s3, the motor 5 and the micro liquid pump 17 are closed, the air cylinder 26 is started at the same time, the air cylinder 26 drives the stirring-cooling mechanism 6 to ascend, and the preparation barrel 3 is taken out;
s4, filtering the mixture in the preparation barrel 3 in the S3 through a bag filter, and collecting filtrate;
s5, separating the filtrate in the step S4 by using a centrifugal separator to obtain a centrifugal liquid;
s6, concentrating the centrifugate collected in the S5 by using an ultrafiltration membrane to obtain a concentrated solution;
the specific embodiment of the preparation method of the composite seaweed extract for cosmetics comprises the following steps:

and S6, concentrating the centrifugate collected in the step S5 by using an ultrafiltration membrane to obtain a concentrated solution.

Claims (10)
1. The preparation device of the composite seaweed extract for cosmetics is characterized by comprising a fixing seat (1), wherein a supporting rod (2) is fixed on the fixing seat (1), a preparation barrel (3) is arranged on the fixing seat (1), a first fixing plate (4) is fixed on the supporting rod (2), a motor (5) is fixed on the first fixing plate (4), a stirring-cooling mechanism (6) is fixed on an output shaft of the motor (5), a sleeve (7) is arranged below the stirring-cooling mechanism (6), the sleeve (7) is fixedly connected with the lower surface of the first fixing plate (4) through a connecting rod (8), the sleeve (7) is vertically communicated, the preparation device comprises an upper annular bottom surface (9) and a lower annular bottom surface (9) and a side wall (10) connecting the two annular bottom surfaces (9), the side wall (10) is in an arc shape with two inward-protruding ends, and a plurality of wall breaking holes (11) are formed in the side wall (10).

The device for preparing a composite seaweed extract for cosmetics according to claim 1, wherein said stirring-cooling mechanism (6) comprises a rotating rod (12) fixedly connected to said output shaft of said motor (5), said rotating rod (12) comprises an annular hollow portion (13) and a cylindrical hollow portion (14) separated from said annular hollow portion (13), said annular hollow portion (13) and said cylindrical hollow portion (14) are respectively filled with cooling liquid, wherein the upper end of said cylindrical hollow portion (14) is connected to the upper end of a circulating tube (15), the lower end of said circulating tube (15) is connected to a liquid collecting container (16) and provided thereon with a micro-pumping pump (17), said liquid collecting container (16) is connected to a hollow arc-shaped stirring paddle (19) through a communicating tube (18), the inner end of said hollow arc-shaped stirring paddle (19) is connected to said cylindrical hollow portion (14), and there are several stirring paddles, and the bending direction of said stirring paddles is consistent with the rotating direction of said rotating rod (12).

A device for preparing a composite seaweed extract for cosmetic use according to claim 2, wherein said annular hollow portion (13) has a plurality of inclined plates (20) extending from the inner wall of said annular hollow portion (13) into said cylindrical hollow portion (14), said inclined plates (20) being hollow and having an upper end communicating with said annular hollow portion (13).

The device for preparing the composite seaweed extract for cosmetics according to claim 2, wherein the communicating pipe (18) is curved in the direction of the centrifugal force, one end of the communicating pipe is communicated with the liquid collecting container (16), the other end of the communicating pipe passes through the end of the hollow arc-shaped stirring paddle (19) and extends to the inside of the hollow arc-shaped stirring paddle (19), the end of the communicating pipe (18) extending into the inside of the hollow arc-shaped stirring paddle (19) is communicated with an umbrella-shaped cover (21), and the upper edge of the umbrella-shaped cover (21) is fixed on the inner wall of the hollow arc-shaped stirring paddle (19).

The device for preparing a composite seaweed extract for cosmetics according to claim 1, wherein a second fixing plate (25) is fixed on said supporting rod (2), an air cylinder (26) is fixed on said second fixing plate (25), a telescopic rod (27) of said air cylinder (26) passes through said second fixing plate (25), and the end of said telescopic rod (27) is fixed on the upper surface of said first fixing plate (4).
9. The device for preparing a composite seaweed extract for cosmetics according to claim 2, wherein a plurality of arc-shaped blades (28) are fixed on the outer wall surface of the hollow arc-shaped stirring paddle (19) from top to bottom.

s4, filtering the mixture in the preparation barrel (3) in the S3 through a bag filter, and collecting filtrate;
s5, separating the filtrate in the step S4 by using a centrifugal separator to obtain a centrifugal liquid;
and S6, concentrating the centrifugate collected in the step S5 by using an ultrafiltration membrane to obtain a concentrated solution.
