The specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be understood by those skilled in the art according to specific situations.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the clothes storage apparatus of the present invention includes a cabinet 1, a drawer 2, a connecting assembly 3, and a driving member. The upper part of the cabinet body 1 is provided with a containing grid 11 for installing the drawer 2, and the lower part is provided with any clothes storage structure such as a clothes hanging compartment, a clothes storage grid and the like. The drive member is capable of driving the drawer 2 to move outwardly relative to the receiving compartment 11. The connecting assembly 3 is connected with the containing grid 11 and the drawer 2 respectively so as to limit the moving path of the drawer 2 when moving out of the containing grid 11 and moving back into the containing grid 11, and the connecting assembly 3 is arranged as follows: when the drawer 2 is driven by the driving member, the connecting assembly 3 allows the drawer 2 to be pulled out from the accommodating compartment 11, and allows the drawer 2 to be turned downward (i.e. turned toward the ground) to a set angle by taking the tail position of the drawer 2 as a pivot axis when being pulled out to the position, wherein the set angle is an angle that enables the opening 21 of the drawer 2 to face the front of the cabinet 1, and a person skilled in the art can set a specific angle value of the set angle according to the actual setting height of the drawer 2, so as to set the actual amplitude of the drawer 2 turned forward after being turned, for example, when the setting position of the drawer 2 is slightly lower, the drawer 2 is set to be turned downward from the horizontal state by no more than 45 °, or when the setting position of the drawer 2 is slightly higher, the drawer 2 is set to be turned downward from the horizontal state by any angle within a range of 45 ° to 90 °.
In the above embodiment, the "upper portion of the cabinet 1" may include any portion of the cabinet 1 having a relatively high height above the ground, such as the middle upper portion and the upper portion of the cabinet 1, and is mainly used in an installation situation where it is difficult for a user to directly observe the inside of the drawer 2 or to take and place objects from the inside of the drawer 2 when standing on the ground. The front of the cabinet 1 specifically refers to the front of the cabinet 1 facing the side on which the drawer 2 is disposed, so that the opening 21 of the drawer 2 can face a user standing facing the drawer 2 after the drawer 2 is turned downwards. For example, when the storage compartment 11 of the cabinet 1 is arranged in the longitudinal direction and the drawer 2 is pulled out with respect to the front panel of the cabinet 1, the drawer 2 is pulled out forward to be in place and turned downward with its opening 21 toward the front side of the cabinet 1, or, when the storage compartment 11 of the cabinet 1 is arranged in the lateral direction and the drawer 2 is pulled out with respect to the left/right side panel of the cabinet 1, the drawer 2 is pulled out left/right to be in place and turned downward with its opening 21 toward the left/right side of the cabinet 1.
The "pulled out to the right" of the drawer 2 specifically means: the drawer 2 is pulled out from the containing grid 11 to the maximum stroke, the containing grid 11 does not obstruct the drawer 2 from rotating at the pulled-out position, and a person skilled in the art can set the specific maximum stroke distance when the drawer 2 is pulled out to the right position according to the specific overturning requirement of the drawer 2.
The driving member may be a manual force applying member such as a handle or a pull ring, or may be a non-manual power device such as a motor transmission or an electric rail transmission.
Through the above-mentioned setting, can make the storing chamber of drawer 2 move out completely from accommodating check 11 and overturn downwards again, so that drawer 2 can open towards the user with uncovered 21 mode forward, the operating height that has reduced drawer 2 has just adjusted the uncovered 21 orientation of drawer 2, make drawer 2 can be convenient for the user to contact the article of its inside storage after being opened and finishing, the convenience when having promoted the user and taking article in drawer 2, need not the user and step on and hold up the auxiliary object and can directly reach drawer 2, and the uncovered 21 state forward after drawer 2 is opened especially is convenient for the user to read or get and put article.
In a preferred embodiment, the above-mentioned connecting assembly 3 comprises a first guide 31, a second guide 32 and a rotating assembly 33. The number of the first guide rails 31 is two, and the two first guide rails 31 are respectively arranged on the left side wall and the right side wall of the containing grid 11 along the drawing direction of the drawer 2. The number of the second guide rails 32 is two, and the two second guide rails 32 are respectively arranged at the outer tail part of the left side wall and the outer tail part of the right side wall of the drawer 2 along the drawing direction of the drawer 2. The rotating assembly 33 is movably connected to the first guide rail 31 and the second guide rail 32 respectively, and the rotating assembly 33 is rotatably matched with at least one of a head end of the first guide rail 31 (an end of the first guide rail 31 close to the opening of the accommodating compartment 11) and a tail end of the second guide rail 32 (an end of the second guide rail 32 close to the tail of the drawer 2), when the drawer 2 is pulled out to the position, the rotating assembly 33 moves and is clamped at the head end of the first guide rail 31, and the drawer 2 is continuously pulled outwards to drive the second guide rail 32 to continuously move outwards until a rotating member clamped at the head end of the first guide rail 31 is clamped at the tail end of the second guide rail 32, and at this time, the drawer 2 is pulled out to the position. The rotational engagement of the rotational assembly 33 with the head end of the first rail 31 and/or the tail end of the second rail 32 enables the second rail 32 to rotate relative to the first rail 31 to effect a downward tilting action of the drawer 2.
In a possible arrangement, in a situation where the head end of the first guide rail 31 is not exposed outside the opening of the receiving compartment 11, the depth of the receiving compartment 11 is greater than the length dimension of the drawer 2 in the drawing direction, and the tail end of the second guide rail 32 slightly protrudes rearward relative to the tail end of the drawer 2, so that the tail end of the drawer 2 can completely move out of the opening of the receiving compartment 11 when the drawer 2 carries the second guide rail 32 to be completely drawn out, thereby preventing the receiving compartment 11 from obstructing the drawer 2 from turning downward.
Referring again to fig. 5 and 6 and with continued reference to fig. 1-4, in a preferred arrangement, the rotating member includes a roller 331, a ribbed wheel 332, and a connecting shaft 333 connected between the roller 331 and the ribbed wheel 332. The circumferential side edge of the edge wheel 332 is a wheel body structure with a regular even-numbered polygonal cross section. The connecting shaft 333 is a crankshaft including a first shaft section pivotally connected to the rotation center of the roller 331, a second shaft section fixedly connected to the rotation center of the pulley 332, and a third shaft section connected between the first shaft section and the second shaft section, which are sequentially connected in a zigzag-like structure (see the shape of the crankshaft shown in fig. 2). The first guide rail 31 is a first receiving groove, a notch allowing the first shaft section to extend into is formed in one side of the first receiving groove, which is far away from the side wall of the receiving grid 11, the notch is arranged along the rolling direction of the roller 331, and the roller 331 is rotatably clamped in the first receiving groove. The second guide rail 32 is a second receiving groove, the second receiving groove includes a main body section 321 and a rotating end 322 communicated with the main body section 321, the rotating end 322 is located at a tail end of the second receiving groove, the main body section 321 extends from the rotating end 322 towards a head of the drawer 2, a groove width dimension of the main body section 321 matches a spacing dimension between a set of opposite sides of the cam 332, so that the cam 332 can be slidably clamped in the main body section 321, a radial dimension of the cylindrical groove matches a diagonal dimension of the cam 332, so that the cam 332 can be pivotally clamped in the rotating end 322, a side of the second receiving groove far away from an outer side wall of the drawer 2 is provided with a notch allowing the second shaft section to extend into, and the notch extends from the main body section 321 to the rotating end 322 and is arranged along a sliding direction of the cam 332. In the installed condition, the roller 331 is located on the rear side of the pulley 332, further away from the opening of the receiving compartment 11 than the pulley 332, so that after the roller 331 is caught on the head end of the first rail 31, the third shaft segment of the crankshaft can cause the tail end of the second rail 32 to move to the front side of the head end of the first rail 31, thereby moving the tail of the drawer 2 out of the receiving compartment 11 (fig. 5 shows the top view of the rotating assembly 33 after assembly, according to the orientation of fig. 5, the right side of the pulley 332 sets the orientation for the opening of the receiving compartment 11, and the drawer 2 is pulled out by moving to the right). In this case, when the drawer 2 is pulled, the roller 331 rotates to the head end of the first receiving groove, the edge wheel 332 slides along the main body 321 first, and then slides into the rotating end 322 from the main body 321, so that the drawer 2 is pulled out to the position, when the drawer 2 turns downward, the roller 331 rotates at the head end of the first receiving groove, and the edge wheel 332 rotates at the rotating end 322, thereby allowing the drawer 2 to drive the second receiving groove to rotate relative to the first receiving groove, and completing the downward turning.
As an example, the first guide rail 31 includes a sheet-shaped body, which may be coupled to a sidewall of the receiving compartment 11 by a screw coupling manner, and a receiving groove convexly formed on the sheet-shaped body for engagement with the roller 331. The top of the receiving groove is provided with a mounting opening 311 allowing the roller 331 to enter the groove, so that the roller 331 can enter along the mounting opening 311 and be clamped in the receiving groove of the first rail 31. Of course, the roller 331 may be placed in the receiving groove, the sheet-shaped main body is fixed in the receiving compartment 11, and then the connecting shaft 333 is pivotally inserted into the roller 331 through the notch of the receiving groove. The second guide rail 32 is similar to the first guide rail 31, and only the specific shape of the receiving groove is different, and it is required to be configured as a combination of the main body section 321 and the rotating end 322. The corner position of the bottom of the left side wall and the right side wall of the drawer 2 is respectively arranged towards the concave part inside the drawer 2 to form a mounting groove 22, and the sheet structure of the second guide rail 32 can be arranged on the vertical side wall of the mounting groove 22, so that the gap between the side part of the drawer 2 and the side wall of the containing grid 11 is reduced, and the storage space is improved.
In the above embodiment, the rotating assembly 33 can rotate in the first and second rails 31 and 32 after the drawer 2 is completely pulled out while moving along the first and second rails 31 and 32, and the flexible pivotal connection between the two rails and the rotating assembly 33 can allow the drawer 2 to smoothly turn downward. The combination of the edge wheel 332 and the second receiving groove enables the edge wheel 332 to rotate only after the main body 321 is driven to move to the outside and the edge wheel 332 enters the rotating end 322, so that the drawer 2 is prevented from being connected with too large degree of freedom when not pulled out to the outside, and the friction between the bottom surface of the drawer 2 and the bottom surface of the receiving grid 11 can be reduced.
In order to further improve the smoothness of the drawer 2 when being pulled out, a person skilled in the art may further set the installation height of the first rail 31 to a height that allows a gap to exist between the bottom of the drawer 2 and the bottom of the accommodating compartment after the first rail is installed, and set at least one rotatable supporting wheel at a position of the bottom of the accommodating compartment 11 near the opening of the accommodating compartment, where the supporting wheel can support and abut against the outer bottom of the drawer 2 when the drawer 2 is closed into the accommodating compartment 11, and roll along the bottom of the drawer 2 when the drawer 2 slides out/in from the accommodating compartment 11, so as to further reduce the friction between the drawer 2 and the accommodating compartment 11, and optimize the smoothness of the drawer 2 when being pulled out.
It should be noted that, besides the above preferred combination of the roller 331, the crank and the edge wheel 332, the rotating assembly 33 may be other structures capable of connecting the first rail 31 and the second rail 32 and satisfying the moving and turning requirements of the drawer 2, and those skilled in the art can set the specific structure of the rotating assembly 33 and adapt the structural form of the first rail 31 and the second rail 32. For example, the first rail 31 may be a T-shaped rail, the roller 331 may be replaced by a slider slidably fitted on the T-shaped rail, and the crank may be pivotally connected to the slider, or the crank may be adjusted to a cylindrical shaft in case the second rail 32 is disposed close enough to the rear of the drawer 2.
With respect to the above embodiments, it is preferable that the first rail 31 is slightly inclined upward from the rear side to the front side of the receiving compartment 11, so that the first rail 31 can have a rising slope from the rear to the front when installed, and a certain resistance is generated to the outward sliding of the rotating assembly 33, thereby preventing the drawer 2 from being accidentally slid out of the receiving compartment 11 when not being driven.
In a preferred embodiment, the drawer 2 is provided with an operating member 5, the operating member 5 is disposed on the front panel 23 of the drawer 2 and is provided in the form of a pull ring, so that a user can apply a force to the drawer 2 by pulling the pull ring to pull the drawer 2 out of position, and the gravity of the drawer 2 and the gravity of the content thereof cause the drawer 2 completely moved out of the accommodating compartment 11 to be turned downwards, so that the drawer 2 can be in an open state with the opening 21 facing forwards after being pulled out. When the user takes or checks the articles in the drawer 2, the user can push the drawer 2 to turn upwards and move back to the containing grid 11.
Preferably, the clothes storage device further comprises a buffer component 4 arranged on the drawer 2 or the cabinet 1, wherein the buffer component 4 is arranged to exert a buffer force on the drawer 2 opposite to the downward overturning trend when the drawer 2 overturns downwards so as to slow down the overturning speed of the drawer 2 and prevent the drawer 2 from being overturned in place sharply to generate huge collision noise or damage the lower cabinet and the connecting component 3 when the drawer 2 is heavier or the content is heavier.
Referring again to fig. 8 and with continued reference to fig. 3 and 4, in view of the above-described manner of manually opening the drawer 2, in a preferred example, the above-described damping assembly 4 includes a cylinder 41 disposed on the front panel 23 of the drawer 2, and a piston 42 and a piston rod 43 disposed within the cylinder 41. The cylinder 41 is vertically provided on the front panel 23 in such a manner that the opening faces downward, so that the piston rod 43 in the cylinder 41 can be pulled out downward away from the drawer 2 and pushed back inward close to the drawer 2. The end of the piston rod 43 received in the cylinder 41 is provided with a catching structure 431, and the catching structure 431 can prevent the end of the piston rod 43 from being separated from the cylinder 41 by being caught in the opening of the cylinder 41. The pull ring is disposed at one end of the piston rod 43 exposed outside the cylinder 41, when a user pulls out the drawer 2, the pull ring drives the drawer 2 to move outwards through the piston rod 43 and the cylinder 41, and the piston rod 43 is pulled out of the cylinder 41, so that when the drawer 2 is turned downwards, at least a portion of the piston rod 43 can be located outside the cylinder 41 and an outer end (i.e., one end exposed outside the cylinder 41) of the piston rod 43 abuts against the front side of the cabinet 1 below the accommodating compartment 11, at this time, if the drawer 2 is turned downwards, the piston rod 43 can push the piston 42 to move towards the bottom of the cylinder 41 by virtue of the turning action of the drawer 2, so as to compress the gas in the cylinder 41, so that the movement of the cylinder 41 relative to the piston rod 43 is retarded, thereby applying a damping force opposite to the turning tendency of the drawer 2, and damping the turning action of the drawer 2. In the case that the drawer 2 is turned over to a set angle, the gas compressed by the piston 42 is pushed out of the cylinder 41 from the edge of the piston 42, the piston rod 43 moves back into the cylinder 41, the drawer 2 abuts against the front side of the cabinet 1 through the cylinder 41 and the piston rod 43, the piston rod 43 and the cylinder 41 provide a certain supporting force for the drawer 2, and the auxiliary connecting assembly 3 bears the weight of the drawer 2.
In practical applications, a person skilled in the art may further set a buffer 411 made of rubber or sponge on the inner side of the opening of the cylinder 41 or the snap-fit structure 431, so that when the piston rod 43 is pulled out, the snap-fit structure 431 can be snapped to the opening of the cylinder 41 through the buffer 411, and the piston rod 43 is prevented from rigidly striking the cylinder 41.
As an example, the cylinder 41 is built in the front panel 23 of the drawer 2, and the opening of the cylinder 41 is preferably recessed with respect to the bottom of the front panel 23. One end of the piston rod 43 exposed to the outside of the cylinder 41 is pivotally provided with a rubber wheel 432, and the piston rod 43 is abutted to the front side of the cabinet 1 through the rubber wheel 432. Specifically, the number of the rubber wheels 432 is two, the piston rod 43 is provided with a pivot shaft, two ends of the pivot shaft and two ends of the piston rod 43 are respectively and pivotally connected with one rubber wheel 432, the pull ring is in a circular arc structure, and two ends of the pull ring are respectively and pivotally connected to the end of the pivot shaft (in the case that the pull ring is made of a flexible deformable material or the pull ring is comfortable regardless of the force application angle, the pull ring can also be fixedly connected with the pivot shaft). The concave depth of the opening of the cylinder 41 with respect to the bottom of the front panel 23 is set to: in the mounted state, if the piston rod is in a state of not being withdrawn, the rubber wheel 432 of the bottom of the piston rod is accommodated inside the front panel 23. In addition, the pivotal connection position of the pull ring is also accommodated in the concave position of the front panel 23, the front panel 23 is provided with two vertical slits corresponding to the pull ring which is turned upwards to the horizontal position, and under the condition that the drawer 2 is closed in place, the front side surface of the front panel 23 is flush with the front side surface of the cabinet body 1, and the bottom of the front panel 23 is close to the bottom of the accommodating case 11, the pull ring passes through the vertical slits and horizontally extends forwards, so that a user can conveniently pull and hold the pull ring while the buffer assembly is reliably hidden. After the user pulls out the piston rod 43 and completely pulls out the drawer 2, the user does not need to hold the drawer 2 and loosen the handle, at this time, the gravity of the drawer 2 makes the drawer turn over and drives one end of the piston rod 43, which is provided with the rubber wheel 432, to be close to the front side of the cabinet body 1 until the rubber wheel 432 abuts against the front side of the cabinet body 1. In the process that drawer 2 lasts the upset downwards, piston rod 43 is impressed cylinder body 41, piston rod 43 supports through rubber wheel 432 and leans on to the cabinet body 1 front side and along the preceding roll of the cabinet body 1, the soft rough surface of rubber wheel 432 has not only increased the frictional force between piston rod 43 and the cabinet body 1, promote the cushioning effect of buffer unit 4 to drawer 2, can also contact through flexible mode and cabinet body 1 front side to avoid cabinet body 1 front side to be abraded and scraped.
Further, the piston rod 43 is configured as a square bar rod with a rectangular cross section, and a square limiting hole in sliding fit with the square bar rod is disposed at an opening position of the cylinder 41 so as to limit the piston rod 43 from rotating in the cylinder 41, so that the piston rod 43 can only move in and out of the cylinder 41, and two rubber wheels at the end of the piston rod 43 are prevented from being twisted and clamped on the front side of the cabinet 1 to affect the continuity of the turning action of the drawer 2.
Further, the piston 42 is movably accommodated in the cylinder 41, a gap that allows the piston 42 to freely move along the cylinder 41 exists between the side of the piston 42 and the cylinder 41, the piston 42 is not connected to the piston rod 43, a stopper member 44 is provided between the piston rod 43 and the cylinder 41, the stopper member 44 is provided so as to be able to urge the piston rod 43 to maintain a state where it is accommodated in the cylinder 41 in a natural state, and to allow the piston rod 43 to move outward relative to the cylinder 41 without departing from the cylinder 41 in a driven state. With the above arrangement, the piston rod 43 stays in the cylinder 41 by the stopper member 44 without the user pulling the tab. When the pull ring is pulled, the piston rod 43 overcomes the resistance action of the limiting component 44 and is pulled out outwards, the piston 42 falls down quickly along with the piston rod 43, the pulling-out resistance of the piston rod 43 is extremely small, and the pulling-out action is smooth and easy to operate; when the piston rod 43 is pushed back to the cylinder 41 along with the turning action of the drawer 2, the piston rod 43 pushes the piston 42 into the cylinder 41 and thus compresses the air at the bottom inside the cylinder 41, and the movement between the piston rod 43 and the cylinder 41 is blocked to provide a buffering force for the drawer 2.
Preferably, the piston 42 is provided with a through hole along the axis, the top end of the piston rod 43 is provided with a top plate matched with the inner cavity of the cylinder body 41, through the arrangement, after the pull ring is pulled downwards, the piston rod 43 is quickly pulled out from the cylinder body, and the through hole of the piston 42 reduces the action of gas in the cylinder and the air resistance on the falling piston 42 when the piston 42 descends along with the piston rod 43, so that the piston 42 can quickly move outwards along with the piston rod 43; after the piston rod 43 is completely drawn out and the rubber wheel 432 contacts the front surface of the cabinet body 1, the piston rod 43 drives the top plate to push the piston 42 to move inwards, the air pressure on one side of the piston 42 close to the inner bottom of the cylinder body 41 is gradually increased, the piston is enabled to be tightly attached to the top plate, the through hole is enabled to be blocked by the top plate, the path of air extruded out of the cylinder body 41 is reduced (only the air can flow out from the gap between the side part of the piston 42 and the cylinder body 41), the generated buffering effect is gradually enhanced, and the smoothness of the buffering component when the piston rod 43 is drawn out and the buffering effect on the drawer 2 when the drawer 2 is turned over are further optimized.
Further, the above-mentioned stopper member 44 includes a first magnetic structure 441 disposed at one end of the piston rod 43 exposed outside the cylinder 41 and a second magnetic structure 442 disposed outside the open end of the cylinder 41, at least one of the first magnetic structure 441 and the second magnetic structure 442 is a structure with magnetism, and the other is a structure with magnetism or is a magnetic conductive structure, so that the first magnetic structure 441 and the second magnetic structure 442 can be in contact and attracted together when the piston rod 43 is completely accommodated in the cylinder 41.
Alternatively, the stop member 44 may further comprise a catch disposed on the opening of the piston rod 43/cylinder 41 and a catch disposed on the opening of the cylinder 41/piston rod 43, wherein the catch and catch are engaged together when the piston rod 43 is fully received in the cylinder 41 to prevent the piston rod 43 from being removed when not being pulled, and wherein the catch is disengaged from catch when the piston rod 43 is pulled to allow the piston rod 43 to be outwardly withdrawn.
As shown in fig. 7, preferably, a clothes-blocking member 24 is further provided at the position of the opening 21 at the top of the drawer 2, and the clothes-blocking member 24 is detachably connected to the drawer 2 so as to limit the contents in the drawer 2 inside the drawer 2 and prevent the contents from falling out when the drawer 2 is turned over. Those skilled in the art can set the specific structure of the clothing-blocking member 24 according to the storage requirement, for example, when the drawer 2 is mainly used for accommodating large articles such as bed articles, the clothing-blocking member 24 may include at least one limiting rope, one end of which is connected to one side of the drawer 2, and the other end of which is connected to the opposite side of the side in a snap-fit manner (see the structure of the clothing-blocking member 24 shown in fig. 7). Alternatively, when the drawer 2 is used primarily to receive small items, the garment blocking member 24 may be configured in the shape of a flap pivotally connected to one side of the drawer 2 and snap-fitted to an opposite side of the one side.
In summary, the upper part of the clothes storage device is provided with the drawer 2 through the connecting component 3, and the drawer 2 can be turned downwards when being completely pulled out, so that the opening 21 of the drawer 2 can descend from the accommodating grid 11 where the drawer is installed and face a user, the user can conveniently use the drawer 2 to store and take articles, and the use convenience and the use safety of the drawer 2 at the high position of the clothes storage device are improved.
