Claims (10)

1. A project risk management and control method, characterized in that the method comprises:
acquiring stage information of a target project, wherein the stage information comprises at least one piece of sub-stage information;
determining an event set corresponding to the stage information according to the stage information, wherein the event set comprises at least one sub-event;
and for any sub-event, determining the risk state information of the sub-event according to a predetermined calculation rule.
2. The project risk management and control method according to claim 1, wherein the stage information includes one or more combinations of project preparation information, project early stage information, project middle stage information, and project late stage information of the target project.
3. The item risk management and control method according to claim 2, wherein the determining, according to the phase information, an event set corresponding to the phase information includes:
for any sub-stage information in the stage information, determining a target event list corresponding to the sub-stage information from a predetermined event list;
determining event information of each event in the target event list;
and determining the event information corresponding to the target event list in all the sub-phase information as the event set of the phase information.
4. The project risk management and control method according to claim 2 or 3, wherein for any of the sub-events, determining the risk status information of the sub-event according to a predetermined calculation rule includes:
for any sub-event, screening out a target calculation rule matched with the sub-event from predetermined calculation rules;
and calculating the risk state information corresponding to the sub-event according to the target calculation rule.
5. The project risk management and control method of claim 4, further comprising:
displaying the risk state information of the target project based on a preset display model;
wherein the displaying the risk state information of the target project based on a preset display model comprises:
acquiring identity information of a current user;
determining a target display model from preset display models according to the identity information;
and displaying the risk state information of the target project according to the target display model and the target risk state information required by the target display model.
6. The item risk management and control method according to claim 5, wherein the determining a target display model from preset display models according to the identity information includes:
determining all matching dimensions corresponding to the current user and a weight coefficient of each matching dimension according to the identity information, wherein the matching dimensions comprise one or more combinations of the attention point information, the historical display model information and the identity level information degree of the current user;
calculating the score value of each preset display model according to all the matching dimensions;
sequencing all the preset display models according to the size of the score value to obtain sequencing information of all the preset display models;
and selecting the display model with the highest score value from all the display models as the target display model corresponding to the current user.
7. The project risk management method according to claim 5 or 6, wherein the method further comprises:
judging whether the target item reaches a preset time limit or not;
and when the target item is judged to reach the preset period, generating a risk report.
8. An item risk management and control apparatus, the apparatus comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring stage information of a target project, wherein the stage information comprises at least one piece of sub-stage information;
a first determining module, configured to determine, according to the stage information, an event set corresponding to the stage information, where the event set includes at least one sub-event;
and the second determining module is used for determining the risk state information of the sub-event according to a predetermined calculation rule for any sub-event.
9. An item risk management and control apparatus, the apparatus comprising:
a memory storing executable program code;
a processor coupled with the memory;
the processor calls the executable program code stored in the memory to execute the project risk management method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. A computer storage medium storing computer instructions which, when invoked, perform the project risk management method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
