Background
The active carbon is a porous adsorbent and is widely applied to the fields of petroleum, chemical industry, food, medicine, light industry, environmental protection, national defense and the like. The raw materials for manufacturing the activated carbon are various, and commonly used raw materials comprise wood, coal, husks, waste tires and the like.
Because the sludge contains a large amount of organic matters and has higher organic carbon content, the method has some similarities with the traditional method for preparing activated carbon materials, and the method for preparing activated carbon by taking the sludge as the raw material is widely concerned as a novel sludge treatment method. The activated carbon is prepared by the sludge instead of coal, wood and fruit shells, so that the raw material cost is reduced, the sludge utilization rate is improved, the technical problem of quality-based resource utilization of the sludge is solved, and the source of the activated carbon raw material is expanded.
As an agricultural waste, the biomass has the advantages of wide source, high yield, low price, short growth cycle and the like. The traditional biomass disposal method, such as incineration method, is easy to cause resource waste and environmental pollution.
The petroleum residue is the solid impurity remaining after the distillation of crude oil.
CN201710499400.5 discloses a method for preparing multi-level pore activated carbon by compounding oil-containing sludge and biomass, and activated carbon can be prepared by utilizing sludge and biomass, but a method for preparing activated carbon by utilizing sludge, biomass and petroleum residue is not disclosed at present.
