Description

Processing method of refrigerator detection information and machine readable storage medium
Technical Field
The invention relates to household appliance maintenance detection, in particular to a processing method of refrigerator detection information and a machine readable storage medium.
Background
The functions of the existing refrigerator are increasingly rich, the internal structure of the refrigerator is more complex, and the difficulty of after-sale maintenance is greatly increased. However, at present, the detection for various novel refrigerators (especially intelligent refrigerators) still mainly depends on the traditional means after sale. After the user reports the repair, after-sales service personnel arrive at an after-sales maintenance site to enable the fault to reappear, and then the fault type is judged by analyzing the fault phenomenon and combining with experience. The traditional detection means has the advantages of long fault detection time and high requirement on comprehensive capacity of after-sales personnel.
In view of the above problems, some detection devices dedicated to refrigerators appear in the prior art, which are dedicated to testing specific types of refrigerators, have functions of sending detection instructions, identifying fault codes, analyzing refrigerator data, and the like, and some detection devices can analyze and store detection data.
However, the refrigerator, especially the intelligent refrigerator, is updated more and more quickly, and the detection function of the detection device is not updated timely, so that the detection function of various types of refrigerators cannot be satisfied, and the application range of the detection device is narrow. Due to the limitation of the storage amount, the detection data can not be stored for a long time, and needs to be cleaned regularly. The development of detection equipment with high universality and large storage capacity can lead to the increase of the complexity and the cost of the equipment, and the reduction of the availability and the economy. Detailed Description
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram illustrating connection of devices for detecting a refrigerator by using a method for processing refrigerator detection information according to an embodiment of the present invention.
The detection device 10 and the data service device 50 are connected by wire or wireless. The data service device 50 may preferably adopt a network service device such as a network server, a cloud server, etc., to provide data service to the detection device 10 by means of network connection.
The detection device 10 is connected with a test port preset on a main control board of the detected refrigerator 20 through a test cable, so that data and information interaction is realized. In some embodiments, the detection device 10 and the detected refrigerator 20 may communicate by using a Universal Asynchronous Receive (UART) method.
The detection device 10 sends the detection scheme or the detection instruction in the detection scheme to the detected refrigerator 20 for execution by the detected refrigerator 20, and the detected refrigerator 20 feeds back the execution result of the execution part of the detected refrigerator 20 to the detection device 10. The detection device 10 determines the detection result according to the feedback of the detected refrigerator 20 and the power supply parameter.
Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram illustrating connection of devices for detecting a refrigerator using a method for processing refrigerator detection information according to another embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, the sensing device 10 is connected to the data service device 50 through the sensing terminal 40. The detection terminal 40 may be a portable terminal having a network connection function, such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer, or a dedicated terminal. The detection terminal 40 may implement a detection function by installing an App (application program) for refrigerator detection, and may be connected to the detection device 10 through various wireless or wired communication methods, for example, may communicate with the detection device 10 through bluetooth. On the other hand, the detection terminal 40 is connected to the network service device 50 by using a network as an intermediary for connection of the detection device 10 and the network service device 50. In addition, the detection terminal 40 can also interact with the detection personnel by using good human-computer interaction capability, for example, receiving the operation of the detection personnel, and outputting the detection result and the information of the detection process through a screen.
Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram illustrating a testing principle of refrigerator detection by using a processing method of refrigerator detection information according to another embodiment of the present invention.
The refrigerator 20 to be tested receives the detection scheme provided by the instruction communication port 143 of the detection device 10 through the test port 221 provided on the main control board 220.
In the detection state, the main control panel 220 enables the execution unit 230 to perform corresponding actions according to the detection scheme, such as refrigeration, freezing, quick freezing, fresh-keeping storage, defrosting, air supply, illumination, and the like. The performing part 230 may include various load parts of the refrigerator 20, such as a refrigerating system (a compressor, etc.), a fan, a defrosting heater, a vertical beam heater, a light, other auxiliary functional parts (a display screen, a photographing device, a sensing device, a fresh keeping device), and the like. The refrigerators 20 of different models may include different kinds of the performing part 230, and there may be differences in the functions implemented.
In some embodiments, the detection device 10 may also be used to supply power to the detected refrigerator 20, for example, the power connector 210 of the detected refrigerator 20 may be connected to the power output port 120 of the detection device 10. The power access port 110 of the test device 10 is used to connect to an external power source 30. The power connection line 130 of the test device 10 is connected between the power access port 110 and the power output port 120 to transfer power from the external power source 30 to the power output port 120. That is, the sensing device 10 serves as a device for directly supplying power to the sensed refrigerator 20. The power connection line 130 is connected to the power supply 30 through the power access port 110 at one end, and for example, the live line L, the neutral line N, and the ground line GND of the power supply 30 can be connected respectively.
The test device 10 may also be provided with a measurement component 412 connected to the power connection 130. The measurement assembly 141 is configured to detect one or more parameters (i.e., power supply parameters) of the electrical signal supplied by the power connection 130 to the detected refrigerator 20, and these power supply parameters may include current values and/or voltage values and/or power values, as well as other parameters analyzed based on the above data, including but not limited to: one or more of voltage values, current values, electrical signal waveforms, power values, harmonic content, and the like. The detection apparatus 10 may determine a detection result of the refrigerator 20 according to the operation information of the execution part 230 and the power supply parameter of the refrigerator 20.
Since the functions and the component configurations of the refrigerators 20 are different, the detection schemes can be configured specifically according to the refrigerators 20, for example, the detection schemes can be configured according to an electrical detection model of the refrigerator 20. The electric detection model may include the type specification of the executing components 230 configured in the refrigerator 20 (e.g., the number of compartments, the number of evaporators, the number of fans, the number and configuration state of lighting lamps, the specification of defrosting heater, the configuration state of fresh-keeping auxiliary equipment, the specification of vertical beam heater, the configuration and specification of various intelligent devices), and the characteristics of the signals after each of the executing components 230 is turned on, such as the respective reasonable ranges of current, voltage and power, and the information fed back by the main control board 220 through the test port 221.
The data processing module 142 of the detection apparatus 10 may perform various analysis operations on one or more of the current value, the voltage value, the power value or other electrical signal parameters, such as calculating the power value, analyzing the current (e.g., amplitude, frequency, variation trend), analyzing the voltage (e.g., amplitude, frequency, variation trend), etc., in combination with the operation information of the execution component 230 fed back by the test port 221, and determine the detection result.
Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of a processing method of refrigerator detection information according to an embodiment of the present invention, which can be executed by the data service apparatus 50 described above to perform a function of processing the detection information of the refrigerator 20. The processing method of the refrigerator detection information comprises the following steps:
in step S402, a detection request of the detection device 10 is acquired, the detection request including the identification information of the detected refrigerator 20 and the identification information of the detection device 10. The identification information of the detected refrigerator 20 can be used to determine the specification and model information of the refrigerator 20 and other information; the identification information of the detection device 10 may be used to determine specification signal information of the detection device 10 as well as other information.
In step S404, a detection scheme corresponding to the identification information of the detected refrigerator 20 and the identification information of the detection apparatus 10 is searched from a preset detection database. The inspection database is used for storing information related to the inspected refrigerator 20 (such as specification and model information, power inspection model, inspection scheme, function configuration information, etc.) and information related to the inspection apparatus 10 (such as apparatus number, inspection record, specification information, inspection data, etc.). That is, the detection database can respectively store the detection schemes that can be executed by the various detection devices 10 and the detection schemes for the various detected refrigerators 20, so as to be called as required, thereby meeting the requirements of the various detection devices 10 for detecting the different detected refrigerators 20.
Step S406, sending the detection scheme to the detection device 10 for the detection device 10 to detect the detected refrigerator 20 by using the detection scheme.
In step S408, the detection result of the refrigerator 20 to be detected by the detection device 10 is obtained. The above detection results are obtained by the detection device 10 by analyzing the data of the detected refrigerator 20 in response to the detection scheme.
With the above method, the data service apparatus 50 is used to provide a data service to the detection apparatus 10. After the detection request of the detection device 10 is obtained, according to the identification information of the detected refrigerator 20 and the detection device 10 in the detection request, the corresponding detection scheme is searched from the detection database. The inspection apparatus 10 inspects the inspected refrigerator 20 using an inspection scheme. Therefore, the detection scheme is managed by the service device 50, and can be formulated for different types of refrigerators 20 and detection devices 10, so that the universality of the detection device 10 is improved, and the detection device 10 can meet the detection requirements of various refrigerators 20.
The detection scheme may include any one or more of: detecting an instruction sequence, judging a state basis and analyzing a script.
The detection instruction sequence includes a plurality of detection instructions configured in sequence, and each detection instruction is used for controlling the action of one or more execution units 230 of the detected refrigerator 20. That is, each control instruction is used for the main control board 220 of the refrigerator 20 to control one or more execution units 230 to complete or change the operation state. The execution component 230 executes the corresponding action according to the detection scheme. For example, the actuator 230 such as a defrosting heater, a room lighting lamp, a blower fan, and a compressor is opened and closed, or the operation state is adjusted, for example, the frequency of the compressor is adjusted, and the speed of the blower fan is adjusted. Since there is a difference in the configuration and function of the different kinds of refrigerators 20, the detection instruction sequence may be configured according to the actual function of each kind of refrigerator 20.
The state judgment basis corresponds to the detection instruction. The condition determination criterion includes: an expected state feedback of the refrigerator, and/or an expected power supply parameter threshold of the refrigerator. The expected state feedback of the refrigerator may be information or data that the detected refrigerator 20 feeds back to the detection apparatus 100 when the detection instruction is correctly performed, so that the detected state of the refrigerator 20 may be considered to be normal when the information or data fed back by the detected refrigerator 20 coincides with the expected state feedback. The expected power supply parameter threshold may be a normal value range or a variation trend of the power supply parameter of the detected refrigerator 20 when the detection instruction is correctly executed, that is, when the current value, the voltage value, the power value or other electrical signal parameter measured by the detection device 10 matches the expected power supply parameter threshold, the detection state of the refrigerator 20 may be considered to be normal. The status determination basis may be obtained by measuring various types of refrigerators 20 in advance, and may be different in consideration of differences between different types of refrigerators 20.
The parsing script is used for parsing data transmitted between the detection device 10 and the detected refrigerator 20. That is, the parsing script may parse the transmission data, which may be written according to a data encoding manner pre-configured by the detection device 10 and the detected refrigerator 20.
The method of the embodiment integrates the functions of detecting instructions, judging the state, analyzing scripts and the like, can accurately complete the detection process, reduces the complexity and the cost of the detection equipment 10, and is convenient to popularize and use.
Since the refrigerator 20 has different specifications, there are differences in its own configuration function and having the execution part 230. For example, the number of compartments of the refrigerators 20 with different specifications, the number of evaporators, the number of fans, the number and configuration state of illuminating lamps, the specification of defrosting heating wires, the configuration state of auxiliary fresh-keeping equipment, the specification of vertical beam heating wires, and the configuration and specification of various intelligent devices may be different. Therefore, the detection scheme can be configured according to the specification information of the refrigerator 20, and if any control instruction in the detection scheme is not matched with the configured function of the refrigerator 20, the test is interrupted, and a test abnormity prompting signal is output. So that a reminder is given when the detection scheme is not suitable for the refrigerator 20.
Step S404 may include: determining the type of the detection device 10 according to the identification information of the detection device 10; screening out alternatives corresponding to the type of the detection device 10 from the detection database; determining the type of the detected refrigerator according to the identification information of the detected refrigerator 20; the detection scheme corresponding to the type of the detected refrigerator 20 is found out from the alternatives. On the one hand, different refrigerators 20 have different functions and configurations, requiring targeted detection schemes; on the other hand, the detection device 10 itself may also be updated. Therefore, in consideration of the requirements of different kinds of inspection equipment 10, the inspection database can be categorized into inspection schemes that can be performed by the same kind of inspection equipment 10, and then the required scheme can be found out from the alternatives according to the information of the inspected refrigerator 20.
The identification information of the detection device 10 may be a communication identification of the detection device 10. And the detection device 10 or the detection terminal acquires the identification information of the refrigerator 20 by: scanning the label information of the refrigerator 20, and identifying to obtain identification information according to the label information; and/or acquiring an image of the refrigerator 20, and identifying information by recognizing the image; and/or obtain input information for the refrigerator 20, and determine identification information from the input information.
The three ways of determining the identification information may be used alternatively or in combination as required. Wherein the identification information may be pre-encoded to form a label such as a bar code, two-dimensional code, or the like. The label may be attached to the refrigerator 20 as part of the tag or separately. The identification information can be obtained by scanning the code. The label information can be used as a means for identifying the detected refrigerator 20 in the after-sale process and can also be used as an identifier of the refrigerator 20 in the factory detection stage.
The mode of image recognition determining specification model information obtains an image of the refrigerator 20 by photographing the appearance of the refrigerator 20 and the interior of the compartment, and then obtains identification information by an image recognition technology.
In the input information acquisition mode, a user or after-sales maintenance personnel can input identification information in a manual input mode.
If the situation that the alternative solution does not have the detection solution corresponding to the type of the detected refrigerator 20 occurs, searching the component configuration information of the detected refrigerator 20 according to the type of the detected refrigerator 20; and reading the refrigerator component configuration information corresponding to the alternative, and searching the detection scheme with the highest similarity of the component configuration information from the alternatives as the detection scheme sent to the detection device 10.
This situation is mainly for newly marketed refrigerators, in which case no special detection scheme has been developed. The method of this embodiment may perform a test by searching for the detection scheme with the highest similarity of the component configuration information from the alternatives by querying the component configuration information of the detected refrigerator 20. Since the detection schemes are uniformly managed by the data service apparatus 50, the detection schemes can be easily updated.
After step S408, a fault diagnosis request may be further performed according to the detection result to determine whether there is a fault in the detected refrigerator 20; in case of detecting the refrigerator 20 having a malfunction, the cause of the malfunction is analyzed and a malfunction solution is provided. Data service equipment 50 may utilize big data analysis techniques for fault diagnosis, providing a basis for subsequent after-market maintenance.
The detection device 10 transmits the detection data and the detection result to the data service device 50, the storage amount required by the detection device is reduced, and the situation that the data storage amount is insufficient is avoided.
The processing method of the refrigerator detection information of the embodiment can also be used for upgrading the firmware of the detection device 10. Firmware version information of the detection apparatus 10 may be further acquired after step S402; comparing the read firmware version information with a firmware version stored in a preset equipment database to determine whether the detection equipment needs firmware updating; under the condition that the detection equipment 10 needs firmware updating, the firmware installation package is called from the equipment database and sent to the detection equipment 10, so that the detection equipment 10 can update the firmware; in a case where it is determined that the detection apparatus 10 does not require firmware update, step S404 is executed. This step allows for the upgrade of the test device 10 in a timely manner.
The processing method of the refrigerator detection information of the embodiment can also be used for performing authority management on the detection device 10. Repair information of the detected refrigerator 20 may also be acquired in advance before step S402. The detection request acquired in step S402 may further include an authorization request. The authorization request may also be compared with the repair information after step S402; if the authorization request does not correspond to the repair information, refusing to send the detection scheme and sending a check prompt to the detection equipment 10; if the authorization request corresponds to the repair information, a detection scheme corresponding to the identification information of the detected refrigerator 20 and the identification information of the detection device is searched, and authorization information is added to the searched detection scheme.
After sending the detection scheme to the detection device 10, the method may further include: acquiring an authentication request from the detected refrigerator 20; comparing the authentication request with the authorization information; if the authentication request corresponds to the authorization information, providing an authentication reply to the detected refrigerator 20 to instruct the detected refrigerator 10 to execute the detection scheme; if the authentication request does not correspond to the authorization information, it indicates that the refrigerator 20 being tested rejects the test.
The refrigerator 20 can only allow the detection device 10 granted with the test authority to perform the test, so that on one hand, the identity of the after-sale service can be verified, and on the other hand, the situation that the accessory is faked and deceived due to a fault is avoided. The above-described authority verification process can thus ensure the validity of the detection device 10, and avoid false alarm failures and false detection damage to the refrigerator 20.
The present embodiments also provide a machine-readable storage medium. Fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of a machine-readable storage medium 510 according to one embodiment of the invention. Stored thereon is a machine executable program 511, and when executed by the processor 520, the machine executable program 511 implements any one of the above-described embodiments of the processing method of the refrigerator detection information. The machine executable program 511 may be installed on the data service apparatus 50, and the process of having completed the above-described method is executed by the processor 520 of the data service apparatus 50. The machine-executable program may be assembly instructions, instruction Set Architecture (ISA) instructions, machine-related instructions, microcode, firmware instructions, state setting data, or source or object code written in any combination of one or more programming languages.
The following describes the operation principle of the processing method of the refrigerator detection information according to the above embodiment by taking a specific detection process as an example.
The user reports the repair information of the refrigerator 20, and the data service apparatus 50 acquires the repair information and allocates an after-sales repair task.
After-sales service personnel carry the detection equipment 10 to go to the door for detection according to after-sales maintenance tasks. Before detection, the detection device 10 acquires the identification information of the detected refrigerator 20 and sends a detection request to the data service device 50 through the detection terminal 40 or directly.
The data service apparatus 50 first determines whether the test apparatus 10 requires a firmware upgrade, and if so, provides a firmware upgrade package to the test apparatus 10. If the upgrade is not needed or the upgrade is completed, a detection scheme is provided, for example, a detection request of the detection device 10 is first obtained, whether an authorization request in the detection request corresponds to the repair information or not is detected, and if not, the detection scheme is refused to be sent.
The authorization request corresponds to the repair information, and the data service apparatus 50 searches a detection scheme corresponding to the identification information of the detected refrigerator 20 and the identification information of the detection apparatus 10 from a preset detection database, and transmits the detection scheme to the detection apparatus, the detection scheme including: detecting an instruction sequence, judging a state basis, analyzing a script and authorizing information.
The data service device 50 acquires an authentication request from the detected refrigerator 20; comparing the authentication request with the authorization information; if the authentication request corresponds to the authorization information, providing an authentication reply to the detected refrigerator 20 to instruct the detected refrigerator 10 to execute the detection scheme; if the authentication request does not correspond to the authorization information, it indicates that the refrigerator 20 being tested rejects the test.
The detection device 10 tests the detected refrigerator 20 according to the detection scheme, and obtains feedback (including execution results fed back by the refrigerator 20 and various power supply parameters) of the detection scheme executed by the detected refrigerator 20.
The inspection apparatus 10 determines the inspection result according to the status decision basis in the inspection plan and feeds back the inspection result to the data service apparatus 50.
The data service equipment 50 makes a fault diagnosis request according to the detection result, and determines whether the detected refrigerator 20 has a fault; in case of detecting a malfunction of the refrigerator 20, a cause of the malfunction is analyzed and a malfunction solution is provided. Data service equipment 50 may utilize big data analysis techniques for fault diagnosis, providing a basis for subsequent after-market maintenance.
