step A: preparation of special formaldehyde-free adhesive
(1) Uniformly mixing chitin powder, defatted soybean powder, camellia seed meal and cottonseed meal with the mesh number of 100 meshes according to equal weight to prepare a biomass mixture for later use;
(2) Mixing 10-20 parts by weight of polyvinyl alcohol and 80-90 parts by weight of distilled water in a container, placing in water at 100 ℃, preserving heat for 2 hours to prepare polyvinyl alcohol solution, and cooling to room temperature for later use;
(3) Uniformly mixing 10-20 parts by weight of the biomass mixture obtained in the step (1) with 80-120 parts by weight of the polyvinyl alcohol solution obtained in the step (2) at room temperature, adding 0.3 part by weight of N-aminoethyl-gamma-aminopropyltriethoxysilane (a coupling agent, so that the interface performance of bamboo and an adhesive is improved, the bonding effect is improved), and continuously stirring for 20min;

2) Uniformly paving 1/3 weight parts of the glue-applied moso bamboo shavings obtained in the step 1) into a mould to be used as a bottom layer of a shaving board; 1/3 of the glued moso bamboo shavings are used as an intermediate layer, optical fibers are randomly added in a transverse and longitudinal crossing mode or arranged into patterns during the process of paving the intermediate layer, and two ends of the same optical fiber are exposed out of the side edge of the board; and finally, using 1/3 weight part of glued moso bamboo shavings as a surface layer. Prepressing at 0.4-0.6MPa for 10min, and hot pressing at 150-200 deg.C for 0.5-1min to obtain light-transmitting bamboo shaving board.
Furthermore, the optical fiber is glass fiber, the diameter of the optical fiber is 40-400 um, and the length of the optical fiber is 1.5-3m.
Furthermore, the width of the moso bamboo shavings is 0.3-3 mm.

(1) Uniformly mixing chitin powder, defatted soybean powder, camellia seed meal and cottonseed meal with the mesh number of 100 meshes according to equal weight to prepare a biomass mixture for later use;
(2) Mixing 15 parts by weight of polyvinyl alcohol and 85 parts by weight of distilled water in a container, placing in water at 100 ℃, preserving heat for 2 hours to prepare a polyvinyl alcohol solution, and cooling to room temperature for later use;
(3) Uniformly mixing 15 parts by weight of the biomass mixture in the step (1) with 100 parts by weight of the polyvinyl alcohol solution in the step (2) at room temperature, adding 0.3 part by weight of N-aminoethyl-gamma-aminopropyltriethoxysilane, and continuously stirring for 20min;
(4) And (4) adding 8 parts by weight of aliphatic isocyanate into the step (3), and uniformly mixing to obtain the special formaldehyde-free adhesive.
And B: preparation of light-transmitting bamboo shaving board
1) Stirring the moso bamboo shavings in a roller, spraying the special formaldehyde-free adhesive in the step A with the weight of 6% of the moso bamboo shavings, and stirring for 30min.
2) Uniformly paving 1/3 weight parts of the glue-applied moso bamboo shavings obtained in the step 1) into a mould to be used as a bottom layer of a shaving board; 1/3 of the glued moso bamboo shavings are used as an intermediate layer, optical fibers are randomly added in a transverse and longitudinal crossing mode or arranged into patterns during the process of paving the intermediate layer, and two ends of the same optical fiber are exposed out of the side edge of the board; and finally, using 1/3 weight part of glued moso bamboo shavings as a surface layer. Prepressing at 0.5MPa for 10min, feeding into a hot press, and hot pressing at 180 deg.C for 0.8min to obtain light-transmitting bamboo shaving board with thickness of 5 mm.
Example 2
A preparation method of a light-transmitting bamboo shaving board with customizable patterns comprises the following steps:
step A: preparation of special formaldehyde-free adhesive
(1) Uniformly mixing chitin powder, defatted soybean powder, camellia seed meal and cottonseed meal with the mesh number of 100 meshes according to equal weight to prepare a biomass mixture for later use;
(2) Mixing 10 parts by weight of polyvinyl alcohol and 80 parts by weight of distilled water in a container, placing in water at 100 ℃, preserving heat for 2 hours to prepare a polyvinyl alcohol solution, and cooling to room temperature for later use;
(3) Uniformly mixing 10 parts by weight of the biomass mixture in the step (1) with 80 parts by weight of the polyvinyl alcohol solution in the step (2) at room temperature, adding 0.3 part by weight of N-aminoethyl-gamma-aminopropyltriethoxysilane, and continuously stirring for 20min;
(4) And (4) adding 5 parts by weight of aliphatic isocyanate into the step (3), and uniformly mixing to obtain the special formaldehyde-free adhesive.
And B: preparation of light-transmitting bamboo shaving board
1) Stirring the moso bamboo shavings in a roller, spraying the special formaldehyde-free adhesive in the step A with the weight of 3% of the moso bamboo shavings, and stirring for 30min.

Prepressing at 0.4MPa for 10min, feeding into a hot press, and hot pressing at 150 deg.C for 0.5min to obtain light-transmitting bamboo shaving board with thickness of 5 mm.

A preparation method of a light-transmitting bamboo shaving board with customizable patterns comprises the following steps:
step A: preparation of special formaldehyde-free adhesive

(4) And (4) adding 10 parts by weight of aliphatic isocyanate into the step (3), and uniformly mixing to obtain the special formaldehyde-free adhesive.

2) Uniformly paving 1/3 of the glued moso bamboo wood shavings in the step 1) into a mould to be used as a bottom layer of a shaving board; 1/3 of the glued moso bamboo shavings are used as an intermediate layer, optical fibers are randomly added in a transverse and longitudinal crossing mode or arranged into patterns during the process of paving the intermediate layer, and two ends of the same optical fiber are exposed out of the side edge of the board; and finally, taking 1/3 of the glued moso bamboo wood shavings as a surface layer. Prepressing for 10min at a unit pressure of 0.6MPa, feeding into a hot press, and hot-pressing at 200 deg.C for 1min to obtain a light-transmitting bamboo shaving board with a thickness of 5 mm.
