the packaging unit (4) further comprises a movable end sealing block (45), a fixed end sealing block (46) and a heating rod (47), wherein the movable plate (44) in the cylinder penetrates out of the lower end of the guide groove cylinder (41) to be provided with a heat insulation plate, the lower end of the heat insulation plate is provided with the movable end sealing block (45), the fixed end sealing block (46) is arranged at the lower end of the paper soaking box (1) and positioned on the right side of a wet paper outlet, and the lower ends of the movable end sealing block (45) and the fixed end sealing block (46) are respectively provided with the heating rod (47).
