The second polishing assembly comprises a fixed ring 301, a second driving motor 302, a second air cylinder 303, a first fixed frame 304, a second fixed frame 305, a second fixed rod 306, a fixed disc 312, a polishing roller 313, a third driving motor 314 and a dust suction unit; the middle part of the inner top surface of the cabinet 1 is connected with a fixed ring 301 in a sliding way; the middle part of the upper side of the cabinet 1 is connected with a second driving motor 302 through bolts; an output shaft of the second driving motor 302 is rotationally connected with the cabinet 1; the output shaft of the second driving motor 302 is fixedly connected with a first fixing frame 304; the first fixing frame 304 is fixedly connected with the fixing ring 301; the front part of the lower side and the rear part of the lower side of the fixing ring 301 are respectively fixedly connected with a second cylinder 303; the telescopic ends of the two second cylinders 303 are fixedly connected with a second fixing frame 305; two dust suction units are connected to the second fixing frame 305; the two dust suction units are connected with the first fixing frame 304; both dust suction units are connected with the fixed ring 301; the left part and the right part of the second fixing frame 305 are rotatably connected with two second fixing rods 306 which are symmetrical front and back; the opposite sides of the two second fixing rods 306 on the left are fixedly connected with a fixing disc 312 respectively; the opposite sides of the two second fixing rods 306 on the right are respectively fixedly connected with another fixing disk 312; a polishing roller 313 is connected between the two fixed disks 312 on the left side through common bolts; another polishing roller 313 is commonly bolted between the two right fixed disks 312; a third driving motor 314 is connected to the left part and the right part of the front side of the second fixing frame 305 by bolts; the output shafts of the two third driving motors 314 are fixedly connected with the front second fixing rod 306.
The left dust suction unit comprises a third electric push rod 307, a cleaning plate 308, a connecting pipe 309, an E-shaped pipe 310 and a dust suction head 311; two third electric push rods 307 which are symmetrical front and back are fixedly connected to the left part of the lower side of the second fixing frame 305; the telescopic ends of the two third electric push rods 307 are fixedly connected with a cleaning plate 308; a connecting pipe 309 is fixedly connected to the left side of the second fixing frame 305; the upper part of the connecting pipe 309 is fixedly connected with the first fixing frame 304; the upper part of the connecting pipe 309 is fixedly connected with the fixing ring 301; an E-shaped pipe 310 is communicated with the lower side of the connecting pipe 309; the right side of the E-shaped pipe 310 is communicated with a dust suction head 311.
In the present embodiment, the cleaning plate 308 is provided at the lower side thereof with a plurality of comb teeth for cleaning the polishing roller 313.

The use method of the green and environment-friendly polishing machine tool comprises the following working steps:
s1: feeding, namely putting the wood window to be polished into a conveying assembly, and fixing and conveying the wood window through the conveying assembly;
s2: rough polishing, namely performing primary polishing on the wood window through a first polishing assembly on the right;
s3: finish polishing, namely finish polishing the wood window through a second polishing assembly and a first polishing assembly on the left;
s4: and taking materials, taking the polished wood window out, and self-cleaning the first polishing assembly and the second polishing assembly.
When the device is used, the two electric sliding blocks 102 are controlled to simultaneously slide to the right side direction on the two electric sliding rails 101 to the stroke end, so that the object carrying racks 106 are exposed outside the cabinet 1, then the second electric push rod 108 is controlled to contract, the front limit plate 105 slides to the rear side direction in the two object carrying racks 106, so that the two limit plates 105 adapt to the size of the wood window, meanwhile, the front limit plate 105 drives the front L-shaped plate 111 to slide in the left object carrying rack 106, the front two fixed blocks 109 move to the rear side direction, the front two memory springs 110 are in a stretched state, at the moment, the two memory springs 110 release elastic force to contract, so that the three thin ropes 112 are close to each other, then the left object carrying rack 106 slides to the right side direction on the two limit plates 105 by controlling the first electric push rod 107 to contract, the two object carriers 106 are adapted to the size of the wood window, the left object carrier 106 moves, meanwhile, the fixing block 109 is driven by the L-shaped plate 111 to slide in the limiting plate 105, the memory spring 110 on the left moves rightwards, the three thin ropes 112 are loosened, then the wood window is placed between the two limiting plates 105 and is positioned on the part, provided with the rectangular through groove, of the two object carriers 106, the rectangular block of the rectangular through groove part of the object carrier 106 is provided with an arc-shaped surface, the thin ropes 112 are conveniently pressed into the rectangular through groove on the object carrier 106 by the wood window, the phenomenon that the wood window is inclined due to the fact that the thin ropes 112 prop against the bottom of the wood window to influence the polishing effect is avoided, then the first electric push rod 107 and the second electric push rod 108 contract again, and the two object carriers 106 and the two limiting plates 105 are matched to clamp and fix the wood window;
then the two electric sliding blocks 102 slide to the left side simultaneously, so that the two article carriers 106 and the two limit plates 105 drive the wood window to move to the left side, the wood window moves to the lower part of the first polishing component on the right side, then the left and right electric lifting doors 2 are controlled to be closed to prevent dust generated during polishing from scattering to the external environment, the two first air cylinders 201 on the right side are controlled to simultaneously extend to push the mounting plate 202 to move downwards, so that the mounting plate 202 drives the translation sliding rail 203, the translation sliding blocks 204 and the mounting box 205 to move downwards, so that the bristles of the polishing brush 222 are contacted with the wood window, then the small motor 213 is controlled to start, the output shaft of the small motor 213 drives the first flat gear 214 to drive the second flat gear 218 to rotate, the second flat gear 218 drives the fixing sleeve 217 to rotate on the second dust suction pipe 216 through the elastic sheet 223, and simultaneously the fixing sleeve 217 drives the connecting piece 219 and the polishing brush 222 to rotate, so that the polishing brush 222 polishes the wood window, meanwhile, the first driving motor 207 is controlled to be started, the output shaft of the first driving motor 207 drives the disc 208 to rotate, the disc 208 drives the shifting rod 209 to do circular motion, the shifting rod 209 drives the swinging plate 211 to swing in a reciprocating mode by taking the first fixing rod 210 as an axis, and then the swinging plate 211 drives the toothed plate 212 to move in a reciprocating mode, so that the installation box 205 drives the translation sliding block 204 to slide in a reciprocating mode on the translation sliding rail 203, and further the polishing brush 222 rotates and moves in a reciprocating mode to polish different positions of a wood window, meanwhile, the air guide pipe 215 is externally connected with dust collection equipment through the telescopic pipe, dust chips generated during polishing of the polishing brush 222 are collected through the second dust collection pipe 216, when the polishing brush 222 rotates, the arc-shaped groove 004 on the second dust collection pipe 216 is communicated with the L-shaped groove 001 in the polishing brush 222, and further when the dust chips are collected through the second dust collection pipe 216, the dust collection pipe 001 also collects the dust chips into the second dust collection pipe 216, thereby dispersing the suction force generated by the second dust suction pipe 216 to the brush hairs of the polishing brush 222 when the dust and wood dust are sucked away, and preventing the brush hairs of the polishing brush 222 from gathering to the pipe orifice of the second dust suction pipe 216;
the quantity of dust sawdust adhered to the polishing brush 222 is reduced, the polishing effect of the polishing brush 222 is guaranteed, meanwhile, dust sawdust falling on a wood window is sucked away, the difficulty of subsequent wood window cleaning is reduced, the first dust suction pipe 5 sucks away dust diffusing in the cabinet 1 through external dust suction equipment, when the electric lifting door 2 is opened to take out the wood window, a large amount of dust is scattered into the air, due to the fact that the wood window is of a hollow carving structure, part of dust sawdust directly falls down through a hollow area of the wood window during polishing and is collected in the collection box 4, therefore, the dust sawdust is fully collected, pollution to a production environment is prevented, meanwhile, the collected dust sawdust can be used for other purposes, the processing process is green and environment-friendly, during the polishing process of the polishing brush 222, the rotating speed of the fixing sleeve 217 is monitored through the rotating speed sensor 221, if bristles of the polishing brush 222 are clamped into the hollow carving structure of the wood window, the fixed sleeve 217 is limited in rotation, at the moment, the round balls on the elastic pieces 223 slide out of the hemispherical grooves on the fixed sleeve 217, the elastic pieces 223 turn outwards, the first flat gear 214 drives the second flat gear 218 to rotate on the fixed sleeve 217, and the situation that the rotation of the output shaft of the small motor 213 is limited due to the limitation of the rotation of the fixed sleeve 217 is avoided, so that the small motor 213 is prevented from being burnt out, at the moment, the fixed sleeve 217 does not drive the polishing brush 222 to rotate any more, and the wood window is prevented from being damaged;
the two electric sliding blocks 102 continue to slide towards the left side, so that the wood window moves to the position below the second polishing component, the two second air cylinders 303 are controlled to simultaneously extend, the polishing rollers 313 are in contact with the wood window, then the third driving motor 314 is started, the output shaft of the third driving motor 314 drives the second fixing rod 306, the fixing disc 312 and the polishing rollers 313 to rotate, the polishing rollers 313 rotate to polish the wood window, the wood window moves to the position below the left first polishing component after polishing is completed, the two first polishing components have the same working principle, however, bristles with different thicknesses can be replaced by the polishing brushes 222, the effects of rough polishing and fine polishing are achieved, after the whole polishing work is completed, the electric lifting door 2 on the left side is opened, the conveying component conveys the wood window out of the cabinet 1, then the first electric push rod 107 is controlled to extend and reset, and the memory spring 110 on the left side moves towards the left side, so that the string 112 is in a tightened state, and the wood window is lifted so that an operator can take out;

A green environment-friendly polishing machine tool according to claim 2, wherein the first polishing component comprises a first air cylinder (201), a mounting plate (202), a translation slide rail (203), a translation slide block (204), a mounting box (205), a mounting frame (206), a first driving motor (207), a disc (208), a deflector rod (209), a first fixing rod (210), a swing plate (211), a toothed plate (212), an air guide pipe (215), a second fixing plate (220), a polishing brush (222), an air blowing pipe (224) and a polishing unit; two first cylinders (201) which are symmetrical in front and back are fixedly connected to the right part of the inner top surface of the cabinet (1); the telescopic ends of the two first cylinders (201) are fixedly connected with a mounting plate (202) together; two translation sliding rails (203) which are symmetrical left and right are fixedly connected to the lower side of the mounting plate (202); the front part and the rear part of each of the two translation slide rails (203) are connected with a translation slide block (204) in a sliding manner; the lower sides of the four translation sliding blocks (204) are fixedly connected with an installation box (205) together; the middle part of the upper side of the mounting plate (202) is fixedly connected with a mounting frame (206); a first driving motor (207) is fixedly connected to the mounting frame (206); a disc (208) is fixedly connected with an output shaft of the first driving motor (207); a deflector rod (209) is fixedly connected with the upper part of the left side of the disc (208); the middle part of the left side of the mounting plate (202) is rotatably connected with a first fixed rod (210); a swinging plate (211) is fixedly connected to the first fixing rod (210), and gear teeth distributed in an arc shape are arranged at the lower part of the swinging plate (211); the shifting lever (209) is in transmission connection with the swinging plate (211); a toothed plate (212) is fixedly connected to the upper part of the left side of the mounting box (205); the toothed plate (212) is in transmission connection with the swinging plate (211); two eudipleural air guide pipes (215) penetrate through the front side of the installation box (205); the two air guide pipes (215) are both connected with the cabinet (1) in a sliding way; a second fixing plate (220) is fixedly connected to the middle of the inner bottom surface of the mounting box (205); the left wall in the installation box (205) is connected with three polishing units; the right wall in the installation box (205) is connected with two other polishing units; the three left polishing units are all connected with a left air guide pipe (215); the two polishing units on the right side are both connected with the air guide pipe (215) on the right side; the five polishing units are connected with a second fixing plate (220); the two right polishing units and the three left polishing units are distributed in a staggered manner; one blowing pipe (224) is communicated with the back sides of the front parts of the two air guide pipes (215).

A green environmental protection polishing machine tool according to claim 3, wherein the polishing unit at the most front left side comprises a small motor (213), a first flat gear (214), a second dust suction pipe (216), a fixed sleeve (217), a second flat gear (218), a connecting member (219), a rotation speed sensor (221), a polishing brush (222) and an elastic piece (223); a small-sized motor (213) is fixedly connected to the front side of the left wall in the installation box (205); a first flat gear (214) is fixedly connected with an output shaft of the small motor (213); the lower front part of the left air guide pipe (215) is communicated with a second dust suction pipe (216); the upper part of the second dust suction pipe (216) is rotationally connected with a fixed sleeve (217); the upper part of the fixed sleeve (217) is rotatably connected with a second flat gear (218); the second spur gear (218) intermeshes with the first spur gear (214); three connecting pieces (219) are fixedly connected to the lower part of the fixed sleeve (217) in an annular and equidistant way; polishing brushes (222) are fixedly connected to the lower sides of the three connecting pieces (219); a rotating speed sensor (221) is installed at the front part of the second fixing plate (220), and the rotating speed sensor (221) is opposite to the fixing sleeve (217); the second dust suction pipe (216) is connected with the polishing brush (222) in a sliding way; four arc-shaped grooves (004) are formed in the lower portion of the second dust suction pipe (216) in an annular mode at equal intervals; four L-shaped grooves (001) are formed in the polishing brush (222) in the annular shape around the circumference; a plurality of air guide grooves (002) are formed in the polishing brush (222) in a circle, and a plurality of inclined grooves (003) are formed in the lower side of each air guide groove (002); notches of the L-shaped groove (001) and the air guide groove (002) towards one side of the second dust suction pipe (216) are at the same height as the arc-shaped groove (004); three elastic pieces (223) are fixedly connected to the upper side of the second flat gear (218) in an annular and circle mode at equal intervals; three hemispherical grooves are formed in the upper part of the outer ring surface of the fixing sleeve (217) in a ring shape; the three elastic pieces (223) are provided with round balls towards one side of the fixed sleeve (217), and the three round balls correspond to the three hemispherical grooves on the fixed sleeve (217) one by one.

An environment-friendly polishing machine as claimed in claim 4, wherein the second polishing assembly comprises a fixing ring (301), a second driving motor (302), a second cylinder (303), a first fixing frame (304), a second fixing frame (305), a second fixing rod (306), a fixing plate (312), a polishing roller (313), a third driving motor (314) and a dust suction unit; the middle part of the inner top surface of the cabinet (1) is connected with a fixed ring (301) in a sliding way; a second driving motor (302) is fixedly connected to the middle of the upper side of the cabinet (1); an output shaft of the second driving motor (302) is rotationally connected with the cabinet (1); the output shaft of the second driving motor (302) is fixedly connected with a first fixing frame (304); the first fixing frame (304) is fixedly connected with the fixing ring (301); the front part of the lower side and the rear part of the lower side of the fixing ring (301) are respectively fixedly connected with a second cylinder (303); the telescopic ends of the two second cylinders (303) are fixedly connected with a second fixing frame (305) together; two dust suction units are connected to the second fixing frame (305); the two dust suction units are connected with a first fixing frame (304); the two dust collection units are connected with the fixed ring (301); the left part and the right part of the second fixing frame (305) are respectively and rotatably connected with two second fixing rods (306) which are symmetrical front and back; two fixed disks (312) are fixedly connected to the opposite sides of the two second fixed rods (306) on the left; the opposite sides of the two second fixing rods (306) on the right are respectively fixedly connected with another fixing disk (312); a polishing roller (313) is fixedly connected between the two fixed disks (312) on the left; another polishing roller (313) is fixedly connected between the two fixed disks (312) at the right side; a third driving motor (314) is fixedly connected to the left part and the right part of the front side of the second fixing frame (305); the output shafts of the two third driving motors (314) are fixedly connected with a second fixing rod (306) in front respectively.

An environmentally friendly polishing machine as claimed in claim 5, wherein the left dust suction unit comprises a third electric putter (307), a cleaning plate (308), a connection pipe (309), an E-shaped pipe (310) and a dust suction head (311); two third electric push rods (307) which are symmetrical in front and back are fixedly connected to the left part of the lower side of the second fixing frame (305); the telescopic ends of the two third electric push rods (307) are fixedly connected with a cleaning plate (308) together; a connecting pipe (309) is fixedly connected to the left side of the second fixing frame (305); the upper part of the connecting pipe (309) is fixedly connected with the first fixing frame (304); the upper part of the connecting pipe (309) is fixedly connected with the fixing ring (301); an E-shaped pipe (310) is communicated with the lower side of the connecting pipe (309); the right side of the E-shaped pipe (310) is communicated with a dust suction head (311).
7. A green environmental friendly polishing machine according to claim 6, wherein the cleaning plate (308) is provided at its lower side with a plurality of comb teeth for cleaning the polishing roll (313).
8. A green environmental protection burnishing machine as defined in claim 2, wherein the carrier (106) has a plurality of rectangular through slots for the string (112) to be inserted therein.
9. An environmentally friendly polishing machine as claimed in claim 6, wherein the cabinet (1) is provided at its upper middle portion with two arc-shaped through grooves for movement of the connection pipe (309).
10. A green environmental friendly polishing machine as defined in claim 9, wherein the method of using a green environmental friendly polishing machine comprises the steps of:
s1: feeding, namely putting the wood window to be polished into a conveying assembly, and fixing and conveying the wood window through the conveying assembly;
s2: rough polishing, namely performing primary polishing on the wood window through a first polishing assembly on the right;
s3: finish polishing, namely finish polishing is carried out on the wood window through the second polishing assembly and the first polishing assembly on the left;
s4: taking out the material, taking out the polished wood window, and self-cleaning the first polishing assembly and the second polishing assembly.
