Project management system
Technical Field
The application relates to the field of data management, in particular to a project management system.
Background
The project management system refers to actual execution details, work subdivision, personnel allocation, team cooperation, stage delivery and the like of an online management project of an enterprise; the system and the method enable managers to control risks in projects and better advance project execution on line.
Each project consists of a plurality of work items; currently, most of the common project management systems calculate the project duration of each work item according to the time range (from the start time of the work item to the end time of the work item) of the execution of each work item, and obtain the project overall duration by counting the project durations of all the work items.
Through research and investigation, the actual execution condition of an enterprise project is combined to find that the time range for executing the work items in the project can only be used as the execution period of the work items, and cannot represent the condition that the actual execution condition of the project in a specific construction period is influenced by factors such as the outside and the like, so that the execution period of the work items is not matched with the construction period (for example, zhang san is responsible for purchasing consumable work items, 1 month and 1 day consumes one day to complete purchasing of A4 paper, 1 month and 3 days consumes one day to complete purchasing of printer cartridges, the total construction period is two days, but the execution period of the work items is three days). Due to the difference, the overall project progress is inconsistent with the daily work content of actual staff, and overall project management is affected.

In a specific implementation, the person in charge corresponding to the work task fills in the daily work content of the corresponding work task, namely the time consumption condition of filling in the work content; and acquiring the time consumption situation, performing unit conversion on the time consumption situation to obtain real-time data, and finally comparing the real-time data with the plan data to obtain the task progress corresponding to the work task.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the time-consuming period is a specific time-consuming condition of the current work task for which a responsible person corresponding to the current work task is responsible.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the time unit of the preset time range includes at least one of minutes, hours, days, weeks, months, quarters and years.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the scaling unit includes a time unit subunit, a judgment subunit, and a real-time data subunit: the time unit subunit is used for determining the time unit of the consumed time in the acquisition unit; the judging subunit is configured to, when the time unit in the time unit subunit is an hour, convert the hour into a day by a preset conversion ratio, and generate a target time consumption time taking the day as the time unit; the real-time data subunit is used for generating the real-time data according to the target time consumption time in the judging subunit.
It is noted that, first, it is determined whether the time unit of the consumed time is consistent with the time unit of the planning data, wherein the time unit of the planning data is day; when the time unit of the time consumption is hour, unit conversion needs to be carried out on the time consumption, the hour is converted into the day, so that the target time consumption with the time unit of day is obtained, and real-time data is generated through the target time consumption; when the time unit of the consumed time is day, the consumed time is not converted into the unit.
As an example, the time unit is converted into a time unit of day by a preset conversion ratio in the case that the time unit of the filled-in elapsed time is an hour, for example, 7.5 hours =1 day.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the task progress module 140 includes a time range information unit, a work task time sequence unit, and a project overall progress unit: the time range information unit is used for acquiring all corresponding time range information from all the work tasks; the working task time sequence unit is used for acquiring all the time range information in the time range information unit and sequencing all the working tasks in time sequence according to all the time range information to generate a working task time sequence table; and the project overall progress unit is used for acquiring the work task time sequence table in the work task time sequence unit and generating a project overall Gantt chart according to the work task time sequence table and the task progress corresponding to all the work tasks.
It should be noted that all time range information of all work tasks is acquired, and all work tasks are sequenced based on time sequence according to the time range information, so that a work task time sequence table with all work tasks is obtained, and the time sequences of all work tasks can be known in the work task time sequence table; and obtaining the whole Gantt chart of the project according to the task schedules corresponding to all the work tasks and the work task time sequence table.
In a specific implementation, the project overall Gantt chart can be continuously updated according to the time range until the project is completed; if the time is 1 month and 10 days, the overall Gantt chart of the updated project at the date is the project progress situation of 1 month and 9 days, namely the progress situation of the previous day; if the time is from Monday to Sunday, updating the project progress condition of the previous week on Monday of the next week; and in the time range of the month or the quarter, the whole Gantt chart of the project updated in the current month is the project progress situation of the previous month, and the whole Gantt chart of the project updated in the current quarter is the project progress situation of the previous quarter.
