs a management operation on the session according to the updated session management policy.
Optionally, the V-UPF includes: an upstream data classifier entity ULCL and a visitor session anchor entity V-PSA; the second sending module is specifically configured to send the updated policy to the ULCL, so that the ULCL sends the updated policy to the V-PSA.
Optionally, the apparatus further comprises:
and a third sending module, configured to send the updated policy to a visited base station V-RAN.
Optionally, the policy update notification request is: the V-PCF sends a strategy updating request to the H-PCF and receives the request sent after a strategy updating response returned by the H-PCF;

wherein, the H-SMF requests the updated session management policy to the H-PCF according to the session information in the session update request sent by the V-SMF, the session update request is sent by the V-SMF to the H-SMF after receiving the policy update notification request sent by the visited policy control function entity V-PCF, and the policy update notification request and the session update request both include: the session information;
and the V-SMF is used for sending the updated session management strategy to a visited user plane function V-UPF, so that the V-UPF establishes a session for the terminal equipment according to the session information and then manages the session according to the updated session management strategy.
Optionally, the apparatus further comprises:
a receiving module, configured to receive a policy update request sent by the V-PCF;
a generating module, configured to generate the updated session management policy according to the policy update request;
a first sending module, configured to send a policy update response to the V-PCF, so that after receiving the policy update response, the V-PCF sends the policy update notification request to the V-SMF.
Optionally, the generating module is specifically configured to generate the updated session management policy according to the quality of service parameter and the quality of service monitoring information in the policy update request.
Optionally, fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of a terminal roaming data processing apparatus provided in an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 7, a visitor plane function V-UPF applied to a terminal device includes:
a receiving module 801, configured to receive an updated session management policy sent by a visited session management function entity V-SMF, where the updated session management policy is an updated policy obtained by the V-SMF by using any of the foregoing first aspects;
a dividing module 802, configured to divide the session stream of the terminal device into a first session stream and a second session stream by using the updated session management policy;
a sending module 803, configured to send the first session stream to an edge server, so that the edge server provides a low-latency service for the first session stream; sending the second session flow to a home data network, H-DN, to enable session communication between the H-DN and the terminal device.
Optionally, the apparatus further comprises:
and the adding module is used for adding a first time and a second time to the data packet in the session flow according to the updated session management strategy, wherein the first time is used for indicating the time when the V-UPF receives the data packet, and the second time is used for indicating the time when the V-UPF sends the data packet.
The above-mentioned apparatus is used for executing the method provided by the foregoing embodiment, and the implementation principle and technical effect are similar, which are not described herein again.
These above modules may be one or more integrated circuits configured to implement the above methods, such as: one or more Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), or one or more microprocessors (DSPs), or one or more Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs), among others. For another example, when one of the above modules is implemented in the form of a Processing element scheduler code, the Processing element may be a general-purpose processor, such as a Central Processing Unit (CPU) or other processor capable of calling program code. As another example, these modules may be integrated together and implemented in the form of a system-on-a-chip (SOC).
Fig. 8 is a schematic structural diagram of a network device according to an embodiment of the present application, where the network device includes: a transmitter 901, a receiver 902 and a processor 903, wherein the transmitter 901 and the receiver 902 are connected to the processor 903, and the processor 903 is used for cooperating with the transmitter 901 and the receiver 902 to execute the method.
Optionally, the invention also provides a program product, for example a computer-readable storage medium, comprising a program which, when being executed by a processor, is adapted to carry out the above-mentioned method embodiments.
In the embodiments provided in the present invention, it should be understood that the disclosed apparatus and method may be implemented in other ways. Claims (10)

receiving a policy update notification request sent by a visited policy control function entity V-PCF, wherein the policy update notification request comprises: session information;
sending a session update request to a home session management function entity H-SMF, wherein the session update request comprises: the session information and the session updating request are used for enabling the H-SMF to obtain an updated session management policy from a home policy control function entity (H-PCF) according to the session information;
receiving a session update response sent by the H-SMF, wherein the session update response comprises: the updated session management policy;
and sending the updated session management strategy to a visited user plane function V-UPF, so that the V-UPF performs management operation on the session according to the updated session management strategy after establishing the session for the terminal equipment according to the session information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the V-UPF comprises: an upstream data classifier entity ULCL and a visited session anchor entity V-PSA, said sending said updated policy to a visited user plane function V-UPF comprising:
sending the updated policy to the ULCL such that the ULCL sends the updated policy to the V-PSA.
3. The method of claim 2, further comprising:
and sending the updated strategy to the visited base station V-RAN.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the policy update notification request is: the V-PCF sends a strategy updating request to the H-PCF and receives the request sent after a strategy updating response returned by the H-PCF;
the policy update request is used to enable the H-PCF to generate the updated session management policy.
5. A terminal roaming data processing method is characterized in that a home policy control function entity H-PCF applied to a terminal device comprises the following steps:
responding to a request instruction of a home session management function entity H-SMF, sending an updated session management policy to the home session management function entity H-SMF so that the H-SMF sends a session update response to a visited session management function entity V-SMF, wherein the session update response comprises: the updated session management policy;
wherein, the H-SMF requests the updated session management policy to the H-PCF according to the session information in the session update request sent by the V-SMF, the session update request is sent by the V-SMF to the H-SMF after receiving the policy update notification request sent by the visited policy control function entity V-PCF, and the policy update notification request and the session update request both include: the session information;
and the V-SMF is used for sending the updated session management strategy to a visited user plane function V-UPF, so that the V-UPF establishes a session for the terminal equipment according to the session information and then manages the session according to the updated session management strategy.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein before sending the updated session management policy to the home session management function entity H-SMF in response to the home session management function entity H-SMF request command, the method further comprises:
receiving a strategy updating request sent by the V-PCF;
generating the updated session management policy according to the policy update request;
and sending a strategy updating response to the V-PCF, so that the V-PCF sends the strategy updating notification request to the V-SMF after receiving the strategy updating response.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein generating the updated session management policy according to the policy update request comprises:
and generating the updated session management strategy according to the service quality parameters and the service quality monitoring information in the strategy updating request.
8. A terminal roaming data processing method is characterized in that a visited user plane function V-UPF applied to a terminal device comprises the following steps:
receiving an updated session management policy sent by a visited session management function entity (V-SMF), wherein the updated session management policy is obtained by the V-SMF by adopting any one of the claims 1 to 4;
dividing the session flow of the terminal equipment into a first session flow and a second session flow by adopting the updated session management strategy;
sending the first session flow to an edge server, so that the first session flow is provided with a low-latency service through the edge server;
and sending the second session flow to a home data network (H-DN) so that the H-DN and the terminal equipment carry out session communication.
9. The method of claim 8, further comprising:
and adding a first time and a second time to a data packet in the session flow according to the updated session management policy, wherein the first time is used for indicating the time when the V-UPF receives the data packet, and the second time is used for indicating the time when the V-UPF sends the data packet.

A network device, characterized in that the network device comprises: a transmitter, a receiver, and a processor, the transmitter and the receiver each being connected to the processor, the processor being configured to cooperate with the transmitter and the receiver to perform the method of any of the preceding claims 1-9.
