Abstract

本发明公开了一种治疗骨折的中药组合物，包括外用药和内服药，其中外用药包括黄连、黄柏、黄岑等；内服药包括杜仲、续断、狗脊、三七等。发明的外用药具有活血化瘀、消肿止血定痛的功效，可以在骨折、急性扭挫伤初期对病患处进行治疗；加速软组织恢复和骨愈合，提高恢复速度和预后效果。本发明的内服药可以补益肝肾、强筋壮骨，在骨折中后期可以促进骨生长，提高康复期的治疗速度。本发明可以外用药配合内服药搭配使用，配合使用后治疗速度更快，恢复效果更好。本发明采用多种中草药原料，对身体副作用小，伤害低，制作成本不高，可以广泛应用在骨折的治疗和康复治疗中。

背景技术
骨折是临床常见的病症之一，由内因和外因所致。外因一般包括直接暴力、间接暴力、肌肉强烈收缩和持续劳损等；内因包括年龄、体质、基础疾病等。

所述内服药以重量份数记包括如下成分：
杜仲80-120份，续断80-120份，狗脊80-150份，三七80-120份，锁阳80-120份，地骨皮80-120份，海龙80-120份，当归80-120份，南五加皮80-120份，川牛膝80-120份，制黄精80-120份，巴戟天80-120份，杭白菊80-120份，地鳖8-15份，黄花80-120份，紫丹参80-120份，川芎80-120份，骨碎补80-120份，威灵仙80-120份，独活80-120份，牡丹皮80-120份，制玄胡80-120份，生晒参80-120份，菟丝子80-120份。
作为改进，所述基质包括动物油脂、羊毛脂、蜂蜡、凡士林、单甘油酯、脂肪醇中的一种或多种。
作为改进，所述三七选用三七头。
作为改进，所述外用药的制作方法为将药物磨粉然后与基质均匀混合。
作为改进，所述内服药制作成水丸或蜜丸。
本发明的优点在于：

外用药的制作方法为：将药物磨粉，然后与凡士林混合均匀；使用时直接涂在患处表面，并进行适当包扎。
内服药包括：
杜仲80g，续断80g，狗脊80g，三七80g，锁阳80g，地骨皮80g，海龙80g，当归80g，南五加皮80g，川牛膝80g，制黄精80g，巴戟天80g，杭白菊80g，地鳖8g，黄花80g，紫丹参80g，川芎80g，骨碎补80g，威灵仙80g，独活80g，牡丹皮80g，制玄胡80g，生晒参80g，菟丝子80g。
内服药按上述药材的配比制作成水丸，以水送服。
实施例2

外用药的制作方法为：将药物磨粉，然后与猪油混合均匀；使用时直接涂在患处表面，并进行适当包扎。
内服药包括：
杜仲120g，续断120g，狗脊150g，三七120g，锁阳120g，地骨皮120g，海龙120g，当归120g，南五加皮120g，川牛膝120g，制黄精120g，巴戟天120g，杭白菊120g，地鳖15g，黄花120g，紫丹参120g，川芎120g，骨碎补120g，威灵仙120g，独活120g，牡丹皮120g，制玄胡120g，生晒参120g，菟丝子120g。
内服药按上述药材的配比制作成蜜丸，以水送服。
