【技术领域】
本发明有关一种板端连接器。
【背景技术】
在电连接器中,端子作为被动元件,完成信号的中转连接。在一些特别需要的产品中,业界亦有使用电路板替换端子,完成中转连接。比如CN202373758U公开一种线缆连接器,其使用电路板来替换端子,利用电路板的金手指完成与对接连接器的接触及与线缆的连接。CN201413880Y则公开了一种板端连接器,其舌板由电路板构成。在前述两个专利中,仅简单的使用电路板来替换呈对应的塑胶体与端子结构,对电连接器的整体结构并无影响。
本发明则希望设计出一种电连接器,能够最大化的使用电路板的优势。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的在于提供一种板端连接器,其可以大大降低电连接器的高度。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:一种板端连接器,用来安装在电路板,所述板端连接器包括座体及具有正面及反面的基板,所述基板包括排列在所述基板正面的第一导电片、排列在所述基板反面的第二导电片及连接所述第一、第二导电片的线路;所述基板固定在所述座体且与所述座体围设成向前贯穿的对接腔,所述第一导电片裸露在所述对接腔内,所述第二导电片则用来焊接在所述电路板。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:基板20取代金属冲压制成的端子结构,满足前端接触与后端焊接功能,易于实现产品小型化,具有更好的高频传输性能。

【具体实施方式】
本发明为一种电连接器组合,其包括安装在电路板91的板端连接器100及连接线缆92的插头连接器200,其中板端连接器100舍弃现有的由金属板冲压形成的若干端子结构,改成基板20来完成电性转接。基板20可以为各种形态,采用基板,不但可以降低连接器的整体高度,让电连接器的设计更具有弹性,同时基板采用其内的线路完成电性路径,更有利于高频高速连接器的设计。
所述板端连接器100是用来安装在电路板91,其包括座体10及具有正面211及反面212的基板20,基板20包括排列在基板正面211的第一导电片22、排列在基板反面212的第二导电片23及连接第一、第二导电片的线路(未图示),在具体图面中,线路被省略而未显示。基板20固定在座体10,其与座体10围设成向前贯穿的对接腔11,可以看出第一导电片22裸露在对接腔11内,第二导电片23则用来焊接在电路板91。在图面显示的实施例中,第一导电片22在前后方向上排成至少两排,第二导电片23排列成一排,当然第一导电片可以排成一排,或者多排,第二导电片也可以排成一排或者多排,焊接在电路板91的焊接垫911。可以看出,所述基板20满足前端接触与后端焊接功能,其结构较易实现产品小型化,具有更好的高频传输性能。而且,依不同需求可布局多个导电片数量,实现不同导电片需求。特别说明,本发明前方是指与插头连接器200对接的方向,下面或者底面是指临近电路板的方向。
座体10包括两个彼此相对的侧壁12及连接侧壁的顶壁13,基板20则安装在与顶壁13相对处而形成底壁14,对接腔11由两个所述侧壁12、顶壁13及基板20围设而成。侧壁12在临近底壁14处设有前后方向延伸的安装槽16,基板20的两端则固定在安装槽16内,基板与安装槽之间为硬干涉,从而将基板20安装在座体,当然也可以采用其他方式,比如增加扣持结构等等。
所述侧壁、顶壁的内壁面110为平面状,如此,对接腔11呈矩形结构。每排第一导电片22沿横向方向排列,每一第一导电片22为呈前后方向的矩形结构,沿横向方向最旁侧的第一导电片临近所述侧壁12的内壁面110。基板与座体的前端面大致平齐。座体还包括连接顶壁与侧壁后缘的后壁15,基板20与后壁亦大致平齐,第二导电片23则位于后壁15的正下方。
座体10的侧壁及/或顶壁设有配接槽17,用来提高两个连接器的接触稳定性。所述侧壁及顶壁的外壁面111贴附有金属壳30,金属壳设有锁扣孔31,用来与插头连接器的锁扣件50相锁扣。具体的,每一侧壁12设有竖直槽171,顶壁13在临近对应侧壁12处设有水平槽172,水平槽172与竖直槽171一体相连,从而构成所述配接槽17。更进一步的,侧壁12在竖直槽171临近其底面处的外侧继续形成附加槽173,附加槽173与竖直槽171、水平槽172一体相连,从而形成呈Z字型的配接槽17。顶壁13自其外壁面111凹陷而形成凹陷部18,凹陷部18位于两个水平槽172之间,所述锁扣孔31则对应在凹陷部18处。凹陷部18设置有呈台阶状的第一壁面181与第二壁面182,金属壳30在对应凹陷部18处向内弯折,其贴覆在第二壁面182上,与第一壁面181之间间隔一定距离而形成锁扣空间183。座体两侧的Z字型配接槽17,金属壳中间的凹陷结构35,达成盲插、高稳定性的接触功能。金属壳的凹陷结构35与座体的凹陷部18的侧壁面则彼此贴靠。
金属壳30包括两个侧板32及连接侧板的顶板33,每一板上设置有向内冲压形成的抵靠臂321、331,座体设有自后向前延伸凹槽191,座体在临近后端处设有凸环192。金属壳自后向前组装到座体时,抵靠臂321、331则沿着凹槽191自后向前滑动至最终状态,金属壳在其后端则被凸环192所限制,如此金属壳被固定在座体10。侧板32向下凸伸有第一安装脚341,向内弯折有第二安装脚342,用来将金属壳焊接在电路板91。金属壳的凹陷结构35设置在顶板,锁扣孔31位于凹陷结构35的靠前侧处。
所述插头连接器200的后端连接有线缆92,其包括基部41、自基部的前端面向前凸伸的对接部42、自基部的前端面向前凸神的两个配接部43,以及安装在基部41且向前凸伸至对接部42旁侧的锁扣件50,基部、对接部、配接部由绝缘材料制成,所述锁扣件50则由金属板冲压切割而形成。对接部42在其一外侧面配置有导电触件44。在插头连接器200***板端连接器100时,对接部42***对接腔11,导电触件44则与所述第一导电件22接触而实现电性连接,配接部43***配接槽17。锁扣件50的前方设有向对接部42方向凸伸的锁扣勾51,锁扣勾51则扣持在锁扣孔31内。更具体的,配接部43位于对接部42的外侧,两者间隔一定距离,每一配接部43呈Z字型,位于对接部42的三个外壁面的外侧,导电触件44则位于对接部42之无配接部***的一个外侧面。两个配接部之间留有一空隙,所述锁扣件50则位于该空间之内。锁扣件50包括基板52、自基板向前延伸的锁扣臂53、自基板向下反向弯折的固定部54及自基板向后延伸的按压部55。所述固定部54为两个,分别位于锁扣臂53的两侧,基板52坐落在基部41上,固定部54则埋设在基部41内而将锁扣件50固定在基部41,锁扣臂53则延伸至对接部42的旁侧,两个锁扣勾51自锁扣臂53的自由末端向对接部42冲压而形成,锁扣臂对应冲压处并未被冲破。按压部55则略微向上倾斜,向下按压所述按压部55,所述锁扣臂53向上抬起,从而将锁扣勾51解扣。导电触件44与锁扣臂53分别位于对接部42的相对两侧。即,与板端连接器对接的所述插头连接器包括基部、自基部前端面向前凸伸的对接部、自基部前端面向前凸伸的配接部、裸露在对接部的导电触件及锁扣件,所述锁扣件包括基板、自基板向前延伸锁扣臂、自基板向后反向弯折的固定部及自基板向后倾斜延伸的按压部,所述锁扣臂的自由末端冲压有锁扣勾,所述固定部埋设在基部。
本发明的其中一改良点在于,采用基板代替金属制成的导电端子结构。
本发明的另一改良点在于,采用Z字型配合槽17及金属壳中间凹陷结构来实现对接的稳定性。即,板端连接器200包括座体10及金属壳30,所述座体包括两个侧壁12、顶壁13及底壁14,以及由所述侧壁、顶壁及底壁共同构成的向前贯穿的对接腔11,每一侧壁12设有竖直壁171,顶壁13在临近所述侧壁处设有水平壁172,所述水平壁及竖直壁彼此连接于一体而构成配接槽17,所述顶壁设有自其外壁面向下凹陷形成的凹陷部18,所述金属壳贴附在所述侧壁及顶壁的外壁面且金属壳在对应凹陷部处设有锁扣孔31。所述金属壳在对应锁扣孔处与顶壁的外侧面间隔一定空间而形成锁扣空间183。在本改良点中,因改良重点在于配接槽及凹陷部,导电构件则可不局限于基板的导电片,亦可使用端子等导电触件。

1.一种板端连接器,用来安装在电路板,所述板端连接器包括座体及具有正面及反面的基板,其特征在于:所述基板包括排列在所述基板正面的第一导电片、排列在所述基板反面的第二导电片及连接所述第一、第二导电片的线路;所述基板固定在所述座体且与所述座体围设成向前贯穿的对接腔,所述第一导电片裸露在所述对接腔内,所述第二导电片则用来焊接在所述电路板。
2.如权利要求1所述的板端连接器,其特征在于:所述第一导电片在前后方向上排成至少两排,所述第二导电片排列成一排。
3.如权利要求1所述的板端连接器,其特征在于:所述座体包括两个彼此相对的侧壁及连接侧壁的顶壁,所述基部则安装在与顶壁相对处而形成底壁,所述对接腔由所述侧壁、顶壁及基板围设而成。
4.如权利要求3所述的板端连接器,其特征在于:所述侧壁在临近底壁处设有前后方向延伸的安装槽,所述基部的两端则固定在安装槽内。
5.如权利要求3所述的板端连接器,其特征在于:所述侧壁及/或顶壁设有与对接的插头连接器配合的配接槽。
6.如权利要求3所述的板端连接器,其特征在于:所述板端连接器包括金属壳,所述金属壳贴覆在所述侧壁及顶壁的外壁面,且所述金属壳设有用来与对接的插头连接器设有的锁扣勾配合的锁扣孔。
7.如权利要求3所述的板端连接器,其特征在于:每一所述侧壁设有竖直槽,所述顶壁在临近对应侧壁处设有水平槽,所述水平槽与所述竖直槽一体相连,从而构成所述配接槽。
8.如权利要求7所述的板端连接器,其特征在于:所述侧壁在竖直槽临近其底面处的外侧继续形成附加槽,所述附加槽与所述竖直槽、水平槽一体相连,从而形成呈Z字型的配接槽。
9.如权利要求7或8所述的板端连接器,其特征在于:所述顶壁自其外壁面凹陷而形成凹陷部,所述凹陷部位于两个所述水平槽之间;所述板端连接器进一步包括贴覆在侧壁与顶壁的外壁面的金属壳,所述金属壳对应凹陷部处设有锁扣孔。
10.如权利要求9所述的板端连接器,其特征在于:所述凹陷部呈台阶状的第一壁面、第二壁面,所述金属壳贴覆在所述第二壁面且与所述第一壁面之间间隔一定距离而形成锁扣空间。
11.一种板端连接器,其包括座体及金属壳,所述座体包括两个侧壁、顶壁及底壁,以及由所述侧壁、顶壁及底壁共同构成的向前贯穿的对接腔;其特征在于:每一侧壁设有竖直壁,所述顶壁在临近所述侧壁处设有水平壁,所述水平壁及竖直壁彼此连接于一体而构成配接槽,所述顶壁设有自其外壁面向下凹陷形成的凹陷部,所述金属壳贴附在所述侧壁及顶壁的外壁面且所述金属壳在对应凹陷部处设有锁扣孔。
