It should be noted that, the connection manner of the reinforcement part 30 and the sliding fit part 11 includes, but is not limited to, connection via the second fixed connection part 42, and only needs to satisfy the requirement of reliable connection between the two. In some embodiments, the reinforcement portion 30 and the sliding fit portion 11 may be connected by clipping, welding, bonding, or the like.
In some embodiments, the reinforcement 30 may be a plastic piece. The working of plastics is easily machine-formed, can satisfy the special-shaped structure demand of rib 30, reduces the processing technology degree of difficulty to the working of plastics has stronger hardness, cooperatees with sliding fit portion 11 and can obtains more stable structure, and the light in weight of working of plastics, with low costs, makes drawer body 10 pull easy, and drawer assembly 100 low in production cost.
At least one of the sliding engagement portion 11 and the reinforcing portion 30 may be supported by a groove sidewall of the sliding groove 221, so as to support the drawer body 10. As shown in fig. 5, in some embodiments, the sliding fitting part 11 may be in line contact with the groove sidewall of the sliding groove 221, so as to reduce sliding frictional resistance therebetween, and make the drawer body 10 be more smoothly drawn. In some embodiments, the lower surface of the first portion 31 may be supported on the groove sidewall of the sliding groove 221 to realize line contact or surface contact, and the reinforcing part 30 has higher structural strength and can support the drawer body 10 and the contents in the receiving cavity 101 having higher weight. The flanges 224 and the groove side walls of the sliding groove 221 may be smoothly transited, and the first portion 31 of the reinforcement 30 may be supported at the connection of the flanges 224 and the groove side walls of the sliding groove 221 to reduce the contact area and the sliding friction resistance. In the embodiment where the reinforcement part 30 is a plastic part, the surface of the plastic part is smoother to reduce the sliding friction resistance.
While the drawer assembly 100 according to one embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, it is to be understood that the following description is illustrative only and should not be taken as limiting the invention.
As shown in fig. 1 to 8, the drawer assembly 100 includes a drawer body 10, a reinforcement 30, and a drawer bottom case assembly 20.
As shown in fig. 9 to 14, the left side wall and the right side wall of the drawer body 10 are respectively provided with two sliding engagement portions 11, and the two sliding engagement portions 11 are distributed in the front-rear direction, and the drawer body 10 can be drawn in the front-rear direction. The drawer body 10 is formed with a notch 102, and the notch 102 is correspondingly provided with a sliding fit portion 11. The reinforcement part 30 is a plastic part and includes a first portion 31 and a second portion 32. The second portion 32 is located inside the notch 102 of the drawer body 10, and the second portion 32 abuts against the inner side wall of the drawer body 10. The first portion 31 has a triangular cross-section perpendicular to the pull-out direction and comprises a first bevel 301 and a support plane. Wherein the first portion 31 can be passed out of the notch 102 so that the first inclined surface 301 can be fitted with the sliding fit portion 11. And the slide-fit portion 11 and the reinforcing portion 30 are connected by the second fixed connection member 42.
As shown in fig. 15-19, the drawer bottom assembly 20 may include a bottom shell 21 and two support slides 22. Wherein, the two support sliders 22 may be connected to the left and right inner sidewalls of the bottom chassis 21, respectively, by the first fixed link 41. The support sliding member 22 defines a sliding groove 221, a flange 224, a first limiting protrusion 222 and a second limiting protrusion 223 are disposed on a side wall of the sliding groove 221, which is close to the drawer body 10, a limiting plate 225 is disposed on a side wall of the sliding groove 221, which is far away from the drawer body 10, and in the drawing direction, the first limiting protrusion 222 and the second limiting protrusion 223 are respectively disposed on two sides of the flange 224 and on two sides of the limiting plate 225.
As shown in fig. 1 to 8, the sliding engagement portions 11 at both sides of the drawer body 10 may respectively extend into the corresponding sliding grooves 221. The support plane of the first portion 31 of the reinforcement 30 is supported at the transition junction of the side wall of the sliding groove 221 and the flange 224.
As shown in fig. 1 to 8, the sliding groove 221 can guide the sliding engagement portion 11 and the reinforcement portion 30 in the front-rear direction to draw the drawer body 10; the first limiting protrusion 222 and the second limiting protrusion 223 limit the sliding fit part 11 and the reinforcing part 30 in the front-back direction to limit the drawing stroke range of the drawer body 10; the stopper plate 225 and the side wall of the slide groove 221 can vertically limit the slidably fitted portion 11 and the reinforcing portion 30, and the two side walls of the slide groove 221 can horizontally limit the slidably fitted portion 11, so that the slidably fitted portion 11 is prevented from coming off the slide groove 221.
Reinforcing part 30 forms to the plastics support, and sliding fit portion 11 forms to the drawer turn-ups, and support slider 22 forms to panel beating support piece, constitutes the sliding structure, realizes the slide rail function, utilizes the characteristic realization of panel beating part and plastics itself to slide the function, replaces the ball slide rail structure among the correlation technique, has reduced cost and later stage cost of maintenance.
Other constructions and operations of the drawer assembly 100 and the oven according to embodiments of the present invention are known to those of ordinary skill in the art and will not be described in detail herein.

Claims (13)

1. A drawer assembly, comprising:
the drawer comprises a drawer body, wherein an accommodating cavity is formed in the drawer body, and two outer side walls of the drawer body, which are oppositely arranged, are respectively provided with a sliding matching part which is inclined outwards and downwards and extends;
the drawer bottom shell assembly comprises a bottom shell and two supporting sliding parts, the two supporting sliding parts are fixed on two inner side walls of the bottom shell, the two inner side walls are opposite to each other, each supporting sliding part is provided with a sliding groove with an open top, the sliding fit part extends into the sliding groove of the corresponding side, and the sliding fit part is in sliding fit with the supporting sliding parts so that the drawer body can be pulled and pulled.
2. The drawer assembly according to claim 1, wherein in the drawing direction of the drawer body, at least one of the supporting sliding members is provided with a first limiting protrusion and a second limiting protrusion which are arranged at intervals, and the sliding engagement portion abuts against the first limiting protrusion or the second limiting protrusion to cooperate so as to limit the drawing stroke of the drawer body.
3. The drawer assembly of claim 2, wherein a portion of the side wall of the sliding groove facing the sliding engagement portion is provided with a downwardly bent flange between the first and second limiting protrusions.
4. The drawer assembly of claim 1, wherein a stop plate is disposed on a side wall of the sliding groove away from the sliding engagement portion, the stop plate being located above the sliding engagement portion to limit upward displacement of the sliding engagement portion.
5. The drawer assembly of claim 1, wherein the support slide is an integrally formed metal piece, the support slide being secured to the bottom shell by a first fixed connection.
6. The drawer assembly of claim 1, wherein a plurality of the sliding engagement portions are disposed on each of the outer sidewalls of the drawer body, and the sliding engagement portions on the same side all extend into the sliding grooves on the corresponding side.
7. The drawer assembly of any one of claims 1 to 6, further comprising a reinforcement portion secured to the drawer body and/or the slip fit portion, the reinforcement portion contacting the slip fit portion to increase the strength of the slip fit portion.
8. The drawer assembly of claim 7, wherein a portion of the drawer body is separated from the remainder and bent outwardly to define the slip fit portion, the reinforcement portion being secured to an inner wall of the slip fit portion.
9. The drawer assembly of claim 8, wherein the reinforcement portion has a first inclined surface, an inclination angle of the first inclined surface is the same as an inclination angle of the sliding fit portion, and the first inclined surface is attached to the sliding fit portion.
10. The drawer assembly of claim 8, wherein the drawer body defines a notch corresponding to the sliding engagement portion, and the reinforcement includes a first portion and a second portion, the first portion extends out of the notch to contact the sliding engagement portion, and the second portion is located inside the notch and abuts against an inner wall of the drawer body.
11. The drawer assembly of claim 10, wherein the sliding engagement portion has a first fastening hole, the reinforcing portion has a second fastening hole, and a second fastening connector passes through the first fastening hole and engages with the second fastening hole to fixedly connect the sliding engagement portion and the reinforcing portion.
12. The drawer assembly of claim 6, wherein the reinforcement is a plastic.
13. An oven comprising a drawer assembly according to any of claims 1 to 12.
