Abstract
The invention provides an assembled prestressed corrugated steel plate composite shear wall, which comprises a double-corrugated steel plate, transverse prestressed reinforcements, a steel bar net piece, a split bolt assembly and filled concrete; the split bolt assemblies are arranged in the wave troughs of the double-corrugated steel plate and are distributed at intervals along the longitudinal direction; the reinforcing mesh is arranged between the double-corrugated steel plates, and the split bolt assemblies are arranged in the meshes; the transverse prestressed steel bars are arranged between the steel bar meshes and transversely penetrate through the longitudinal split bolt assemblies; and the inner filling concrete is filled between the corrugated steel plates to form a shear wall structure. The prestressed reinforcement adopted by the invention can enhance the rigidity of the shear wall, increase the structural durability, has simple appearance and attractive appearance, greatly improves the compressive strength of the filled concrete and the integral rigidity of the shear wall by applying the split bolt, reduces the thickness of the concrete, reduces the self weight and has obvious economic benefit.

The invention integrates the mechanical property advantages of the corrugated steel plate, the prestressed steel bar, the split bolt and the steel bar net piece, and has high construction efficiency and economic manufacturing cost. The use of the corrugated steel plates and the arrangement of the prestressed reinforcements promote the development of the shear wall structure to the direction of light weight and economy, and the shear wall structure has wide application prospects in the field of buildings.

Examples
An assembled prestressed corrugated steel plate composite shear wall is shown in figures 1-3 and comprises a corrugated steel plate 1, transverse prestressed reinforcements 2, a reinforcement mesh 3, a split bolt assembly 4 and filled concrete 5.
The split bolt assemblies 4 are arranged in wave troughs of the double-corrugated steel plate 1 and are distributed at intervals along the longitudinal direction.
The reinforcing mesh 3 is arranged between the double-corrugated steel plates 1, and the split bolt assemblies 4 are arranged in the meshes.
The transverse prestressed steel bars 2 are arranged between the steel bar meshes 3 and transversely penetrate through the longitudinal split bolt assemblies 4. The transverse prestressed reinforcement 2 is constructed by adopting a pretensioning method.
And the inner filling concrete 5 is filled between the corrugated steel plates 1 to form a shear wall structure.
The steel bar net 3 covers the whole corrugated steel plate, joint steel bars are reserved at the end heads, and the steel bar net can be reliably connected with adjacent shear walls, beams, plates, columns and the like. The shape of the joint reinforcing steel bar comprises a linear type, an L shape and a U shape, and the concrete adopted form depends on the size of the beam and the column and the condition of the reinforcing steel bar framework in the beam and the column. step 1: prefabricating, punching, transporting and positioning the double-ripple steel plate;
step 2: inserting a bolt into each hole of one corrugated steel plate, and matching a nut on the outer side;
and step 3: welding and molding the reinforcing mesh to ensure that each grid of reinforcing mesh corresponds to each split bolt, reserving joint reinforcing steel bars in the transverse direction and the longitudinal direction respectively, and placing the reinforcing mesh in the corrugated steel plate;
and 4, step 4: a transverse prestressed steel bar is placed between each pair of pulling bolts in the longitudinal direction;
